Clean, staff very friendly, food good. 9 minute walk to Bondi beach. Over a pub, noisey on weekends but i slept great. No elevator!! Staff did help with our luggage. Room small bit absolutely loved staying there for 5 nights and would do it again.

Awesome location but BEWARE on Friday and Saturday nights you will be sleeping above a nightclub. We bought earplugs and slept well . Very obliging staff and awesome location

It's a great location, however, be aware it is extremely noisy! It's a pub not a hotel which has 2 levels of late night bars with DJs till 1am. This is not on the description of the hotel. The rooms are fine with an ensuite and tea and coffee facilities.

Es war alles da was man braucht. man hate eine gute Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und ausreichend Handtücher. die moderne Schließanlage hat es einfach gemeint ins Zimmer zu kommen und das Hotel war im Zentrum l. Vielen Dank gerne immer wieder!

It's excellent for exactly what niche it fills. Great pub on the bottom floor and a couple of good bars on the level below the rooms. Room's are exactly what you need for a stay in Bondi when you're out an about for the weekend. A great shower, comfy as bed, cold water in the bar fridge and TV if needed. Would definitely stay again. Cheers

Ligt duchtbij het strand, winkels in de buurt, rookgelegenheid bij het hotel. Minder was dat er GEEN lift aanwezig is, met een nederlands telefoonnummer werkt alleen je roomkey. Alles is digitaal. NIET HANDIG!!! Had liever een normalevsleutel of sleutelkaart gehad ipv digitaal.

Lovely basic rooms with really lovely decor and facilities. I also loved the Goki system which made accessing my room and the hotel so easy. I would highly recommend this hotel. The price is somewhat high but not too bad.

Room smelt like bleach and hair all over the floor. When downstairs to see if they can change rooms but no one was at the front desk but my credit card photocopy and license was sitting out for anyone to take. Ended up getting a refund

Nicely renovated rooms in a great area. Lovely staff. It was quite expensive. The toilet wasn’t properly secured to the floor. There was sand in the shower.

The noise is unbearable, 3 bars/clubs downstairs, music going till 2AM. You can not get to the hotel area with out walking through loud, noisy areas full of people. Bedding was dirty and after asking for bedding to be changed following day it still wasn’t. Staff are not helpful.

As a professional in the same industry, I was deeply disappointed with the cleanliness standards at this establishment. Upon entering our room, we noticed it was dirty, with hair scattered throughout the bedding. While one of the managers promptly offered us a different room, it turned out to be even worse; the bathroom was in unacceptable condition, featuring mould, hair, and urine on the toilet. Instead of addressing the cleanliness issues appropriately, we were given complimentary drinks, which felt inadequate in light of the circumstances. I expected a form of reimbursement given our experience. It's been four weeks since I sent an email to the manager detailing these issues, and I've yet to receive a response. To add to our dissatisfaction, both my husband and I developed a rash during our stay, which seems particularly concerning since we both experienced it. Considering the significant price of $245 per night, I cannot stress enough that I would strongly advise against staying at this facility based on our experience. It simply did not meet any reasonable standards of cleanliness or service.

my room was very clean and modern. However, i did not know that the nightclub which was below my room was in action on Thursday night till 1am.Sleep was impossible. Then the loud talking and banging of other guests doors went on to 3am. This i understand is not managements fault The milk supplied for a cuppa was lumpy. But the bed was very comfortable, shower hot and refreshing

The room was very clean, the view was amazing. The interesting part is that the doors and locks were all Bluetooth which was a new experience in itself. I do see a lot of bad reviews about the noise but it seems people don’t read the warnings that there will be noise due to the bars downstairs. And honestly the nose wasn’t that loud. The staff was also very friendly and helpful and I love that they will also hold your bags when you checkout so you can still do some site seeing before heading out. That’s not a perk anywhere I’ve stayed before so thank you for the offer. The food was amazing as well and the beach was only a nice stroll as the neighborhood was beautiful. Would love to stay again.

Room was really nice and clean and location is good. HOWEVER there is a club downstairs which was not mentioned. Music blasting and people screaming until 2am on a weekday… so if you want any sleep do not stay here!

Great location for Bondi Beach. Great place to stay for those who want a little bit of night life right by their hotel. Bar closes fairly early though so it didn’t disrupt our earlier nights.

The room was wildly overpriced for the offering. Live DJs pumping loud music til 1.45am on A Saturday night. If sleepi g 1 floor above a pumping nightclub isnt your jam, walk on by this place. Restaurants around the area far better than the offering in the hotel.

Clean, staff very friendly, food good. 9 minute walk to Bondi beach. Over a pub, noisey on weekends but i slept great. No elevator!! Staff did help with our luggage. Room small bit absolutely loved staying there for 5 nights and would do it again.

It's excellent for exactly what niche it fills. Great pub on the bottom floor and a couple of good bars on the level below the rooms. Room's are exactly what you need for a stay in Bondi when you're out an about for the weekend. A great shower, comfy as bed, cold water in the bar fridge and TV if needed. Would definitely stay again. Cheers

The room was very clean, the view was amazing. The interesting part is that the doors and locks were all Bluetooth which was a new experience in itself. I do see a lot of bad reviews about the noise but it seems people don’t read the warnings that there will be noise due to the bars downstairs. And honestly the nose wasn’t that loud. The staff was also very friendly and helpful and I love that they will also hold your bags when you checkout so you can still do some site seeing before heading out. That’s not a perk anywhere I’ve stayed before so thank you for the offer. The food was amazing as well and the beach was only a nice stroll as the neighborhood was beautiful. Would love to stay again.

Simply put: it's a destination for young, single, party people. It was a bad fit for us - married couple in their 40s. The entire property is carpeted, smelly and lots of cockroaches everywhere. Terrible mattress, terrible pillows, old stained towels, no amenities.

Just be aware there are no elevators on the premises. Have to bring your own luggage up to 3rd floor . Very steep and windy stair case. No one to help you when you check out. The food was very good.
