Sehr schneller Check In, elektrotankstelle auf abgesperrten Grundstück neben dem Hotel vorhanden. Jedes Zimmer hat Balkon mit Blick in den Garten. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Wunderbares Zimmer, aufmerksames Personal, tolles Frühstück. Besonders lobenswert die E-Ladestation für unser Auto.

Wunderbar! Man hat auf den Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer geachtet, das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber, und es gab zwei Highlights: ich bin seit langem nicht mehr so liebevoll willkommen geheißen worden beim Einchecken, eine Dame mittleren Alters hat das wundervoll gemacht. Das andere Highlight: Oft sind Hotelsaunen klein, nicht angenehm gestaltet, hier ist es zwar im Keller, aber man kann raus an die frische Luft und alles ist mehr als großzügig gestaltet. Vielen lieben Dank, ich komme wieder, versprochen.

Dejligt hotel med god service, egen biergarten, og fantastisk værelse i to etager med egen terasse. Badesø lige i nærheden, og et hav af gode restauranter i området. Alle på hotellet er søde og rare og meget serviceminded

Es war wunderbar. Wir hatten das Hotel wegen seiner Lage z um Park ausgesucht für unseren Hund. Und das war perfekt. Auch die Aufmerksamkeiten für unseren Hund waren sehr nett, große Schüsseln, Leckerli, Hundetüten. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass man auf den morgendlichen Roomservice verzichten konnte und das Hotel dafür 4€ an das Berliner Tierheim spendet pro Tag. Sehr gemütlich waren auch der Biergarten und die Hotelbar. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt, immer gerne wieder.

Stayed at Living Hotel Weissensee for one night, arrived around 18:00 with no available parking at the Hotel or nearby(remember to book parking in advance), Staff was very helpful.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, hilfsbereites Servicepersonal, vor allem der Nachtdienst aber auch der Tagdienst. Es gibt eine Sauna im Haus und ein Fitnessstudio. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, toller Balkon, man hat sogar die Möglichkeit im Zimmer kleine Speisen zuzubereiten. Tolle Lobby. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

This hotel is top drawer- beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable and charming. The gym was superb as well. I love the eco- consciousness on display everywhere - very smart and appreciated. And the service- outstanding! Andriana at the front desk was unbelievable, so helpful. Highly recommend, will return!

Professional staff, clean and quiet, definitely recommend

Vi boede på et business double room plus- værelse. Værelset er rigeligt stort til to personer. Værelset vendte ud til hotellets gårdhave, og når altandøren er lukket, hører man ikke gæsterne i gårdhaven. Inventaret på værelset er umoderne og virker slidt, og det medvirker til, at værelset er mørkt (mørkebrune møbler og vægpaneler). Værelset har ventilation men ikke aircondition, der kan køle rummet ned (vi boede på hotellet, da der var 25 grader udenfor). Køkkenet har mikrobølgeovn, køleskab med lille fryseboks, opvaskemaskine og komfur med to kogeplader. Omkring mikroovnen var der støv og fedtpletter, ligesom to af stikkontakterne i køkkenet også var beskidte af fedt og snavs. Køkkeninventaret virker tilfældigt, og det er vist ikke beregnet til at man tilberede mad der. Badeværelset er lidt trangt. Det har badekar og bidet, og virker slidt. Sengen er en 3/4 seng, madrassen er hård, og dynerne er tunge som ondt år. Med i prisen er to øl og to vand inkluderet pr. dag. Man skal selv hente dem i receptionen hver dag. De bliver ikke længere genfyldt i køleskabet af rengøringspersonalet. Wifi virker fint med en god hastighed, og personalet i receptionen er meget venlige. Det er et okay hotel, men det er altså en tilsnigelse at påstå, at det er et firestjernet hotel. Den standard har hotellet ikke.

Wir sind hier seit etwa 20 Jahren Gäste. Und immer wieder ist der Service absolut zuverlässig und absolut.kompetent. Die Zimmer sind gleichbleibend sauber und ohne Mängel. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert.

Vi var meget imponerede over hotellet og dets faciliteter. Der var virkelig flot og virkelig rent. Grunden til, at vi ikke giver den højeste score på renligheden, er, at vi kunne se, at træpladen med loftlamperne over sengen var meget støvet ovenpå. Vi har heller ikke givet den højeste score for miljøvenligheden, eftersom restauranten serverede animalske produkter, og ligeledes var der komælk til kaffen på værelset samt komælkspulver i kakaoen. Alle sæberne så ud til at være bæredygtigt produceret dog.

Freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. TOP und sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem schönen und ruhigem Wohnquartier. Man erreicht leicht Bus und Straßenbahn und ist schnell in der östlichen Innenstadt. Das Hotel selber war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Es gab ein sehr umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstück. Gerne wieder.

Preis-Leistung stimmt hier absolut, es ist natürlich nicht mehr mega neu, aber sauber. Wir reisen regelmäßig beruflich nach Berlin und da ist das Living unsere erste Wahl, auch mit Hund und Kindern sehr praktisch. Die Umgebung mit Spielplätzen und Park lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Wir kommen sehr gern immer wieder.

The problem is the carpet in the room. It is somewhat dusty and gave me lot of coughing. The fittings in the bathroom, esp. the shower, are not good fixed.

This was my first visit to Berlin as a tourist (I've visited for work once before). The location seems far away from many of the city's more famous attractions, but the integrated public transport is so good here, the centre is just a short tram ride away. The rooms are a little dated, but were spotlessly clean and I lucked out with a large suite, complete with mezzanine floor and balcony. The hotel has a great beer garden and the area around it is peaceful and green, just a short walk from the lake. Also highly recommended is the Jewish Cemetery, which is also incredibly close to the hotel. Although it's not a busy suburb, there were good restaurants within walking distance as well. My only issue is that I could not access wifi in my room, so that may be a deal breaker for some! It worked fine in the lobby, but if you come to Berlin and spend all your time in a hotel room, you're doing it wrong!

Room was too hot, even when turning down the thermostat. No couch / table in room( 2 person in room). Had always couch/ table before when staying at same hotel.

We have stayed here several times. It is quiet, convenient and we particularly like the little kitchen area and this time we had the added bonus of a balcony.

We had reserved a business double room, which came with a little kitchen, a bathroom with a tub and a walk-in closet. It is a wonderful set-up if you do not want to eat out every night during an extended stay. It also had a balcony (we were on the street side), which can be very pleasant in nice weather. The only caveat was that the AC did not seem to work, which would be a problem in hot weather. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Huge, clean room. gGeat for a family. Lots of space. High ceilings. Deck. Two TVs. Kitchen. bar seat. Great neighborhood. Very nice Biergarten on property. I highly recommend. It’s a little out of the way of Berlin marathon start and finish line which is why I traveled to Berlin but about a 30 minute uber ride or accessible easily by public transportation. The neighborhood was really quiet and green.

Very nice hotel walkable to the tram. I was visiting for the marathon and though the location was farther from downtown, it was easy to take the trams and trains everywhere. My room was very spacious and quiet.

Steckdose in der Miniküche hat nicht funktioniert. Lüfter im Bad zu schwach, Duschstrahl etwas spärlich

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders die voll eingerichtete Kichenette war super.

One of the best hotels I\'ve ever stayed in. Been coming back for the past 10 years, I usually stay here whenever I\'m in Berlin. Yes, it\'s a little bit dated and could maybe do with a little refurbishment at this point, but it\'s still so stylish and well-constructed, you can\'t really complain. Kitchenette, lovely bathtub, elegant furniture. Very 80s/90s, in the best way. Just make sure to get a room with a balcony! It\'s a bit of a journey into the "city centre", but then again, Berlin is so massive, that doesn\'t really make a difference, and the surrounding area is stunning - you can easily spend a day just walking around the parks and lakes in the immediate vicinity. It\'s also close to Volkspark Friedrichshain, Pankow and Moabit, and other stunning areas, and you can catch the Ringbahn to Charlottenburg (and avoid the "city centre" altogether...) Not the best place to stay if you\'ve only got a few days to spend in the city, but if you\'ve got a week or so and like to cook a few dinners at "home", this is a very cosy, well-equipped and comfortable place to reside!

So glad we chose this hotel! It had everything we needed for the week we were there. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the two free beers a day were an added bonus! Breakfast always had a great variety of options like scrambled eggs, different cheeses to select, sausages, fresh fruit and veggies, yogurt and great coffee/tea options. Anna is the bar server who is such a lovely person and she makes a killer mojito. The hotel is outdated but it's very clean and working in the pest control business, this was a huge must on my list! Over all our stay was wonderful and would recommend this hotel for your stay in Berlin.

