This is an excellent property. They’ve done some upgrades to the grounds and it’s truly a remarkable well kept property. Room is cleaned daily, and very spacious. The gym, pool, sauna and steam room are also great to have close by. We’ve stayed here 3 times and will be coming back again.

Very beautiful property . The pool was very large and well kept. Our unit was very well equipped having daily housekeeping was appreciated.the staff were very very accomodating with requests we made. The reception organized airport transfers and car rental prior to our arrival. The location was great for visiting other areas of the Algarve.

Good sized 2 bedroom villa withnpool views on a very large golf complex. Communal areas were well kept and the pools were excellent. The layout of the villa was a little odd and the downstairs double bedroom was rather small: partly due to the unnecessarily large bathroom next door. Appliances were Smeg amd the kitxhen and dining facilities were excellent. Upstairs there was the main longe wnd master bedroom. This bedroom was far bigger and it had an ensuite with a shower above the bath. The indoor pool and gym is based at the golf reception, wich was about half a mile away. For a 5* resort, it was disappointing that you either need to upgrade to a different package, or pay to use both the gym and indoor pool. After paying, you only have a 1 hour time slot....again which was rather disappointing. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. A car is essential as the resort is a 10 minute drive to beach / restaurants/ shops.

Our accommodation was nice and large, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area, living room and both a patio and large upper balcony complete with sun loungers. We also had an issue with ants coming into via the gap under the front door. Soundproofing between the rooms could be improved upon.

Excellent quality furnishings and the towels were lush. The Spa is also good, I had one of the best sports massages ever. The gym equipment is a bit tired though but functional.

The rooms are clean and very spacious. Staff were all polite. Everything about this place is just great. I dont think I've stayed at a better place. I would definitely recommend this and we are booking again next year.

We enjoyed a four night break here, the property was very clean, the maid came in everyday, the overall experience of the accommodation was great, unfortunately the weather was not kind and we didn’t get chance to use the pool but this again look clean and well kept grounds

Smidig incheckning, även om det kanske inte var helt lätt att hitta var man checkade in. Bodde i en 2-våningsbostad med två sovrum med två stora badrum. Bostaden hade sina skönhetsfläckar med skrapsår på väggarna. Damm på badrumslampor, damm i ventilationsfläktarna, som de flesta hotell har, för man glömmer bort att torka där. Annars daglig städning. Kan egentligen inte klaga på bostaden. Hade annars inte så mycket kontakt med personalen förutom de som jobbar i spaavdelningen - där vi bokade tennis/padelbanor. Läge för att uppdatera att man inte behöver använda nyckel för att öppna banorna? Kanske läge att ha ett onlinebokningssystem för padel/tennisbanorna, som generar en digital kod till kodlåset? Tennisbanornas underlag skulle behöva ha lite kärlek annars. Digitalt forum för att möta andra i padel eller tennis som bor på området? Belysning på banorna när det börjar bli mörkt? Så stort område, saknar i proportion till vad man har byggt och håller på att bygga en proportionerlig lekplats för barn. Klätterställning? Något som stimulerar bättre än några gungor och en liten rutschkana? Förstår att poolerna säkert är varmare under högsäsongen. Simskola för barn? Tennisskola? Padelskola? Men är man där för att spela golf och vila upp sig, så funkar det säkert ypperligt. Men för en familj, med t.ex. 2-3 barn som vill göra aktiviteter, då kanske man ska fundera på saken. Det ser ju onekligen väldigt fräscht ut när man åker igenom området med bil.

First and foremost- clean, clean, clean. Immaculate grounds, units themselves well maintained and spotless. All staff that we met were polite and friendly. Close to Lagos but far enough away. Large property. They have a shuttle that runs to the city but having a car is the best option.

Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Appartements extrem hellhörig sind. Wir hörten von unseren Nachbarn fast alles (Toilettenspülung, selbst den Toilettengang, Duschen, das Ein- u. Ausschalten der Lichter etc.).

