AC Hotel by Marriott Berlin Humboldthain Park

Parking garage was full and I paid for parking and wouldn't refund me and then I got a parking ticket cause I had to park on the side street at the hotel. Elevator from garage to hotel was not working. Receptionist told us to walk up 6 flights of stairs with our luggage. We walked up the steep hill from the garage and then down the sidewalk to the hotel entrance and then used the elevator. The room was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was very friendly.

Hotel was lovely. outside of hotel really needs some renovation as it does not depict the amount of stars. Big room with modern bathroom. Parking downstairs but be careful with big cars as it is pretty narrow. Breakfast was OK however bit expensive for amount and variety of food available so not as expected. On the last day an issue with the room was handled positively by management in the end.

- Moderne saubere Zimmer. - Die U8 ist nur 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. - Parkplätze waren sehr begrenzt und klein. Wurde bei Ankunft auch vor der engen Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage gewarnt, da am Vortag ein Unfall passiert ist. - Am Hoteleingang befinden sich einige Treppenstufen. Nicht für schwere Koffer geeignet. Eine Rampe wäre mit Sicherheit eine Erleichterung.

Super Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Lage. Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern gereist. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein Spielplatz. In der Straße An der Ecke keine 70m vom Hotel befindet sich ein türkisches Restaurant mit Hammer Frühstück/Lunch aber auch Mittagessen. Die Gesundenbrunnen Stationen befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den Alexanderplatz erreichen Sie mit 4 Stationen. Also die Lage ist mehr als perfekt. Die Zimmer sauber, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit! Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel. Mit Parkticket. Oder Garage vom Hotel für 15€ die Nacht. Also wir sind mehr als zufrieden und können das Hotel von Herzen empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne!!

Good location, clean and friendly. Parking is unfortunate if you have a car slightly larger than average.

Fantastisk service af personalet særligt Omar fra baren, er smilende og er med til at gøre man får lyst til at vende tilbage. Jesica fra receptionen var virkelig serviceminded og forstående, for vores behov. Et lille minus var at airconditionen drillede en smule. Alt i alt en fantastisk oplevelse

Schöne geräumige Zimmer, komfortables Bett (in dem ich sehr gut geschlafen habe, eher ungewöhnlich für mich, ich habe sonst immer Probleme mit ungewohnten Hotel-Betten), praktische und schicke Möbel. Öffentliche Bereiche wie Foyer und Bar/Restaurant sind angenehm. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen mit Shopping Mall ist praktisch. Nur ein paar Meter ist einer der schönsten Parks von Berlin - der Humboldthain. Minuspunkt: Die Fenster sollten mal geputzt werden. Schallisolierung ist nicht optimal, aber noch so eben akzeptabel.

Hotellet fremstår i receptionen og i fællesområderne meget stilrent og pænt. Værelset var dog en hel anden oplevelse. Værelset var slidt, der var skimmel i badet, tydeligt beskidt på tæpper, gardiner, lamper og radiatorerne var møgbeskidte. Linned og håndklæder var rene. Morgenmaden var alt for dyr og af for ringe kvalitet til den pris de opkræver. Vi brugte i stedet en morgenmadsrestaurant på gaden der ikke blot var billigere men også meget bedre. Parkeringen var i en kælder under et andet hotel hvor man ikke skal have en særlig stor bil før det var umuligt at parkere uden at ridse fælge samt siden for at komme ned. Selve parkeringskælderen var meget lille og man skal være heldig for at få en plads.

Hotel ist prinzipiell o.k. positiv: Anbindung öffentlichen Nahverkehr, Freundlichkeit des Peronals. Negativ: Hotel verfügt über 8 Etagen, ABER NUR 1 AUFZUG!!! Dies ist völlig absurd, ich weiss nicht nicht wieviel Zeit wir vor dem Aufzug wartend sinnlos verschwendet haben. Erschwert wird dies durch den Umstand, dass der Aufzug gleichzeitig vom Servicepersonal genutzt wird. WER PLANT SOWAS??? Die Parkgarage (nur über benachbartes Hotel zugänglich!) ist schwer zu erreichen, die Auffahrt extrem eng, grössere Autos laufen Gefahr teurer Schrammen bei Ein- und Ausfahrt. Ein barierefreier Zugang fehlt, Reisende mit schwerem Gepäck müssen Koffer tragen. Frühstück ist mit €22.00 gemessen am Angebot deutlich zu teuer

Really nice hotel in a great location. Room was spotless and staff were helpful. Only(minor) criticism is that the room got slightly too hot and the A/C didn't seem to do much

Værelset var rent og sengene gode. Hotel personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme. Dig var placeringen af hotellet ikke så god for en børnefamilie.

Verste og dårlig hotel i Berlin. Første dagen kom vi rundt kl 23:00 på hotellet var rommet sikkelig syttende, og mye støv med blod prikker på gulvet. Den andre dagen var døra på rommet vårt åpent, derfor måtte vi endre rommet. Dårlig hotel, anbefales ikke i det hele tatt.

The room was nice except we arrived and a dirty razor in the bathroom and this was removed but no discussion or anything about it. Breakfast was very small. Not much hot food

La habitación estaba sucia , el piso olía mal y se veía restos de comida vieja, el baño olía a orine, le informamos a recepción esperábamos que enviaran a limpiar y no fue así, no tenía aire acondicionado, dormimos con ventanas abiertas y mucho ruido en la zona

Kanonfint rum med modern standard. Bra service. Enda negativa var att det var aningen för varmt på rummet och att städningen av kylskåpet var bristfällig.