Heel mooie hotel. Sauna was heerlijk. Receptie Ali was erg hulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kamer was erg schoon en groot. ik vind de standarts van dit hotel erg leuk. Parkeren op straat gratis en makkelijk, binnen 5 minuut loopafstand tram nemen naar de centrum. ontbijt was heerlijk en personeel vriendelijk. We hebben goede verblijf in dit hotel en het was een juiste keuze..

The hotel has a nice lobby and it’s clean. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the rooms, which look pretty old. I booked a room with a twin bed and at the end I was given a room with a very tiny one person bed. As I pointed that out and asked for a different room the receptionist said that that is what I booked. She didn’t even tried to give me any other option or even potential upgrade (for extra charge). As I finally checked my reservation it said that my booking was for one person but for a twin bed. A manager to whom I requested to speak, promptly solved the problem (thank you for that). But I didn’t even hear that she is sorry for the mistake. That would be actually nice. Apparently the description of the room in the hotel and in the app are not matching but this is clearly not a problem of a guest. The room I got was a bit smelly, as someone had smoked in it and try to cover it with air freshener but at least the bed was fine. For two people it would be very cozy. The way to the gym is very complicated. Bring some extra time with you. In general the staff wasn’t particularly friendly. The rooms are a bit old. It’s the only one hotel in the area. It’s ok, to stay there without any expectations for a short time I guess. The hotel in my opinion is too pricy for that what it offers.

This hotel exceeded expectations, really nice vibe, only 25 minutes on the nearby tram to alexanderplatz. Perfect location near the lake which was a lovely walk to after a delicious breakfast. We arrived ready to leave our luggage and our room was ready so we get to check in at 1pm instead! I think we were just lucky but it was nice they let us in. The shower head wasn’t working but we were fine with the bath function and alerted reception which took a note of it the following day so it didn’t really bother us as everything else was spectacular. The hairdryer was also pretty decent for those planning on washing their hair! Overall we really enjoyed it and the district was really pretty to walk around in with easy access to main sights.

Comfortable hotel - nice quiet room. Really appreciate kitchen area. Close to Weissensee lake and about 10 minute walk to tram.

Hotellet har fin beliggenhet hvis du kommer med bil nordfra, du behøver ikke å kjøre i sentrum. I tillegg er det en parkeringskjeller, riktignok med veldig trange plasser. Det er fint å jogge eller gå tur rundt Weissensee. Vi hadde et tremannsrom med to etasjer. Det er ikke veldig moderne, men har god plass og et lite kjøkken.

I chose this hotel because it was quite close to where our daughter lives and we're not 'city people'. It is situated by a small lake with a larger lake in a park nearby. We enjoyed walking around. There are trams and buses about 5 or 10 minutes walk away. It is peaceful and pretty. The hotel foyer is impressive, and the front desk staff, especially, are helpful and kind. I appreciate the efforts the hotel makes for the environment and charity. The bedroom was quiet, but we didn't sleep well. We arrived late and opened the big glass door onto the balcony for ventilation, and when we tried closing it, it came off its (inadequate) hinges. We were moved to another similar room. My husband found the bed uncomfortable, and we were too hot. The air conditioning was noisy and kept me awake. I plucked up the courage to press the buttons to lower the temperature and switch off the AC. My husband felt the room was claustrophobic, and I disliked how dazzling white the bathroom is when you need to use it at night. The balcony was peaceful and lovely. There's a great choice of healthy and naughty but nice food at the buffet breakfast in a light, airy dining room. The cooked food could have been hotter. We used the kettle but not the wee cooker, which was cramped but well-equipped. We never noticed a menu for the restaurant, and the gym and steam room were discretely sign-posted. We didn't visit them, we were too busy, out and about with our daughter. Thank you.

Ein sauberes gut geführtes Hotel in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße.Zur Verpflegung stand leider nur Frühstück zur verfügung aber das mit Stolzem Preis.

bra familjerum i flera våningar..lite högljudd AC och frukosten var lite begränsad och aningen sämre för vegetarianer.

Venligt personale, god beliggenhed tæt ved offentlig transport. Stort, rummeligt værelse med køkken. Parkering. Lidt kedelig morgenmad, hotellet virker lidt slidt, men velfungerende.
