Schönes Zimmer, etwas klein aber wie beschrieben. Sagenhaftes Frühstücksbuffet. Zugang zum Hotel über das Parkhaus schlecht beschrieben, Garagentor ist ab 22 Uhr gschlossen und man muss die Nachtklingel finden. Günstige Parkgebühren.

Sehr nettes Personal, dass direkt angrenzende Einkaufszentrum mit Parkhaus ist sehr praktisch und eine sehr günstige Lösung zum parken. In der Nähe gibt es direkt eine U und S Bahnhaltestelle, aber auch die Tram ist direkt vor dem Haus so das man ohne Probleme Berlin erkundigen kann.

Das Hotel liegt in guter Lage. Super Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus. Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr umfangreich und super lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The nui Hide heeft 24/7 vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Denken in oplossingen en zijn servicegericht. Ook voor "simpel" een watertje kopen om 04:00 kan je daar zonder gedoe terecht. Verder zijn de kamers schoon en ruim. Kan je in de directe omgeving goed ontbijten/luchen/avondeten. Stopt er een S-Bahn U-Bahn tram om de hoek. De laatste 3 punten gaan dus over de ligging, die is dus top! Het hotel ligt op de bovenste verdieping van een parkeergarage, dus je auto heb je letterlijk onder je kamer klaar staan (daarnaast kost dat maar 3 Euro per dag!) Geen zorgen over lawaai, de kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd. Enig verbeterpuntje is het licht in de badkamer. Die mag wat feller: het scheren gaat wat lastig. Denk dat dit onze favo hotel in Berlijn is geworden.

Great hotel that I've stayed at twice now. When I came for my second stay I opted for the more basic room as I was travelling solo - would not recommend downsizing. The room felt exceptionally small, even for a single traveller. That being said, our previous room was great. Good breakfast, friendly staff, and a nice bar. Always like the convenience of the location.

Veldig ok hotell, litt "hipt" hvis man liker det, uten at dette virket inn på mitt opphold. Utrolig bra valg hvis man kjører bil, parkering i etasjen under hotellet til en billig pris. Litt vanskelig å finne inngangen til hotellet. Anbefales, bra hotell i forhold til pris. Recommended, good price, value for the money.

Die Lage ist super. Anreise mit dem Auto überhaupt nicht problematisch. Auto kann für 6€ pro Tag in der Garage stehen. Die Bahn geht direkt vor der Tür weg. Kann nicht besser sein. Besonders lobenswert war das Frühstück. Perfektes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Das Frühstück ein träumchen! Frühstücksei, Brötchen, Nutella, Kaffee, O-Saft, Müsli, frische Früchte unvm... da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, schön gestaltet und eingerichtet sogar mit Boxspringbett. Das Bad, wunderschön, modern mit Ebenerdige Dusche und ein großer Duschraum. Ein mal umfallen hat man eine Tram, U & S-Bahn vor der Nase die einen in alle Ecken Berlins bringt!

Our stay at the niu chain was good as always. Bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was great.The entrance was not easy to find. Staff was great accommodating our very late check in. The hall way was pretty dirty and there was a couple of homeless sleeping in the area in the mornings. But we still felt safe walking home at night.

Für sechs Euro konnte man im Ringcenter im Gebäude vierter Stock bei C für einen Tag parken. Praktisch, dass im Hotel ein Einkaufszentrum wie Aldi, Kaufland, Bäckereien und so weiter alles vorhanden war. Leider keine Wasserkocher, im Bad nur ein einziger Haken. Das Reinigungspersonal asiatisch nicht der deutschen Sprache mächtig, sonst eine top Einrichtung.

I had stayed at a niu property in Frankfurt three weeks before and was very pleased with the property. As I was searching for Berlin, the niu HIDE was open for reservation. The very comfortable bed and soundproof room with the large shower is what will keep me coming back to the property. It also has a good FREE breakfast. The only thing different from Frankfurt was the room was cramp and I doubt 2 people could fit comfortably with each other.

Entgegen der Angaben hier gibt es keine zwei Bettgrößen. Einziger Unterschied zwischen den Zimmer ist somit etwas mehr Platz ums Bett herum. Fur längere Aufenthalte wäre ein Schrank gut und nicht nur ein paar Kleiderhaken. Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

The staff was indifferent to all guests, even for Berlin standards. The front desk was not completely attended to 24 hours. We had to wait sometimes five minutes to get in or 15 to pay for a water. I saw a guest trip on a wet floor and hit her head and the hotel staff didn’t even get up to help her or check in. In addition, there was painting going on outside our room. They started very early and the entire room smelled like formaldehyde. I understand that maintenance needs to be done but could there have been a discount, or could they block off those rooms.

