Such a lovely room and hotel. So many amenities downstairs in the lobby like gym, games, laundry area. The staff were so nice as well and it's such a bonus that we can leave our bags there for free. Bed and pillow were very cozy. Recommend.

Helt okej hotell. Korridoren luktade svettig som ett gym. Värdeskåpet va låst, AC:n ur funktion. Gillar dock viben på Social Hub, har bott hos dom i Wien och Glasgow. Hade dock uppskattat att man fick reda på att det va konsert på gården torsdag kl 18-00. Centralt beläget på stan.

Was very expensive. The Europa football competition may have contributed to that. Easy walking distance to train station. Free access to laundry facilities. Loads of opportunities to socially mix. Could even get yr hair cut. Every night there was an activity. Big screen in courtyard provided football watching access. Room size great. Wifi good.

Went here with my partner as we had planned to stay in Berlin for three nights. Very happy with our stay! Centrally located close to Alexandersplatz it was easy to get around the city. The hotel itself was nice and clean, very positively surprised considered the price. It also has a nice bar where you can relax, drink and eat food, and although you will find better meals in Berlin, their burger was more than adequate if you want a good meal with short travel. Also has a gym, hairstyler etc, all in all very happy with our stay and can recommend for everyone else.

Super fint ophold på hotellet. Rent, pænt og velholdt. Obs, madrasserne er ekstremt hårde. Hotellet ligger meget centralt. Brand alarmen gik sidste nat vi var der, det var hurtigt at komme ud selvom vi boede på 7. etage. Dog ingen info omkring årsagen til alarmen. Det manglede vi - også selvom vi spurgte til årsagen.

The hotel hosted a huge two day hip hop festal. Hordes of attendees crowded the lobby bar/restaurant and loud music blasted from the courtyard all night. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. The hotel should have notified upcoming guests this would be happening and allowed them to cancel. I will never stay here again.

The vibe is really great. Very friendly/helpful staff. Great modern concept and welcoming. The only issue was the dust. Walking in the hallways you can see the dust cascade around the lights. It wasn’t until my second night that I noticed the alarming amount of dust in my room, on my bed and on the surfaces. Since it was my last night and my allergies weren’t bothering me, I just stayed. If it weren’t for the dust, I’d give this place a 10/10. But I give it 8/10.

Sehr dunkle einrichtung, sehr staubig, alte mütze lag hinter dem vorhang. Aber alleine um da zu übernachten reicht es. Zu Fuss zum Alexanderplatz ca. 10 min, Bushaltestelle oder Ubahn gleich 2 min zu fuss.

Gutes Hotel, sehr gute Matratze, guter Preis, tolle Lage. Personal redet grøßtenteils englisch. Zimmer eher klein, Aussicht war auf ein Bürokomplex wo die Angestellten uns auch im Zimmer sehen konnten, sie haben uns teilweise gewunken. Sauberkeit in Ordnung - normal, nicht ubermåssig sauber. In einem Doppelzimmer mit Doppelbett hatten wir nur eine große Decke zusammen.

Staff was honestly amazing, kitchen staff was also amazing and so friendly. Bat had some great food and drinks and we were honestly surprised as most places that offer food really lacks in quality. Room was clean bathroom wasn’t as clean as the room there were toothpaste residue on faucet and mirror was still dirty. No face towels and really the bed was the main thing we didn’t like. It was like sleeping on a brick as hard as it was lol but location was great too!

Det første værelse vi fik, var ikke gjort ordentlig rent. Der var beskidt, mange pletter på gulvtæppet og standen på værelset var generelt forfaldent og trængte til en kærlig hånd - lampeinstallationer var ved at falde ud af væggene og der var eksponeret ledningsføring. Vi fik heldigvis et nyt værelse, da vi kom til receptionen med dette. Det største problem var dog, at der ikke var noget varmt vand i bygningen under hele opholdet - så 4 dage uden at kunne komme ordentligt i bad. Receptionen var opmærksom på problemet, det var et problem over hele bygningen, vistnok hele området. Jeg synes dog, at man burde være blevet gjort opmærksom på problemet i stedet for, at vi selv skal komme med det. I så fald, havde man kunne genoverveje sin bookning, fremfor at man er fanget i et problem, som de kun kan beklage, men ikke gøre noget ved. Det var tydeligvis noget, som var længerevarende, hvorfor det burde stå på bookingsiden eller som minimum være blevet nævnt, da vi tjekkede ind.

Convenient location near the S and U trains, and really nice property. My only negative comments are that the rooms are small, and the shower only has a partial door, so the bathroom floor will inevitably get wet after a shower. But I would still stay here again.

