Beautiful suite but late in check in as room as not available until 4:40. More irritatingly, housekeeping did not come for one of the 3 days we were there and when we requested more towel, we were given facial towel.

Stayed 2 nights

We stayed with our toddler for a couple nights. Staff are helpful and friendly, arranged a crib for our room right away after we arrived. Room is generally clean but facilities are dated - water stains on glass, mouldy shower sealant, flickering lights, etc. I’d expect more facilities at a “resort”, this feels like more of a business hotel instead. They also gave conflicting information about parking and the spa opening time. I was given a checkin note few days before my stay which says self parking was $30/night, but at checkin the charge was $35/night. The same goes for valet parking fees. For the spa opening hours, the information was conflicting even on their info sheet given at checkin as compared to the spa info placed in the rooms (open 7 days vs open Wed-Sun).

The staff was definitely not trained. Housekeeping needed to be reminded to leave toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee, cups. There appeared to be total confusion from staff. We had difficulty getting an early breakdown of charges. Were told room rates changed daily. Front desk person compared room rates changing to gas prices changing. I have never heard of this. When I have booked rooms for 10 days there is a flat daily rate not a rate that changes based on demand. I will not be staying there again. This is a training and management issue.
