The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the main Ubahn station which offers a train every couple of minutes to various locations and into the hear of Munich. We had dinner and drinks and the food was decent and the service was great. We used the sauna one evening which was very nice (but much warmer than anticipated).

The steam was not functioning. The pool was out of commission. And the sauna was only open after 17:00. And on the second day, they didn’t even turn it on properly, so I had to run up to the front-desk and ask for it. Unless this hotel invests some money into renovating its amenities, they should not advertise them. Furthermore the bathtub in my room had black mold. I didn’t dare to use it.

Sauna, Fitnessraum und Tiefgarage funktionierten nicht. Laut Google Rezessionen geht die Sauna schon seit Monaten nicht mehr. Wäre ich beim Check-in darauf hingewiesen worden, das ich nicht Wellness machen kann. Hatte ich mir die ca. 90€ Stornogebühren sparen können. Expedia versprach mir wenigstens einen 20€ Gutschein. 2 Tage vor Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Gym umgebaut wird und nicht zur Verfügung steht. Da war lediglich mein 19 jähriger Sohn sauer. 1 Tag vor Anreise wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass das hoteleigene Parkhaus nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht. Entscheidend für die Buchung war, dass unser Auto an Silvester geschützt in einer Garage steht. Beim Einchecken wurde uns dann noch mitgeteilt, dass die Sauna schon länger defekt sei. Wir hatten extra das Hotel mit Sauna und Schwimmbad gebucht (welches teurer war wie unser Stamm/ Lieblingshotel Amper in Gemering), da wir zum Jahresende ausspannen wollten, ein paar Saunagänge machen und im Schwimmbad ausspannen wollten bzw. die Seele einfach baumeln lassen. Wir waren total enttäuscht! Leider konnten wir kurzfristig kein anderes, bezahlbares Hotel mit Sauna und Schwimmbad für 4 Personen finden, sonst wären wir direkt wieder ausgeheckt. Wir haben zu Hause ein Haus mit Garten, zwei Kinder(19 und13 Jahre), gehen beide arbeiten und haben uns wirklich so sehr auf das erste mal Silvester in München in einem bezahlbaren Hotel zu Viert mit Sauna und Schwimmbad im Winter gefreut und dann sowas. Mit Fahrkosten, Hotel, Essen usw. Hat uns der Trip vom 30.12. bis 01.01.24 ca. 1000 Euro gekostet. Toll👎

beim Check-in sollte ich zuerst das Zimmer bezahlen (obwohl vorab mit der Reservierung erfolgt) dann wurde auch noch das inkludierte Frühstück anfangs verneint - läuft zwar nichts mehr in diesem Land aber das war schon großes Kino Schwimmbad schön hinter der Tür versteckt nehme an einfach keine Lust mehr auf Reparatur seit der Pandemie - Gäste sind ja geduldig und die Zahlungsbereitschaft ist unendlich (geht man von aus), auf mich hat es eher negativ gewirkt die Tatsache dass der gesamte Komplex eine Renovierung außer den Zimmern nötig hätte - ist hoffentlich nicht neu

Excellent breakfast. Extremely clean. Kind staff. Nice pool. Close to the subway. Air conditioning and heat works well. Hotpot with tea and coffee in the room. Beds firm and very comfortable. Relatively quiet. No fridge safe or microwave in the room but not a big deal for me. The room is a fairly good size by European standards.

Great hotel. Good location, close to two underground stations and buses for easy access to Munich city centre. A few small shops and restaurants close by. Room was a decent size, and comfortable. Plenty of space for suitcases, and to still room to walk around the room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean, beds were very comfortable, convenient to the subway, only about a 7 minute walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wasn’t crazy about the shower, you had to lift your leg over the tub and pull yourself into the shower. Water pressure wasn’t great and the tub was narrow, AC in the room did not work well but overall it was very good.

Terrible front desk staff I checked in on 12/30/2023 and arrived at the hotel almost 6-7pm after dark. The two front desk women on duty at the time had a terrible and creepy attitude. Because I didn't hear one of their questions in time to reply to them, they acted very impatient, scoffed, and kept looking at each other in an unkind way. What was even weirder was when I got into the elevator, one of the front desk ladies followed me in, she stood in front of the elevator door, normally people turn their backs to other people in that position, but she turned to face me on purpose and kept staring at me in a creepy way, when I looked at her she said do you need more towels for your room? I haven't even gotten into the room yet how do I know about the towels? So I replied I don't know and she said I'll bring you towels to the room later...... Of course, I didn't see any of the "towels" she took to me after that. In addition to the terrible service staff, the management of this hotel is extremely poor. They only texted me after booking to inform me that the parking lot and gym were broken, and even the room of 4 people that I had booked was no longer available and I was given 2 separate rooms instead. I've been to probably 10 countries and stayed in many hotels and this hotel is definitely one of the worst.

Die heißen Speisen waren leider selten warm bis heiß. Insgesamt war das Frühstück aber gut und reichhaltig, wenn auch mit 21 € etwas überteuert. Bei der Abreise musste ich allerdings feststellen, dass ein dazugebuchtes Frühstück doppelt berechnet wurde. Allgemein herrschte bei dem gesamten Personal scheinbar Unklarheit darüber, wie man zugebuchtes Frühstück überhaupt abrechnet. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Bus- und/oder U-Bahn-Station. Die Innenstadt ist von dort innerhalb von ca. 20 min erreichbar.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich super gelegen und auch die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Wir hatten 4 Tage lang kein warmes Wasser, was zeitnah gemeldet wurde. Dem wurde nur bedingt nachgegangen, bis letztendlich das ganze Hotel kein warmes Wasser mehr hatte. Auch im Nachhinein ist der Service diesbezüglich sehr schlecht. Die "versprochene" Preisminderung lässt nach wie vor auf sich warten. Anstatt den Dingen direkt nachzugehen und den Kunden aktiv zu informieren, wird scheinbar lieber auf "Verschleierung" und Stummstellen gesetzt. Diesen schlechten Service hätte ich vom Hotel und der Kette so nicht erwartet.

Just stayed here for 2 nights during Oktoberfest. The service was excellent. We ate at the small bar/restaurant one night and it's a small menu but was great. There aren't a lot of restaurants in the area but the metro is just down the road so it was easy to get around and felt safe. There's also a Lidl (grocery store) and liquor store a short walk from the hotel. It was reasonably priced for the middle of Oktoberfest and excellent. Would stay here again!

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem für den Preis und Leistungsverhältnis nicht schlecht. Im Zimmer ist Wasserkocher und Kaffee/ Tee vorhanden. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Nur das Frühstück ist etwas zu teuer. Beim Check in wird das Frühstück zum Preis von 18,-€ pro Person angeboten und zur Frühstückszeit am Folgetag zum 21,-€. Ist einfach viel zu teuer

The only thing I didn’t like the parking lot they should have their own parking lot garage but when I arrived they said is under construction and I should looking in all streets to find spot it’s too difficult when you have to get back late night and have to looking around for parking spot. Overall the room very clean and house keeping very kind cleaning and changing towels and sheets every morning. They have amazing breakfast.