Hotellet ligger mycket nära järnvägen som bullrar. Går ej att sova med öppet fönster. Små rum med gnisslande sängar. Lyhörda rum. Verkar som att många som går på sexklubben Kitkat väljer detta hotell. Medför dock att det sprids en del kroppsliga ljud om nätterna. Gick knappt att låna upp glas till rummet. Inget kylskåp på rummet. Litet rum utan sittmöjlighet. Fanns en rolig fotomaskin i lobbyn. Bra gym med maskiner. Låg nära både T-bana och S-bana.

It was pretty good, rooms were very dark, great for sleeping but hard to find things during the day…like looking in suitcase…our room didn’t have kettle or coffee machine but our friends did, then there were no mugs. When we got mugs they were left dirty in the room.

Booked 2 twin rooms and requested 2 single beds in both, one twin and one double, the hotel said they could not move us and offered no solution. Air conditioning did not work after letting the hotel know nothing was done about it.

Thought this was a pretty good hotel. Sound was never an issue. The room is nice sized. As others mentioned, the bed is pretty firm and can feel unforgiving. I also think the lights give off heat and I cracked the window in my room the whole time as it felt quite warm. Couldn't adjust temperature otherwise. Everyone was friendly that worked there. I am older but never felt too out of place. Liked the location and it felt safe as a woman traveling alone walking to it and taking public transport nearby.

Sengen var utrolig hård og personalet i baren var knap så smilende og imødekommende. Vi forsøgte at kontakte hotellet inden vi kom angående parkering til vores bil uden held. Receptionisten der tog imod os da vi ankom var helt fantastisk og smilende - dejligt.

Great staff, great vibes! I would especially recommend this property to travellers who enjoy a bit of activity around them and like to socialise / making the most of Berlin nightlife. The location is perfect for all the best music locations in Berlin. It is a younger crowd as there are also students living there. This hotel was perfect for my needs and I would come back! Shout out to the incredible staff.

From this location I was able to easily navigate Berlin. The staff were also friendly, and helpful. However, my room had several issues that weren't resolved during the stay. The lights would not turn fully off, the desk lamp had no light bulb, the phone to reception didn't work, and the toilet would not flush. They attempted to resolve the issues, but they recurred. The staff did try their best, and I was given a few free drinks for the inconvenience. But at over 100 Euro a night, I at least expect to flush the toilet and control the lights.

Excellent staff! My room had an issue with the AC. Due to a heat/cold sensitive medical disability, they moved my room. The rooms are well cleaned and cared for. If you like a softer bed, I recommend asking them for a bed pad. They’re very accommodating. Friendly and helpful people. It’s close to Alexanderplatz for transportation. Restaurants in the local area and in the hotel. Breakfast was totally worth it. A good selection. Thirsty: good selection of drinks at their service desk. Suggestions: mini refrigerators in your rooms and water for a new guest.

The hotel was wonderful and the location was great for walking and getting around with public transportation. The staff was helpful and friendly, but there were situations where they couldn’t help us which was frustrating, but overall it was a wonderful stay, and they tried their best.

This was the perfect location, Alexanderplatz has so much to offer and so close to bus and trains to get about Berlin. We loved the vibe of the hotel, it was colourful, all the staff were friendly, so helpful and welcoming. The room was ideal for what we needed with option of using the gym and garden area with a great bar. Would definitely stay again!

The property and the location is great. Walking distance (20-30 mins) to the Museums, if you like walking. It is also very close to Alexanderplatz. There's also a shopping mall just 2 mins walk away. The closes station is Jannowithzbrücke. The staff are very helpful. There are activity scheduled through out the month if you want to participate. The hotel is set up in a way that you can get access to things pretty easily. Easy access to the small gym, small but sufficient. There are also plenty of common area for you to go to for you don't want to stay in your room. They even have two booths at the Cafe/Bar area where you can take phone calls. I also like the 24/7 self-service laundry and it is free. The internet connection was great, I had to do quite a lot of zoom meetings during my stay and I have no problem with that. There's no lack of social elements in the hotel. Especially Friday and Saturday nights, it could be a bit loud but once you shut the balcony door, you won't hear a thing.

Bare mega fantastiske medarbejdere, gode til at hjælpe og rigtig meget forskelligt/kreativt at lave. plus det lægger lige i byen med gå afstand til alt. Det eneste der kan være et minus er deres restaurant. Det tog stort set en time for os at få maden… og så var prisen lidt for meget… Men ellers alt i alt var alt perfekt og en go oplevelse helt klart et sted der kan anbefales

Kan inte rekommendera det här hotellet! Sängen var hård. Hade lika gärna kunnat sova på golvet. Ac var väldigt högljudd och dålig effekt. Väldigt lyhört, kunde höra folk i korridoren och ute på gatan lika tydligt som om dom vore i mitt rum samt igen tillgång till matnyttigt veganskt mat varken till frukosten eller i övrigt och att inredningen var rätt sunkigt.
