A warm welcome; the rooms are clean and spacious. The rooftop is a bit deserted, but it does have a lovely view. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay!

Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and big. The only thing that can be improved is the room itself. The sofa and Carpet had stains on it, there was no hot water in the shower.

Check in was fine. That evening when i stepped out for some dinner, the door lock bracket was not secure and missing a screw. The maintenace engineer came and tried to fix it but couldn't, so he just jammed a screw there. Then the door was not shut properly, so i had to change rooms. The first room took over 10 mins to get hot water and the a/c remote had dead batteries. My second room was good. No issues with anything, but that first room did not leave a good impression.
