Sehr schönes Apartment, groß, gut geschnitten und sehr angenehm. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für 20€ pro Nacht kann man einen gesicherten Parkplatz im Hinterhof bekommen. Die Wilmersdorfer Straße selbst ist nicht im besten Zustand und man muss morgens schon mal um ein paar Obdachlose herum zirkeln aber so ist es nun mal…

Fantastic self catering accommodation. Clean, well maintained and ideally located. Bismarkstrasse is one change on the u-bahn from the main station and the exit is right by Goodman Living's front door. You can also get direct to cental locations (Potsdamerplatz, Alexanderplatz) from there. There's an Aldi next door and two other supermarkets nearby. The neighbourhood also offers a wide range of eating out options and the Charlottenberg palace is a short walk away. The location provides a free self-service laundry as well.

Sehr nettes und sauberes Hotel. Kein Pool. Eigentlich kein Parkplatz, während meinem Aufenthalt und wegen Bauarbeiten mussten wir bei Oper parken (ca 8 min fussweg). Das haben wir leider erst vor Ort erfahren. Beleuchtung des Zimmers war nicht ausreichend, sah sehr dunkel und puffartig aus.

Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, ruhig, sauber. Die Parkplatzsituation ist katastrophal, leider. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert. Uns hat sie sehr gut gefallen und wir würden immer wieder gern kommen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr, sehr nett.

Hier hat mal wieder alles wunderbar zusammen gepasst, ein schneller und unkomplizierter Check-In, wirklich super Zimmer (sauber, geräumig, bequem) gute Park und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Haus und auch eine U-Bahn-Station in absoluter Nähe, die uns schnell zu unserem eigentlichen Ziel gebracht hat.

Positive surprise that they have easily accessible and affordable parking in the backyard. Room was spacious and had a small kitchenette and fridge and had a/c plus convenient metro access. Would definitely stay again!

Easy to find, Perfectly located for the U-Bahn and a 10 minute walk to the S-Bahn. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped with plenty of space for different periods of the day. Secure parking as well to the rear of the property. Charlottenburg is obviously a very busy area with every type of dining or shopping you need and only 20 - 30 minutes on public transport to the City centre.

Schönes Appartmenthotel, direkte U-Bahn Anbindung an die U2 und U7. Unter dem Hotel ist ein Aldi, unweit daneben gibt es einen Penny und eine Bäckerei. Große Zimmer mit Tisch und Sitzgelegenheit, ausgestatteter Küche (Geschirr, Herd, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine) und Tresor in großem Wandschrank. Abzüge gibt es leider für die Sauberkeit. Die Fenster waren dreckig, teilweise Ablagen staubig. Auf der Toilette gab es auch einen Fleck. Ingesamt gut zu bewerten, wenn auch nicht das allersauberste oder neuste Hotel. 7,5 von 10

Meine im Vorfeld kommunizierten Wünsche wurden alle erfüllt. Hierfür Daumen hoch, die Damen am Empfang sind supernett. Das Apartment sieht auf den ersten Blick sehr schick aus, bei genauerem Hinsehen bemerkt man dann doch das eine oder andere. In der Spülmaschine war noch Geschirr vom vorherigen Gast, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle brauchen dringend eine Grundreinigung. In der Besteckschublade fanden sich schmutzige Küchenutensilien. Abseits der Laufwege hat es Spinnweben, Krümel und Staub. Das Housekeeping sollte da genauer hinschauen. Das Bett ist extrem weich, das WLAN hat in den drei Tagen vielleicht zehn Minuten funktioniert. Die Umgebung ist unschlagbar, man fällt aus der Haustür und ist bei Aldi, zur U-Bahn sind's vielleicht 20 Meter. Vom den in anderen Bewertungen erwähnten Lärm im Hof haben wir nichts mitgekriegt. Im Großen und Ganzen war's aber echt okay und wir würden wiederkommen.

