Staff friendly. Easy check in. Safe but parking lot a bit torn up. Needs new pavement. Convenient loacation off I80 many restaurants.

We enjoyed the quietness of the hotel and the easy access to shopping. A pool was listed as an amenity. We did not see a pool or any signs of a pool. There also is no elevator. We were on a long road trip. Carryig a lot of items up several flights of stairs was hard.

Was comfortable and quiet. Only downside is no elevator.

We had a boat behind our truck and we had ample space to park and was well lit all around the hotel. Made us feel safe to have our boat along and parked in their lot.

When we used our key after arriving, it opened a room that was already occupied. That was awkward. There were no elevators. The ice machine didn't work. Drawers were missing or broken in the room and it was filthy. Hair from someone shaving their beard all over the baseboards. Breakfast was so-so.

Staff very friendly at check-in/out. No elevator. Parking lot was under construction so parking was limited. Quick fast food options nearby. Free breakfast had a small variety of items, but hard to tell if they accommodated dietary restrictions.

Older hotel that has been kept up nicely but still has issues. Breakfast was ok but limited quantities of hot food were available. No elevator for those that have mobility concerns. In addition, my room's ground level exterior window was not locked when I arrived and only one of the locks worked.

I thought this would be similar to a Comfort Inn but it was a couple of steps down from that. The breakfast was quite limited - not even a waffle maker, which is pretty standard for other places. Also, the Fitness room was a joke. My wife wanted to walk, and both the treadmill and the recumbent bike were out of order/non-functional. It appears that no one maintains the property, at least in that area. The staff were friendly, but I would not stay there again.

Do not go to this hotel if you cannot do steps. No elevator, so you might be dragging suitcases either down one flight, or up one-two flights. Beds and pillows must be new as hard, which some like. Looks like nice work-out room, nice breakfast spread, Christine at front desk nice.

Way over priced for what I got. No pool.

Phone didn’t work as well as the blow dryer. It seemed as if someone had just been staying there as it was not properly cleaned.

The continental breakfast ends at 9am but the eggs and sausage was gone by 8am, and they don't prepare extra. The walls are very thin and we were kept awake by the sound of music and bass until 2am. The sheets and towels were laundered but had old stains on them.

Rooms and hallways were musty, roaches found in the bathroom, holes in the towels, ice machines broken, a few of the lamps in the room did not work

The room was sooooo humid, the bed felt wet and the room had a weird smell (could have been mildew). There was a dehumidifier in the hallway but it was full and no one had emptied it but it wouldn’t have solved the humidity problem anyway.

The check-in process was efficient and the receptionist that checked me in was very friendly. She asked my preference on where I would like to be located which was refreshing. However, once I got to me room, I pulled back the sheets (which I always do in hotels rooms) and it was clear that the sheets had not been changed. While the room was tidied, there were a LOT of crumbs in the bed and upon further inspection with my phone light, there were pubic hairs in the bed! I immediately went back to the front desk and alerted the receptionist. She promptly gave me another room next door and claimed she would alert housekeeping, but did not offer anything beyond that. It was if it happens often, but this time they were "caught". Furthermore, the bed was the ancient spring-style mattress that squeaked when you'd sit down. The price was economical, but I would definitely not return to this location.

The breakfast menu was not good. The juice machine was out of order. The room was not clean. There were spider webs hanging off the lamps. The bedding made us itch. Kristen, the desk clerk went above and beyond any other clerk I've met! She was an absolute doll and help! She helped us bring our luggage in. Kristen is a caring, compassionate and kind individual. She ROCKS! I was disappointed to walk into this hotel because our room was suppose to be on a main level. It was difficult for both of us going up and down 9 stairs. The washer and dryer need to be cleaned.

The bathroom was not clean and the hotel itself smelled horrible... like chemicals

The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the room had a strong musty smell, there were several long hairs on the tile floor, and there were visible stains on the sheets and pillowcases. The stain on the sheet was about three inches long and one inch wide and had a brownish color. The microwave handle and buttons were also sticky. On the plus side, I checked under and behind the mattress and found no evidence of bed bugs, but in the process I saw that clearly nobody had cleaned back there for a long time. Unlike the rest of the room, the bathroom was relatively clean. The sinks and lights were all working fine.

Overall not bad. The bathroom door in the room we were assigned made lots of noise and very hard to close. Definitely needs attention.