The hotel was a quick 5 minute walk from the train station, which made it very convenient. The park next to the hotel was nice for an after dinner stroll. The front desk concierges were friendly and professional. Breakfast was good, nothing spectacular, but got old after a few days. The price was great as well. Unfortunately the bed was hard and pillows were uncomfortable, and there was a fire alarm at 11:30 at night, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Family vacation, 5 nights. The hotel is ok, not exceptional. It\'s in the Gesundbrunnen area, not in a walking distance from Berlin center. A big S/U-Bahn station is within walking distance. The neighbourhood is main Turkish with many ethnic shops and reatuarants. The station looks kind of creepy at night but mostly all train stations do. I\'ve been given a junior suite on first floor (that never happened). Windows should be more sound-proof. The streets are noisy and it sounds like having a crowd in your room. The room is spacious, has lots of of closets and two TVs. Unforunately the bathroom is incredibly small and narrow compared to the room. And what\'s with these transaparent doors latley? You\'re basically doing your "business" with the whole room to watch. The toilet bowl is right next to the door. The whole family hated it. We all had to move in the living room area when someone was in the bathroom. The shower door has no gasket so the floor fills with water everytime, very messy and possibly hazardous. Plus the shower drips unannounced in the middle of the night startling you. The breakfast buffet isn\'t huge compared to other hotels I\'ve been to but it has everything you need and the refills and replacements are fast and constant. The eggs were excellent, btw. The coffee machine had some problems, though. You have to order pancakes and omelettes separately. I haven\'t tried the restaurant nor the gym. The personell is efficient but a bit distant. Germany, right?

Leider war Dusche verstopft, Matratze durchgelegen. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer nach hinten schauend sehr laut. Frühstücksbuffet mit Standart ausgestattet.

We were confident in the Marriott brand. However, we were placed in a room the management knew had no air conditioning. We spent two nights trying g to keep the windows open with an ice bucket and a water bottle because they refused to move us.

Zimmer auf dem 8 Stock, super Sicht und schönes großes Zimmer. Wenn Sie Frühstück im Voraus bestellen, kostet dieser 12,- € pro Person anstelle von 22,- € wenn man einfach hingeht ohne Vorbestellung. Problem bei der Abrechnung beim Check-out !!!

My family checked into a room on December 28, and I arrived later that night. Upon entering the room, I was shocked to find it freezing cold, with a non-functional heating system. What troubled me most was discovering that this was a known issue. A small portable heater had been placed in the room, clearly intended as a stopgap measure, but it was insufficient to warm the space. It was disappointing to realize that your staff knowingly assigned us a room with a defective heating system without informing us of the problem beforehand. This lack of transparency and disregard for our comfort left me deeply disheartened. As a guest, I expect a certain standard of professionalism and honesty from a reputable hotel. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. The unprofessional handling of this situation, coupled with the discomfort my family and I endured, has left a lasting negative impression.

Es wird eine Kaution erhoben und es dauert sehr lange bis sie wieder zurückgebucht wird. Per Telefon oder E-Mail ist das Hotel nicht erreichbar. Es kommt keine Antwort bzw. das Telefon wird nicht abgenommen

The staff here are excellent and the rooms are stellar. The hotel is close to transit, so getting around Berlin wasn’t a hassle.

Wir haben bestimmt 20-25 Minuten an der Rezeption gewartet obwohl kaum etwas los war.. Ich bin bei der deutschen Bahn und habe schon viele Übernachtungen gehabt und da geht das wesentlich schneller.. das war echt nervig muss ich sagen.. dann wurde mir erst gesagt dass ich noch eine City Tax bezahlen muss und dann doch nicht .. als ich heute ausgecheckt bin kam die Kollegen hinterher gerannt und hat mir wieder gesagt dass ich eine City Tax bezahlen muss, aber ich habe ihr erklärt, dass der Kollege mir bereits gestern gesagt hat, dass dies nicht nötig sei, weil alles im Vorfeld schon bezahlt wurde.

Es gab viele Mängel, die mich bei einer Übernachtung dieser Kategorie überrascht haben: - defekte Beleuchtung im Hotelzimmer, die erst nach mehr als 24 Stunden repariert wurde - geknülltes Toilettenpapier (!) im Regal des Zimmers, dass nicht entfernt wurde - unfreundliches Personal bei Check-in und Check-out - schlechter Service im Rahmen des Frühstücksbuffets (keine Kaffeetassen da, insgesamt mageres Buffet)

Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung, E-Mails, Anrufe habe ich meine beruflich benötigte Rechnung erst wesentlich später bekommen. Absolut unprofessionell und unnötig

A public park directly in front of the hotel had people who looked like squatters. And the shrubs were overgrown.

The hotel itself was very clean and modern and the staff were very personal and helpful. I was very unhappy with the location of the hotel. Although it was very close to metro it was full of homeless people sleeping at the entrance and also in the park directly across the street from the hotel entrance. Didn't feel safe to walk alone in the evening.

El hotel y la habitación están muy bien, cerca de la estación de tren y del metro Lo único que no nos gustó fue el precio del desayuno, nos pareció caro y por eso no lo pillamos.

Getränke wurden nicht korrekt aufgenommen und auf die Rechnung gesetzt. Beim Frühstück wurden Buffet und Geschirr nicht zügig aufgefüllt. Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte das komplette Wochenende nicht. Fazit: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!