Stylish, very clean, well equipped, light apartments that offers a relaxing stay in the residential and shopping area of Charlottenburg, with great transport links to Berlin mitte. Our rooms had a lovely decked sun-terrace.The reception team was amazing, especially Cindy who helped me find my mobile phone in a city of 5m residents! We had so many options to eat out nearby and all very fairly priced and ‘super-lecker’. Supermarkets within 3metres! Underground station literally outside the door. Surpassed out expectations. Wunderbar!

Waren 3 Nächte im Hotel Als erstes möchte ich mal Danke ans Hotel sagen das wir um 8 Uhr morgens schon das Zimmer beziehen könnte das war einsame Klasse :) danke dafür an die netten Mitarbeiter. Die Apartments sind super ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt!! Kaffeemaschine Toaster Spühlmaschine Mikrowelle usw. Die Größe allgemein ist sehr gut man hat genug Platz zum Leben und die Koffer!!! Sauberkeit ist okkkk leider hatten wir schon ein paar stellen gesehen wo man etwas drüber hinwegsehen musste!! Lage ist genial!! Direkt an U2 und U7 mit direkter Verbindung zum Bahnhof Zoo und Alexander Platz. Am Hotel gibt es ein Aldi / Penny und mehrere andere Shops!! Da bekommt man alles was man benötigt!!! Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen wenn man etwas Privatsphäre möchte und auf schicke Lobby oder auch Restaurant verzichten kann!!!! Wer Sport oder Wellness machen möchte kann direkt gegenüber ins Gym oder den Spa Bereich nutzten [ öffentlich] kostet ca 15€ p.p glaube ich mal!!! Bis bald!!

il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo la camera, al primo piano, era un po' sporca,soprattutto l'angolo cucina, e l'arredamento un po' vecchio. L'insonorizzazione non era il massimo: il rumore delle porte che sbattono è abbastanza fastidioso. Inoltre l'illuminazione di sera è un po' scarsa, e la mattina le tende non bloccano adeguatamente il sole dalla finestra, per cui c'è molta luce in camera già alle 5 del mattino.

The staff is amazing and communication is fantastic. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the location is perfect. The rooms, however, have some very eyebrow-raising design choices. Please be advised that most of the lights in the room have 2-meter wine-colored tassel coverings. So the room is bathed in an unsettling hazy red glow, not an ideal atmosphere. There is a dining table but no desk. So you will not have a very comfortable working situation if you are traveling on business. But the most unforgivable design choice is that there is no bathroom door. And the bathtub is awkwardly close to the bed. So if you're not traveling alone, prepare to lose any "mystery" in your romance. And even if you ARE traveling alone, the change in temperature when you step out of the shower is...less than luxurious. When I inquired about this at reception, they were very courteous but stated that ALL of the rooms are like this. So, regrettably you won't be able to upgrade your way out of this situation. Take it under advisement and plan accordingly.

Spacious and clean room, no door to bathroom (even though there is a separate toilet). Quite strong odeur (from cleaning?) - can be disturbing for allergic people. Only 1 small elevator, our room was on 2nd floor so didn’t affect us that much. Good location right next to U-Bahn station.

Großes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Direkt an der U2/U7 Station und nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Kantstraße wie sich ein Restaurant an das nächste reiht. Das Bett war bequem, beim Duschen setzt man mal nicht das halbe Bad unter Wasser weil die Dichtungen hinüber sind und die Küche ist neben Herdplatten, Kühlschrank und Mikrowellen auch noch mit einer Spühlmaschine ausgestattet.

Tech like the TV is outdated so you can't cast or stream, so your stuck on your laptop or small screen if you want to catch-up on your fave show or anything other than local cable. Samstag Früh um 6 Uhr wurde der Aldi beliefert. Gefühlt sind die Trolleys vor meinem Bett geschoben worden. Sprich sehr störend. Fenster zur Straße. Man hört die Straßenbahn. Der Emofang war toll. Die Mädels sind klasse. Zimmer toll und man hört keine Nachbarn. Tolle Einrichtung und Service ist top.

