Godt frokosttilbud, samt fine gymfasiliteter som strekker seg over tre etasjer. Satte stor pris på beliggenheten, for her er det kort vei til både Rosebank Mall og en rekke gode restauranter. The hotel is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. There is a bank across the street with several ATMs which makes it easy to get money. The hotel has great security. You need a room key to get to the elevators and to access your floor once in the elevator. The hotel is modern with all of the comforts you need. Our room was spacious with 2 double beds and 2 leather armchairs and a desk. The bathroom is spacious with a large walk in shower. They provide free bottled water in the room daily. There's a restaurant on the premises called Proud Mary where you can have meals throughout the day. It's a very popular restaurant for dinner so the staff advised us to make dinner reservations in advance, which we did. The food is good. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only issues I had was that I wanted to mail postcards which already had stamps on them but none of the staff could tell me where I could mail them and the front desk staff wouldn't mail them for me. Front desk staff also won't change money for smaller bills.

Our stay at the Voco at Rosebank was wonderful! We had 2 room and both were modern clean with comfortable beds. One of our rooms was a larger corner room with floor to ceiling windows and a large, gorgeous bathroom with a freestanding tub—so luxurious! Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was included with our booking. The food was very high quality, plated beautifully and delicious! We felt very safe at the hotel and walked to other restaurants close by on 2 nights. A very nice mall is also just a few steps away. The hotel staff was very helpful and set up our airport transportation for us. I highly recommend staying at the Voco.

Logo que chegamos ja curti a vibe do hotel pelo restaurante animado e decoração moderna no térreo. Fomos bem atendidos na recepção mas a surpresa veio ao chegarmos no quarto. Lindo, super espaçoso, decoracao linda, janelas amplas, cama super confortavel, banheiro maravilhoso. Tivemos uma má impressão do room service pois fizemos um pedido de jantar que não veio e quando fomos perguntar sobre o tempo de entrega no quarto, o pedido nao existia e a cozinha já estava fechada. Acabamos comendo um lanche apenas. Mas no geral é um hotel muito confortavel e a localização é excelente. Ao lado do Shopping e em frente a parada do Hop om Hop off. Ainda ganhei surpresa de aniversário o que me deixou extremamente feliz.

El hotel está nuevo y es muy bonito. Muy cómodo. habitaciones amplias, en una zona segura nueva con tiendas y multitud de bares y restaurantes, con un centro comercial justo pegado. Creo que la mejor opción para dormir en Johanesburgo. No nos gustó que el desayuno no es buffet. Tienen una carta de desayunos (muy completa) pero en vacaciones no hay nada mejor que un buffet de desayuno donde elegir lo que quieres y en la cantidad que quieres.

Finally a new, upscale and affordable hotel in Rosebank. It’s secure and in the middle of restaurants and shopping. The hotel is great but the restaurant could be improved - food is too complicated and there is no real identity on the menu. Staff are super nice but could be slightly more attentive.

We loved this hotel. We love the design of the hotel and the restaurant downstairs is lovely. It's really well located in the hub of Rosebank and if you're coming from the airport just ask the hotel to meet you at the Gautrain station. They were also flexible as we had a late flight and they were really kind and let us keep the room until we left. There are great restaurants and shops in the area, and on Sundays there's a great market if you want to buy South African goods....Also make sure you get Ernest, Gugu or Sbu to make you a coffee at the Proud Mary cafe. It's open late which is great. Proud Mary restaurant is so delicious, breakfast lunch and dinner.