The lady that checked me in didn’t tell me what I was eligible for and when I read her that I was VIP status she abruptly told me that she knew that, but didn’t tell me that involved. When I came back later, I read it as it talked about late check out, 10 discount card for the restaurant, and she said yes, I know, but she didn’t explain that to me and told me my check-in card is something I use for discount which was too late since I just ate lunch She told me I’m eligible for she didn’t tell me three hours earlier She wasn’t friendly nor she asked me how my travels were or tried to get some kindness in our conversation. So it wasn’t a language barrier as she spoke good English

We had an amazing time at Boavista for 10 days, wished we were there for longer! The staff are so friendly & helpful. The maids do an outstanding job everyday & the gardeners keep the place immaculate. The whole place is spotless & so beautiful. A car is definitely a benefit, we did get a few taxis into Lagos town for the evening which cost around €10 each way. Reception were really helpful ordering the taxi for us. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful resort.

waren das 3.mal hier. soweit alles ok. Reparatur der Spülmaschine , des Toasters , und der Kaffeemaschine wurden schnellstens erledigt. Es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein. Würden wiederkommen !! MfG

I could live here for ever. A luxury resort that feels like home. We loved it here. I cant say enough about the people in reception. Kind, caring, helpful, welcoming. Highly recommend the place, for any size family.

Beautiful property, it was nice surprise to have 2 levels condo. Every day cleaning was nice too. Front dask very helpful as well. The only draw back was reception desk by the entrance to the community (logically we stopped there). It was closed and no sign that it was the wrong one. Few stressed couples were there as well. Eventually we found the right one (just following exact address) and after that it was all great.

Lovely 2BR / 2BA, 2-story condo on a lovely, quiet, secure, resort property: spacious, modern, clean, in very good condition, with fully equipped kitchen, and excellent housekeeping service, lovely view, and pool just a few steps away. It is a 10 minute drive to Lagos points of interest, grocery stores, gas, etc., so having a car is a must. Plenty of parking in front of condo For such a nice place, we were surprised that the TVs were small, not Smart TVs, and at the substandard gym at the clubhouse 0.8 miles away, which was small, only had 2 ellipticals, and 3 treadmills.

Very beautiful property . The pool was very large and well kept. Our unit was very well equipped having daily housekeeping was appreciated.the staff were very very accomodating with requests we made. The reception organized airport transfers and car rental prior to our arrival. The location was great for visiting other areas of the Algarve.

Heel mooi ruim huisje van alle gemakken voorzien. Elke dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken. Fijne zwembaden en een mooie groene omgeving. Het enige nadeel is dat er geen supermarkten op loopafstand zijn.

We stayed for 2 nights in October. We loved staying here. For the price, the place was amazing. We essentially had a whole house to ourselves, so much space. The area was lovely, only traffic appeared to be other residents or groundskeepers. Parking right out front was a huge plus point too. We didn't swim in the pool, but only because we were busy, we had planned to and it looked lovely. We didn't eat at the restaurants either, but had planned to. We would highly recommend staying here and we plan to book another stay in the next few months! Staff were helpful and lovely, there seemed to be constant maintenance of the grounds/street happening, but not annoying or a nuisance in anyway. They clearly take pride in their appearances and it showed, as the place was a lovely place to be.

Beautiful golfcourse property, clean pool (not chloriney), a bistro down the street but you will need a car to get into Lagos or close,quaint beaches. Very quiet at night, no traffic or other noise from nearby apartments. A flight of stairs in our condo but large bedrooms, stocked kitchen, big bathrooms.

We had a longer stay of 9 days. The apartment was cleaned daily, dishwasher was in the room and was turned on by housekeeping. Daily new towels and blankets for the kitchen, shower and swimming pool. Reception was great. Breakfast was included but not too that nice. Coffee and tea were terrible. Location is about 15 minutes by car from the sea, Lagos 10 minutes, Portimao 30min, just perfect.

Great location and the property was amazing. We felt like we could really relax. The only downside was the very limited with little variety day to day, it was also luke warm breakfast. We were off season but it was a shame.

The place is amazing, great service in Spa with the threatments and with excellent food in restaurants. Location and the premices are beautiful though prefer to have a car. Good walking routes to the shore and for example to Praia da Luz or Porto de Mos. Strong recommendation!

We enjoyed our stay at Bela Colina. It was nice to have the breakfast option and the restaurant was convenient after a long day exploring Lagos if you didn't want to go back out on the town. We didn't have time to golf but the outdoor pool was nice.

The pool area was well maintained and very clean. The breakfast had both hot and cold options and a nice variety of healthy fruit and veggies. Our accommodation was nice and large, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area, living room and both a patio and large upper balcony complete with sun loungers. We also had an issue with ants coming into via the gap under the front door. Soundproofing between the rooms could be improved upon.

Overall apartment and surroundings were clean. It's a good place to stay, not really any major complaints. The parking spots in front of the apartment are tight if there is three cars though, and I wish the back door was lockable from the outside. Pool is only accessible from the apartment, and you can not lock the back door from the outside.