Ich hatte mein Problem Expedia mitgeteilt, daraufhin dem Hotel Zeit gegeben zu reagieren und als Resultat daraus sehe ich mich leider gezwungen eine Negative Bewertung zu schreiben. Zum allgemeinen zum Hotel bezüglich der Umgebung, dass Hotel liegt direkt an einer Hauptkreuzung mit sehr guter Anbindung an U und S Bahn sowie Straßenbahn. Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und auch praktisch ist das direkt anliegende Parkhaus. Zu meinen Besuch war das Personal stets freundlich und Hilfsbereit zu mir. Aber ein Punkt der mir noch nie passiert ist und in keinster weise geht ist, dass Ich in meiner ersten Nacht gegen 1Uhr abends versuchte in das Hotel zu gelangen, meine Hotelkarte zeigt mir immer zwei rote LED an und konnte somit die Eingangstür nicht öffnen und auch mehrmaliges klingeln mit Pausen dazwischen blieben erfolglos. Mit viel Glück konnte ich bei Verwandten die besagte Nacht übernachten. Leider habe ich absolut kein Verständnis dafür, dass das Hotel einer Rückerstattung nicht nachkommt, denn ich zahle nicht für ein Hotel, indem Ich nicht übernachten kann.
Ich hatte mein Problem Expedia mitgeteilt, daraufhin dem Hotel Zeit gegeben zu reagieren und als Resultat daraus sehe ich mich leider gezwungen eine Negative Bewertung zu schreiben. Zum allgemeinen zum Hotel bezüglich der Umgebung, dass Hotel liegt direkt an einer Hauptkreuzung mit sehr guter Anbindung an U und S Bahn sowie Straßenbahn. Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und auch praktisch ist das direkt anliegende Parkhaus. Zu meinen Besuch war das Personal stets freundlich und Hilfsbereit zu mir. Aber ein Punkt der mir noch nie passiert ist und in keinster weise geht ist, dass Ich in meiner ersten Nacht gegen 1Uhr abends versuchte in das Hotel zu gelangen, meine Hotelkarte zeigt mir immer zwei rote LED an und konnte somit die Eingangstür nicht öffnen und auch mehrmaliges klingeln mit Pausen dazwischen blieben erfolglos. Mit viel Glück konnte ich bei Verwandten die besagte Nacht übernachten. Leider habe ich absolut kein Verständnis dafür, dass das Hotel einer Rückerstattung nicht nachkommt, denn ich zahle nicht für ein Hotel, indem Ich nicht übernachten kann.

Positiv sind die Parkplätze und die Verkehrsverbindung zu bewerten. Für einen Städtetrip sind die Zimmer ok, da man dort ja nur schläft. Gute Cafés gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Negativ hingegen ist der Eingang (Klingel defekt und so mussten wir uns durchs halbe Center durchschlagen, da zudem dort der Fahrstuhl gesperrt war) und das unentspannte Personal beim Check out.

The hotel was OK; the rooms are rather small/narrow, and the entrance is not pleasant at all: it feels like you have to go through this rather dingy alley. Also, during the initial check-in the person checking me in was unprofessional (chatting in German w/ their colleague, and not understanding towards the concerns I addressed). Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad hotel, but my experience was far off the (current) 9.0 rating.

The nui Hide heeft 24/7 vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Denken in oplossingen en zijn servicegericht. Ook voor "simpel" een watertje kopen om 04:00 kan je daar zonder gedoe terecht. Verder zijn de kamers schoon en ruim. Kan je in de directe omgeving goed ontbijten/luchen/avondeten. Stopt er een S-Bahn U-Bahn tram om de hoek. De laatste 3 punten gaan dus over de ligging, die is dus top! Het hotel ligt op de bovenste verdieping van een parkeergarage, dus je auto heb je letterlijk onder je kamer klaar staan (daarnaast kost dat maar 3 Euro per dag!) Geen zorgen over lawaai, de kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd. Enig verbeterpuntje is het licht in de badkamer. Die mag wat feller: het scheren gaat wat lastig. Denk dat dit onze favo hotel in Berlijn is geworden.

