2b Lage, Zimmer etwas kühl gestaltet, Bad super, Frühstück gut, Bar und Drinks super, Staff sehr freundlich und mit Humor. Tiefgarage eine Katastrophe mit SUV. Man kommt bei der Ausfahrt gar nicht um die Ecke, wenn alle Parkplätze belegt sind.

Sehr nettes und junges Personal. Die Einrichtung in der Lobby war modern und machte einen guten ersten Eindruck. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön geschnitten und alles in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und sehr lecker. Der Aufenthalt hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt.

1. The safe didn't work on the second day of our stay. 2. The air conditioning wasn't functioning. 3. Our room wasn't cleaned on the third day. Despite calling reception twice, I was told housekeeping had already left for the day, and they only managed to bring up one towel for the two of us. I had to call reception again to ask for another towel, as I wasn't sharing one. We eventually received two fresh towels, but the dirty ones were left on the bathroom floor. 4. Due to the room not being cleaned, I requested two clean glasses but was given two mugs instead. 5. As the room wasn't cleaned, we were offered two free drinks. However, it wasn't specified at reception that alcoholic drinks were not included. 6. The Wifi in the room was not working for 2 days. I had to use my own data and go into the lobby. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay at this 4-star hotel, especially as it was a present for my sister's birthday. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any family or friends. Despite all these issues, we received no compensation, only an apology.

Likes: proximity to U Bahn. Clean, bright room with mini bar that was replenished each day. Quiet - I was at the back of the hotel, so it was quiet for me. Friendly staff. OK breakfast. Dislikes: air con not controllable in room and it got a bit stuffy at times - had to open window to get cooler air. An iron and ironing board would have been nice.

It was truly a beautiful hotel – almost like a luxury hotel. Perfectly located in Berlin, with short walking distance to everything in the city center. Plenty to see within a 2 km radius. Cool, spacious room with a larger-than-usual TV and a bathtub. Great hotel. We will definitely come back again.

Staying at your hotel for 6 nights I found the following: Reception: Staff were not very friendly. We checked in online but on arrival, they did not provide us with a city map, no good morning daily etc Breakfast: It was good with a lot of choices. However, really annoyed by the staff collecting our plates/cups every minute. When I am on holidays, I want to have a relaxing time, to have a quiet time to have breakfast and being interrupted every 3 minutes by the hotel staff is really not something I have seen before. Room: 6 nights and no even one single linen changing is quite surprising in a call “4* hotel”. No shower caps in the room either. We requested a quiet room and we got room 124 near the door and the cleaners room. It was “quiet” but if a customer requests a quiet room, the normal thing to do is to allocated a room at the end of the corridor not at the beginning of the corridor. Nice “free bar” daily Hotel was nicely allocated near the amenities by tram or underground. Nice gesture the welcome drink and the points that can be used at the bar.

- Ich hatte für mo-fr täglich 7.30 wake-up-call bestellt, diesen bekam ich trotz meiner reklamationen an der rezeption nur am di und do. schlecht für ein 4-sterne hotel, bei dem ich berufsbedingt übernachtete. Wieso wird dann 1 wake-up-call angeboten, wenn es die rezeption 3 mal nicht schafft! - Ich hatte von anfang um ausschließlich alkoholfreie getränke in der minbar gebeten. Das hat erst ab tag 3 geklappt. Wie kann 1 solche simple bitte 3 tage in der umsetzung dauern? - Im zimmer gibt es lediglich kaffee und eine nespresso maschine. Keinen tee, keinen teekocher! Sehr traurig, dass davon ausgegangen wird, jeder gast müsse kaffee trinken. - Das zimmer war von 16.4.23-21.4.23 kalt, ich musste nach weiteren decken fragen und meinen mantel im zimmer tragen. Heizung funktionierte nur im bad. Ich schrieb zettel („Please windows closed!“) und legte sie vor jedes fensterbrett, doch der reinungsservice machte am frühen vormittag die fenster auf und diesen waren dann bis zu meiner rückkunft um 20.00 nach meiner arbeit offen. Im zimmer war es eiskalt. Ich teilte es der rezeption mit, dennoch waren die fenster von mo-mi (3 tage!) den ganzen tag über offen. Bei Aussentemperaturen um die 5 grad! - Im rezeptionsbereich läuft die ganze zeit über laute musik schon zum frühstück. Abends wird die musik dann richtig laut aufgedreht. - E-Mails mit fragen vor meinem aufenthalt beantwortete das hotel nicht. Niemals 4 sterne! - Achtung anrufe über das zimmertelefon kosten extra

The hotel is very comfortable and we had 2 adjacent rooms on floor 6. They were very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and really quiet. The weather was hot but hotel and rooms comfortably cool. The area is within easy reach of restaurants, shops and transport. Would love to return.
