Breakfast room didn't have enough food and the apple juice tasted like water. Parking is good. The room is cleaned. Staffing could use some improvement.

We were just passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. the room was clean with just some minor stains on the sofa. The staff were helpful and got us an extra pillow when we asked. If you need a dark room to sleep, bring a sleep mask. I forgot mine and it was a bit bright, but I was still able to sleep. Just some information to help prepare someone, not a complaint at all! This hotel is close to everything we needed for the night and next morning, which was super helpful. We were also glad that the breakfast was more than cereal and bread! Having protein options for breakfast meant we didn't have to go buy breakfast. We'll stay there again if we're going through Council Bluffs. It was an excellent experience.

Cannot beat the price we paid. It can easily offset a few minor negatives that we experienced. Find the place and parking was breeze plus, on top of that, staffs are great. We missed the free breakfast though. As the hair dryer did not work and we could not find the steam iron, there were a few things we could not do during our stay. Nonetheless, the bed was firm (great for us) and table and chairs were good for two people to eat together. Only wish there were more AC outlets so that we could charge all gadgets simultaneously. Even it was close to main interstate, the room was very quiet to give us a good night sleep. Again, thank you very much for all of your effort!!

Room smelled good and was very clean. Everything in the hotel was nice as well. Very good breakfast. Lots of options, which was a very nice surprise.