The staff is amazing and communication is fantastic. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the location is perfect. The rooms, however, have some very eyebrow-raising design choices. Please be advised that most of the lights in the room have 2-meter wine-colored tassel coverings. So the room is bathed in an unsettling hazy red glow, not an ideal atmosphere. There is a dining table but no desk. So you will not have a very comfortable working situation if you are traveling on business. But the most unforgivable design choice is that there is no bathroom door. And the bathtub is awkwardly close to the bed. So if you're not traveling alone, prepare to lose any "mystery" in your romance. And even if you ARE traveling alone, the change in temperature when you step out of the shower is...less than luxurious. When I inquired about this at reception, they were very courteous but stated that ALL of the rooms are like this. So, regrettably you won't be able to upgrade your way out of this situation. Take it under advisement and plan accordingly.

Kommentarlos ein Raucherzimmer bekommen, obwohl Nichtraucher gebucht. Zimmerwechsel nur widerwillig und mit ewiger Wartezeit (1,5 Stunden um ein Zimmer zu reinigen?) Betten sind eine Katastrophe. 80er Matratzen, komplett durch. Duschkopf gerissen, verschimmelt und gammelig. Fernseher nicht benutzbar (1x Menüs in einer mir nicht bekannten Sprache, 1x keine Sender installiert) Geschirr schmutzig, Mobiliar abgewohnt, etc. All das hat das Personal am Empfang mit stoischer Mine quittiert ohne eine Wort des Bedauerns, geschweige denn eines Entgegenkommens. We enjoyed a 5-night stay at Goodman's Living. Service was friendly. The building was clean. Location was good right next to the U-bahn. We had a studio apartment which was nice, but definitely smaller than advertised. The bed was a bit narrow for my wife and me. The room overall felt cramped. They provided a crib for our daughter, but once it was placed in the living area, there was barely enough room to move around. A few things that bothered us: the front desk was not staffed after 7 PM, there was no door for the bathroom, and they only cleaned the rooms once every 3 days. We would probably find another place to stay when we return to Berlin.

Easy to reach by U-Bahn, the station is literally right before the building. The street in which GL is located is full of shops and restaurants, there is literally an ALDI right next to it. Perfect for all those of you who also prefer the apartments to regular hotel rooms, because they need to cook for themselves. By the way, as a woman traveling by herself I experienced the neighborhood to also be pretty safe even late at night and in the earlymorninghours. So there's that. The building itself appeared to in pretty good shape, my apartment was small, but other than that in very good shape. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. I can only recommend GL.

Fantastic self catering accommodation. Clean, well maintained and ideally located. Bismarkstrasse is one change on the u-bahn from the main station and the exit is right by Goodman Living's front door. You can also get direct to cental locations (Potsdamerplatz, Alexanderplatz) from there. There's an Aldi next door and two other supermarkets nearby. The neighbourhood also offers a wide range of eating out options and the Charlottenberg palace is a short walk away. The location provides a free self-service laundry as well.

Comfortable, convenient and well located. Public transport practically on the doorstep and an aldi next door what more could you want? The u-bahn takes only 15 mins to get to the historic centre. Plenty of places to eat nearby, including a lovely cat cafe. We will be back again!

We traveled to Berlin from the USA to see an opera production (Der Ring Das Nibelungen) at Deutsches Oper Berlin. From Brandenderg Airport (BER) it’s a simple, straight hour ride on the S-Bahn regional train to Charlottenburg station, followed by a 12 minute walk to the hotel. It is situated on a street which is an easy, 5 minute walk from the opera house. There are lots and lots of eating options of all types nearby, and the neighborhood is safe and pleasant. The Bismarckstraße U-Bahn (subway) stop exit A is right in front of the hotel. There is a small lobby which is staffed during the day and the front door to the hotel is locked after hours, so it’s very secure. We got a room on the second floor with a private terrace which had a beautiful courtyard view and outdoor furniture - it was so nice to be able to sit outside in our private terrace! The room was a full service apartment, with a sleeping area, a living area, and a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, etc. the TV had good reception but there are no English language channels, if that’s important to you. The front desk staff is very nice and pleasant. There is a laundry area in the basement level with two small European sized washers and dryers so you can do your own laundry and it’s free. It’s just a perfect location, especially for the opera. Charlottenburg Palace is a pleasant 20 minute walk away. We do t have a bad thing at all to say about this place!

