Le ménage n’était pas fait partout dans la chambre mais globalement la literie était confortable. Pensez à appeler pour confirmer le parking, mais si comme nous vous avez raté le coche, il y a toujours la possibilité de se garer au parking du port avec un voucher de l’hôtel pour payer moins cher (15CHF la journée). J’ai bien aimé la possibilité de prendre un café et un croissant pour 6CHF au lieu du petit dej complet aussi. Et l’hôtel est super bien situé par rapport au métro.

Great small hotel at a great location. Love the breakfast area on the top floor. The parking garage is too small and really hard to park.

Nice triple room. Modern, silent and clean in good shape. Free coffee and tea in the room was a plus. Only remark, 35CHF for a night in the offered car park at the other hotel is far to expensive…

Stayed for a couple of nights with my daughter. Nice hotel. Handy for the train. Air con was not all that powerful, so it did feel a bit hot on the first night. Breakfast was a big overpriced for what it was. But very handy car park and EV charger.

The hotel has a good location, walking distance to the train station plus next to the metro which takes you to the lake. Take the free city transport card which the hotel gives you. And a few minutes later you are by the lake or walk down there or back. The parking cost around 25 franc and you take the car elevator down. The rooms are fine but more design than functionality. The bathroom is of glass walls and see through plus not sound proof. The sink for washing hands is in the entree. Breakfast is ok ok the top floor with nice view.

Places de parking limitées. Personnel très gentil. Pratique pour une ou quelques nuits, très bien situé dans quartier sous gare. Très belle vue de la salle de dejeuner au dernier étage.

I got the worst possible room 101 at Level -2, which was extremely loud due to a very noisy AC or whatever mashine it was outside next to the only window, which could be opened. The room had a terrible smell. There were small black bugs in the bed, on the walls, in the bathroom. I have asked immediately after checking in to have the room changed, but I was told that I haven’t paid for a better room (if you consider a price of CHF 248 what I was paying per night as a low price, where colleagues of mine who stayed at the same hotel paid less but had nice rooms on 8th floor with a view, fresh air, etc.) few photos of the bugs on the bedsheets and on the walls are attached.

Ce n’est pas l'accueil qui m'interpelle, il était plutôt sympathiques, à l'écoute et surtout gêné. En effet, il aura fallut faire trois changements de chambre pour finalement avoir une chambre propre, cest à dire le menage fait. Un changement peut arriver, mais avec mon expérience ( plusieurs nuits d'hôtel par semaine pendant 10 ans) m'interroge. Est-ce maintenant un mode de gestion? En suisse? Le réceptionniste était donc très gené, on le comprends. Le petit déjeuner était bien et aura rattrapé cette petite mésaventure. Je devais le signaler, et je retournerais volontier dans cette établissement. J'espère avoir été utile. Bon voyage

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen - Hat eine Tiefgarage und anständige Zimmer Teile der Einrichtung sind nicht mehr gut und richtig befestigt / Fenster-Dusche etc Der Zimmerservice vergass an einem Tag mein Zimmer zu machen. Dies kann vorkommen. Die Reaktion der Rezeption lässt aber viel Luft für Verbesserung - bis Hin zu einer Entschuldigung inkl. Gutschein

Ich war nur eine Nacht auf Geschäftsreise im Hotel Agora in Lausanne. Die Lage gleich unterhalb des Bahnhofs ist sehr praktisch und trotzdem ruhig. Das Hotel ist sauber und bietet einen für diese Preisklasse hohen Komfort

Room (including bathroom) was in excellent condition and of good size. Very close to the railway station. Near a metro stop as well. Surrounding area was nice and had many restaurants.

Super Lage vom Hotel, freundliches Personal. Allerdings war das Zimmer nur mittelmässig sauber (z.B. hinter dem Sofa war nicht gesaugt). Auch hatte es für das WC nur eine Schiebetüre ohne Griff und mit Loch. Auch wenn man eine Familie ist, möchte man auf dem stillen Örtchen doch Privatsphäre. Auch bei der Dusche war oben das Glas durchsichtig und man sah vom Bett her in die Dusche.

Super convenient to the train station. Very clean rooms. This hotel does a good job maintaining the property. It’s been a solid standby for years.

Hair blower has served its time ans Overall there was not much feeling of coziness. No door between toilet/ shower and thé room therefore not suitable for Friends travel. At thé reception we asked for information to thé ETF and did not receive much help or friendliness. Only plus point was the confortable bed. I would definetely Rate it as overpriced and would not come back not recommend it.

