This place is older but updated. It has good insulation so the highway traffic is not heard inside the room. Nice pool and hot tub in a garden setting. There is a washer & dryer available. The room was large and comfortable. Very clean. The bed was comfortable

We had a pleasant two day stay over Memorial weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast not too expensive. Jacuzzi and EV chargers were nice bonuses. My only complaint was that it was a bit noisy, we could hear guests next door and outside. Overall I recommend and would stay there again.

Loved the section with the courtyard! Didn't use it due to the cold but would be lovely in the summer/spring. It's toward the back of the property and away from the busy street...VERY quiet. Cleaning staff was great and very helpful, as was the desk staff. Disappointed that breakfast wasn't included in price as is the case with most Best Westerns, but their Garden Cafe offered good basic breakfasts and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay there again when there visiting relatives. Starbucks across the street. Costco, Target, etc within walking distance.

Great hotel. Nice staff and great room. Some things showed use in the room like scratched floors, broken microwave and broken light cover but everything we brought to attention to the staff it was handled. The pool heater was not working so that was a bummer for us but we had a great time in the Hot tub.

I booked a room with two beds for a double date trip. Me and the other girl walked in before the guys and scoped the area. Although everything looked fine, it wasn’t. The other girl suggested we turn the ac on. As soon as we did we were overwhelmed with the smell of feces. You heard me right FECES. It was a long trip and we were all tired. We needed last minute things from the store and we were going to head to bed. We hit up target and grabbed FOUR air fresheners for the vent and a candle. It. Did. NOTHING. Our room just reeked of feces. I ended up spraying perfume in the vent and it still barely ended up covering the smell and it only lasted a few hours. The room was nice just the big issue of the smell absolutely ruined it.

It was surprisingly good until we found toooooons of ants in sink area in the morning. Ants were in my bags, luggage and clothes, took for a while to get rid of them even after we came back home… :(

The floor in the bathroom were filthy and left our feet black on the bottom. The carpet was also solid black where the traffic area was, even though the carpet had a pattern. We will not stay here again.

Very well maintained and clean. A hidden gem in the city of Santa Rosa. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend this hotel. Drove down from northern Idaho on family vacation and this is the cleanest place we've been to.

We have not stayed at a Best Western in many years and was very surprised at how nice this property was kept up. Probably the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. Spacious, quiet, comfortable and safe. We enjoyed our stay and it was ideal to be close to the fairgrounds for a CHEER Comp my daughter was in over the weekend. Great place! Great rates!

Easy on and off to the highway. Loved that it was super close to a Starbucks and Crumbl! Felt very safe. My daughter loved the pool. Beds weren’t super comfy and thin walls but those were our only complaints.

Our room had a sliding glass door that led directly to the pool, so it felt like we were at home sitting on our back porch. Staff was very nice and the property was very clean and beautiful landscaping. Location is prime too! Right off the 101 and the 12 plus lots of shopping (Target, Costco, & Trader Joe’s) and dining (downtown Santa Rosa) minutes away.

The newly renovated rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved the patio by the pool. The on-site cafe is very good for breakfast with a variety of options. Parking rightt in front of room made us feel very safe.

Very good experience. We had a family suite, with two connected rooms and 3 beds (1 king, 2 queen) - it was very comfortable and the mattress quality was very good. AC was working really well on the hot day we were there. The only thing I would have asked for would probably be that the family suite should have 2 bathrooms, or at least 1.5 bathrooms. Having 6 people in the suite with only one bathroom could have become a bottleneck but we were able to manage it well. Everything else was really good!

The staff at check in was rude. They said they couldn't find my reservation and wouldn't let me give them a confirmation number despite me having the screen up to prove I did, they just kept saying I didn't have a reservation and I was wrong. Then when they finally found it, they acted as if they hadn't just spent the past five minutes telling me we didn't have a room. The carpets in the room were gross. Our feet and socks were black. We showered and after walking in the carpet for less than 10 minutes, our socks were black again. There was also a weird smell in the room but since the room was ground level we couldn't sleep safely with the windows open. I would not stay here again.

The motel room was fine. The front staff were nice. That said, I needed to check out early after 4 (really 3) nights instead of 8. Long calls with Hotels.com - lots of hold time. Motel management would only reimburse me at the lowest rate possible for the nights I did not stay, and charged me the highest rate possible for the nights I did stay. My reimbursement was very low and ended up paying way over $215.00 per night for 4 nights of what was originally a $121.00 per night stay. Also, they charged me for 4 nights because, by the time this was resolved, it was past check-out time after the 3rd night. Given that, the 3 nights in the motel cost me an average of $287.00 per night. Their reimbursement rate per night for the 4 (really 3) nights was $67.00 bucks per night. Because I really only stayed three nights it amounted to $53.00 per night. Given these financial decisions, I will never stay at this motel again and I will make sure visiting family and friends never stay there. Given the opportunity, they will gauge the customer.

Check in was less than desirable. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied and the people were in it. Suprised and shocked that customer and i walk back to the office together and the apologies happened. Then, we were told that the hotel was completely full. Since we had done a pre paid booking, I asked her to check the other room that was on the otherside. She was stil under the illusion that the it was already spoken for. Anyway, back and forth we went and finally she did what i told her to do and low and behold, that was the correct room and after that, things went fine.

The property itself was not bad. We were lucky to have a room toward the back so it was quiet. There were mature trees and a pool with hot tub which we didn't use but it seemed popular for the families with kids. The rooms were clean but strangely crawling with little ants all over. The cafe on the property had a limited menu but the food was good. The area around the hotel was filled with wandering homeless and a lot of traffic. The hotel staff that greeted us for check in was having a bad day and let us know all about it. All in all I would stay again if I happened to be in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. We had two small dogs with us and they were quite accommodating. There was a dog area and walking within the grounds. A small cafe, good wifi and plentiful parking. Easy access to roads and city.

Just stayed here for the one night en route to San Francisco. Hotel room was clean and tidy and modern. Room was quiet despite being close to a major road. Didn't use any of the hotel facilities but the pool looked good. Nice pleasant garden around the rooms.

I absolutely loved the hot tub! 103 degrees, clean and nice outdoor environment. Came back the next morning but it had been turned off during the night and was barely above body temp. Disappointed but still got in and stretched briefly. Also, the included breakfast was confusing. Went over to the Cafe and found out we had to pay. Description not clear about that. Would have given all 5 star ratings except for those.