Stylish, very clean, well equipped, light apartments that offers a relaxing stay in the residential and shopping area of Charlottenburg, with great transport links to Berlin mitte. Our rooms had a lovely decked sun-terrace.The reception team was amazing, especially Cindy who helped me find my mobile phone in a city of 5m residents! We had so many options to eat out nearby and all very fairly priced and ‘super-lecker’. Supermarkets within 3metres! Underground station literally outside the door. Surpassed out expectations. Wunderbar!

Waren 3 Nächte im Hotel Als erstes möchte ich mal Danke ans Hotel sagen das wir um 8 Uhr morgens schon das Zimmer beziehen könnte das war einsame Klasse :) danke dafür an die netten Mitarbeiter. Die Apartments sind super ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt!! Kaffeemaschine Toaster Spühlmaschine Mikrowelle usw. Die Größe allgemein ist sehr gut man hat genug Platz zum Leben und die Koffer!!! Sauberkeit ist okkkk leider hatten wir schon ein paar stellen gesehen wo man etwas drüber hinwegsehen musste!! Lage ist genial!! Direkt an U2 und U7 mit direkter Verbindung zum Bahnhof Zoo und Alexander Platz. Am Hotel gibt es ein Aldi / Penny und mehrere andere Shops!! Da bekommt man alles was man benötigt!!! Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen wenn man etwas Privatsphäre möchte und auf schicke Lobby oder auch Restaurant verzichten kann!!!! This place was awrsome. My cozy corner had everything I needed: a small kitchenette including dishwasher and fridge. The lobby was very pleasant and always smelled very nice. Outside there were many restaurants, coffee shops and mini markets to purchase groceries.

Het is een prima appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken: goede douche, prima bed, vaatwasser (inclusief vaatwasblokjes), afwasmiddel, peper en zout, voldoende bestek en borden. Onder het appartement zit een Aldi en op een paar meter lopen is U Bismarckstrasse. Veel broodjeszaken en eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Ik sliep aan de achterkant en daar was het lekker rustig.

I loved the big comfy chair in the room, the nice kitchenette, and the extremely good (though busy) location...every kind of food available within a block or two, and very convenient for Ubahn, bus, and Sbahn.

Easy to find, Perfectly located for the U-Bahn and a 10 minute walk to the S-Bahn. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped with plenty of space for different periods of the day. Secure parking as well to the rear of the property. Charlottenburg is obviously a very busy area with every type of dining or shopping you need and only 20 - 30 minutes on public transport to the City centre.

Smooth check in and then lift to apartment on 2nd floor. Very very dark hallway to room. Inside room needs better lighting especially around kitchen and table. Very fast internet and great air conditioning. 50c EUR per coffee capsule. Great location for catching trains. Free laundry facilities which was an added bonus. Comfortable beds. Parking available in secure location EUR 20 per day

Excellent aparthotel with everything you need for a short and long-term stay, including laundry! Staff is very friendly and the location is ideal--close to groceries, restaurants and public transport. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We always find it a pleasure to stay at Goodmans living. All staff are very nice and helpful. If a problem occurs, they quickly find a useful solution. The hotel is perfectly located in “Berlin-quiet” surroundings, with transport and shopping literally right outside the door. Room and kitchen are equipped with what we need, including a well-functioning climate/airconditioning.

Great place to stay convenient for public transport. Air conditioning, nice staff and very clean. The only let down is the noise from the fitness studio next door. The music and shouting instructor are going from morning until late in the evening and are so loud that we couldn’t use the balcony or open the window at times.