Prima hotel, dichtbij het station en de metro. Heerlijk ontbijt met een mooi uitzicht over het meer van Geneve! De badkamer heeft doorzichtige wanden , wat de privacy niet ten goede komt als je met 3 personen op een kamer verblijft.

Stayed here for two nights in July 2023 with two kids (12 and 17). Great location, just minutes walk from the train station and 2 minute walk to metro station which takes you to downtown and to Ouchy. Very clean rooms, great service. Only downside was an air conditioning unit that kept freezing over although it was not even on a high setting. Would stay here again and recommend it.

Location - 7 mins walking from Lausanne station which is super close With good range of restaurants around the area but still quiet. Didn't try the breakfast Have fitness room & sauna Staff - Helpful & supportive! Room - Very clean with amenities provided. The only thing which surprises me is the semi-transparent bathroom door, especially if you share the room with friend not really close.

Good location 5 min walk to the train station. The rooms are modern and comfortable but with a peculiar serup for the bathroom. Did not try the breakfast area.

Quel service client pitoyable ! Je n’ai jamais pu rentrer dans l’hôtel, le service m’a menacé d’appeler la police alors que je reste le client et aucune excuse de personne du staff. Séjournant régulièrement à Lausanne et connaissant une grande partie des hôtels, c’est la dernière fois que je reste à cet hôtel qui n’a aucun charme ni service. Je déconseille fortement

The Agora Swiss is located within minutes of the SBB (it's walkable) and right off of a main street in Lausanne. The front desk staff is very customer-focused: pleasant and helpful. The Agora is right near a main busline that services a good portion of Lausanne and goes down to the port of Lake Geneva's cruislines. Our room was very clean, and a good size. Two guest chairs and a small desk. Bedding was plush and comfortable. There is a lounge area at the front of the hotel so you can get out of your room, and the breakfast area on the top floor offers a complete view of Lausanne and Lake Geneva. Great way to start your day! We will surely stay here again!

Accueil déplorable et système de réservation à corriger. Réservation faite via Hôtels.com pour un adulte, un ado de 16 ans et un enfant de 5. Affectation par le système sur une chambre avec 2 lits simples. A la différence des 8 précédents hôtels de notre voyage itinérant en suisse, aucun lit d’appoint, aucune banquette, rien. Et pas d’avertissement lors de la réservation qu’on va devoir composer avec cela (j’aurais choisi un autre hôtel). A la limite, on peut comprendre que le système n’est pas parfait/ait des bugs. Mais à l’enregistrement, au lieu d’avoir affaire à quelqu’un de compréhensif, qui cherche une solution, accueil déplorable, agressif, je me vois reprocher d’avoir fait la réservation ainsi (alors que les enfants et leurs âges sont clairement renseignés),comme si j’avais cherché à contourner le système, « c’est parce qu’il est prévu que l’enfant de 5 ans dorme avec vous » (comme si c’était naturel qu’un enfant de 5 ans dorme avec ses parents)… Jamais été aussi mal accueilli. Et pompon, réveil à 9h par la femme de chambre qui veut faire le ménage. Mais c’est quoi cet hôtel ? Dommage car très bien situé à côté de la gare, tout neuf, prix assez compétitif. Mais il manque clairement un manager et un process qualité.

Great location in Lausanne, walking distance to metro and train station. Beautiful view of city from breakfast location on 9th floor very good and reasonably priced breakfast. Front desk staff very helpful with tourist questions and parking accommodation great and unique.

Loved the location being a short walk from the train station and a 15 minute walk to the beach.. Comfy bed, great AC, and wonderful roof top breakfast room. The staff was friendly and polite.. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will definitely be back again!!

Fairly quick walk to the train station in a charming neighborhood with the old world feel. Lovely cafe down the street as well. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, nice view from the window as well. If you go I suggest the breakfast. View from the top floor in the morning is especially lovely.

It was my second stay at this hotel and I returned for its good rooms, perfect location (behind the railway station and next to the Grancy metro) and friendly staff. It is a dependable hotel, with Swiss cleanliness and spacious rooms. There is coffee and tea in the room and shower with moving head and individual toiletries (quite good verveine ones). If I have a qualm it would be the relatively sparse breakfast, for the price, although a coffee + croissant option is also available and a good deal. Plus, the breakfast room with its landscape view over the rising Sun across the Montblanc is a sight in itself. Overall, I will return. It is a nice and homey place to be in.
