It was a quiet hotel with wonderful amenities, near the Museum de Ámbar. It was also possible to have a physical therapist, José, come do massage in the room, which was great because I had a cold and it helped me heal.

The hotel itself is beautiful and we loved the layout with lots of greenery. Staff was very attentive, helpful and polite. A plus is an enclosed garage to park a car if you have one. Our only issues were the cleanliness of the room. Was not the best, we found several hairs on pillows and bedsheets upon lifting covers. They did quickly replace our covers when we brought it up to their attention. A heads up for those not going for the saints celebration festivities. Avoid those days because you will not sleep since hotel is across a church. Celebrations are late at night. Not a negative to the hotel itself just the location. Others days are great.

I wasn't expecting the place to be so charming and beautiful! We booked last minute but the price was very reasonable and included parking. The room we had with the king-size bed was very comfortable and had a great view. The terrace outside was very nice too. Handy location for wandering about. The aforementioned carpark is a bit painful but the porter ran out to help us get in without too much trouble. Some reviews mention hot water being an issue. The water was hot when we were then and didn't take long to come in.

El personal del hotel excelentemente amables, siempre serviciales, Lo unico maño en mi estancia fue la habitacion, llegamos y las sabanas tenias manchas como de sangre, lavadas las Colchas y todo pero manchada de sangre , los rincones por debajo de la cama, bastantes teñarañas, El servicio que ofrece de wifi No siempre sirve o No sirve, la regadera al bañarse uno, estaba tapada y tardaba en irse el agua por la coladera asi que terminabas bañandote en un charco (deberia haber habitaciones con mini refri) aveces uno gusta comprar algo de tomar para la habitacion y se te calienta

El servicio es muy bueno; cómodo, sin falla… PEROOOO… muy ruidoso, sobre todo en las mañanas. Hay una ventanita ventiladora que no tiene cortina, y se entromete el sol a primera hora, cuando menos en nuestra habitación. Muy ruidoso el pasillo, las puertas que se azotan… y para colmo, a las 5 am había gente taladrando en las inmediaciones, que entiendo no tenía que ver con el hotel, pero si hay condiciones de protección acústica que tal vez podrían remediarse.

This was ok but we had a few issues - went down to the breakfast area early at 7am to get a coffee to take back to the room & they charged us 40pesos each for 2 small cups when if we'd gone at that time for breakfast, coffee was unlimited. Our room was also the furthest awày from the entrance possible & since the 2nd floor we were on had no lift & many different levels it was up & down all the time with our cases The room itself, whilst fine, didn't have an outside opening window The included breakfast was told to us as to what we were having rather than a menu to look at - our rate apparently was for an "American breakfast" & that was either eggs or pancakes, juice Or fruit & coffee. It was however fine. The location was good however but in not sure if we'd stay again

Buen lugar para hospedarse y descansar despues de caminar por la cuidad o regresar de algun tours, las instalaciones geniales y muy tematicas. Es un hotel muy bonito tipo colonial, agradable la atmosfera que se respira es de otro tiempo, todo el personal muy atento y servicial, perfecto para descansar y olvidarse del trabajo sin ruido, lo recomiendo ampliamente, las habitaciones muy cómodas el baño limpio y agua caliente sin problemas. muy cerca del centro, a tres cuadras.