The doors, windows and walls aren’t really sound proof, I could clearly hear people coughing in the next room and conversations in the hallway across from my room, and the train outside. I never found an elevator and there may not be one with only two floors, but I have a bad knee and even walking up 10 steps hurts. It would have been nice if the front desk agent offered to help me with my bags, he didn’t even offer when I’m sure he noticed I had 4 bags. They place itself is centrally located for my travel needs, but comfort needs, this was a big let down. We won’t be staying here again in the future due to privacy concerns and accessibility concerns. The property itself is clean inside and out, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and up to date.

Room was comfortable but shower handle was broken making it hard to turn on, off, or adjust and the coffee maker was broken and spewed water everywhere. Also, just fyi no decaf coffee at this hotel.

All in all a good place for overnight stop. The mattress was not that great was my only issue so a good nights sleep wasnt possible.

It was quiet and staff that I talked to very nice and friendly. What was not good was the smell in the room and the towels smelled like cigarettes smoke. Good thing I had air freshener. The halls smelled good but that room smelled of cigarettes smoke. The chair in the room had cigarettes burns in it. My husband and I are non smokers. The bed was really hard.

Nestled in among car lots, u-Haul rental offices, and fast food…what an odd place for a motel. Hard to find, tiny, tiny room and a bathroom where the toilet barely cleared the door. No Kleenex provided, and for some reason we got stuck on a garden level, down 8 or 9 steps from the reception desk. Lumpy pillows and noisy AC. I didn’t read any bad reviews on Expedia so thought I would give it a try. I’ll be more careful next time, this was a sad experience.

Walls were paper thin. not a great stay

The rooms are LOTS smaller than they appear online and compared to other hotels. No elevator and stairs to get to rooms and breakfast. The room was clean, but lots of things that could be fixed.

Check-in was convenient. Kristin was friendly and helpful.

Christina at the front desk was excellent in her service. She helped with an issue with the toilet. She also helped with an issue with some valuable items that were left behind.

Nice clean and safe. As a woman traveling alone I was very comfortable here. The front desk staff was great and she put me in a room by the front desk because I was traveling alone. Will stay here again!

The Chelsea in was ok and the room was ok. We went for breakfast mid breakfast time and coffee was gone and bread, eggs and meat was all gone. The attendant in charge was sitting and watching TV and when alerted to the problem were met with a frown. We will not stay there again.

Check in was great, staff was super friendly. Came back after our 4th celebration and our tv wasnt working. Tried calling the front desk to have it fixed and the lady(different gal then at cueck in) proceeded to argue with me telling me to do all the things i told her many times we had already tried, she wouldn't listen and refused to come fix it until i finally got fed up and asked for her name and advised her i would just talk with management instead. We were just trying to unwind for the night with a little tv. I had 3 teens with me course they wanted to watch some tv. The toilet in the room was just nasty, the fridge wouldn't shut unless u pulled up on it since they had it sitting in a tray with a lip on it. The breakfast wasnt a buffet just a couple crockpots with sausage links and scrambled eggs that all were from a microwave and then just cereal and toast. I mean its a small hotel so i guess a small breakfast its unusual. Beds were decently comfy and the room has a stove top and kitchenette area which would be great for extended stays. Would stay here again if had to but wouldn't want to deal with the lady from the night shift ever again.

The morning clerk was very rude. My wife and i were eating breakfast at 9. Breakfast was over at 9. She came in the room and literally turned the light out and told us to take what was left on our plates to our room. Like we were criminals or something. Have we not learned how to be decent to one another yet? Isnt it time to evolove away from this petty behavior? Im done putting up with it. I told her she was rude

Surprisingly nice hotel off I80. Property outside is nothing to brag about, but the price and location was just what I needed.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful and was in a great location. Very close to restaurants, pharmacies, shopping, etc. Only 12 minutes from Omaha.

Staff was friendly and getting to the rooms is convenient. The hotel has way too strong of a perfumey smell and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn't good either.

Check in time was very easy, well at front desk was very polite and kind. Room was clean. Went down to breakfast around 815. There was cereal and bread for toast. A couple yogurts left and some apples. I would stay again.

The breakfast was minimal. They had 1 large gallon of milk for everyone to share. This was also the same for the Peanut butter. After the last few years and health issues, I thought sharing out of a container was weird at best and unacceptable. We stayed 3 days but did not utilize the breakfast but the first day and none of the community share items.

The free breakfast was a bit weak compared to similar motels, but hey, it was free.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, however, there were no tissues in the room, there was conditioner but no shampoo, and the lotion was a used bottle. The breakfast was severely lacking. The svrambled eggs were good, but only bread for toasting, no bagels or English muffins And there were 3 baskets for fruit but only one orange.