Beim Frühstücken musste ich oft darauf aufmerksam machen, dass verschiedene Dinge leer sind. Auch die Tische wurden nicht abgewischt. Wir waren bereits in anderen Niu Hotels und dort war der Frühstückservice besser. Aber was will man bei dem Preis erwarten. Sonst war alles entsprechend gut.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut angebunden an U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Tram. In der Umgebung ist es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und leckere Restaurants sind auch Fuß läufig zu erreichen. Das Bett war gemütlich und das Zimmer ausreichend für eine Nacht. Leider wurde ich früh um 9 von Putz Personal geweckt, die in mein Zimmer wollten. Allerdings lag ich noch Bett und habe geschlafen. Das war mir ein Rätsel.

Hôtel situé dans un quartier pas très sympa, au dernier étage d'un centre commercial, mais juste à côté d'une grande gare S- et U-Bahn, notamment la U5 qui amène directement au centre-ville. Accueil sympa, sans plus. Etonnament, les personnes à l'accueil le soir ne portent pas de masque... alors que dans les transports, le FFP2 est obligatoire. Petite chambre pratique, élémentaire, bien propre, tout comme la salle de bain. Matelas très confortable. Pas bruyant. En résumé, pas un coup de foudre, néanmoins excellent rapport qualité-prix, dans une ville de Berlin devenant de plus en plus chère.

Sehr nettes Personal, dass direkt angrenzende Einkaufszentrum mit Parkhaus ist sehr praktisch und eine sehr günstige Lösung zum parken. In der Nähe gibt es direkt eine U und S Bahnhaltestelle, aber auch die Tram ist direkt vor dem Haus so das man ohne Probleme Berlin erkundigen kann.

L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione, con ingresso metro a pochi passi, la struttura è carina e ben tenuta, le camere un po' piccole ma pulite, manca un armadio per i vestiti che per soggiorni lunghi sarebbe utile. Parcheggio coperto molto comodo e conveniente, un po' difficile da trovare perché rimane all'interno del parcheggio multipiano del centro commerciale che è sotto all'albergo.

Die Lage ist super. Anreise mit dem Auto überhaupt nicht problematisch. Auto kann für 6€ pro Tag in der Garage stehen. Die Bahn geht direkt vor der Tür weg. Kann nicht besser sein. Besonders lobenswert war das Frühstück. Perfektes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Rooms were clean and had what you needed, but on the small size. Breakfast was plentiful and self-service; convenient. Mycket bra upplevelse! Lugnt och tyst hotell med fräscha rum. Just mitt rum var dock mycket litet, men funkade fint för en person. Trevlig personal och bra läge. Enda som är synd är att ingången till hotellet är i en mindre gränd vilket inte alltid är så trevligt.

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schönen Zustand, sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Überall gibt es tolle Graffiti zu sehen das wirklich zu Berlin passt. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr vielfältig und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich der Knaller!! Von Tram über S-Bahn und U-Bahn Haltestellen ist alles direkt vor der Tür vorhanden. Mit ca. 1km Fußweg erreicht man eine super Gegend um abends lecker essen zu gehen! Die einzige Kritik ist die Klimaanlage/Lüftung im Zimmer. Diese kühlt dich dauerhaft, sondern immer wieder und dann mit starkem Gebläse. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden und können dieses Hotel jedem nur empfehlen…. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Berlin!

Das Frühstück ein träumchen! Frühstücksei, Brötchen, Nutella, Kaffee, O-Saft, Müsli, frische Früchte unvm... da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, schön gestaltet und eingerichtet sogar mit Boxspringbett. Das Bad, wunderschön, modern mit Ebenerdige Dusche und ein großer Duschraum. Ein mal umfallen hat man eine Tram, U & S-Bahn vor der Nase die einen in alle Ecken Berlins bringt!

Once I located the entrance (it's quite obvious - but if you stare at Google Maps, you're wandering round a shopping centre) this was an absolutely perfect find. My room was spacious, clean, air conditioned, and wonderfully quiet. The location was perfect for my needs, there are fantastic food and coffee shops everywhere and you're in the heart of things but also nicely tucked away. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. And the staff were second to none in looking after me with kindness. Especially Camilla. "Perfecto"...

A really great hotel, perfectly located for exploring cool areas like Boxhaganer and easily accessible from the airport on the trains. The staff were very helpful at offering recommendations and the breakfast is excellent. Perfect for filling up before a days exploring. Would recommend and stay again.

First visit to this hotel, but I quite liked it. It is certainly a basic hotel, but everything you need was there, shower worked fine and was very clean, internet worked well also. The only drawbacks for me was that the room was very small and the view from my room wasn´t very nice. Conveniently situated 3 minutes walk from S- und U-bahn. Nice people in reception - all of them.
