Great value, great proximity to food, shopping and sights. They offer a great lounge and 14F patio with complementary food and (non-alcoholic) drinks. Only problem is the lounge closes at 10! Would have liked to linger longer.

I didn’t realize how well-run the Intergate was until staying at this establishment. It has a sky lobby, meaning you check in/out at the top (14th) floor. The cafe/lounge is open during normal business hours on that floor. The bathhouse is on the ground floor. Most of all, it was conveniently located to a shopping arcade and the various parks and gardens.

There was no coffee in the room and the morning coffee service ended earlier than we expected. We loved the aperitif drinks at the rooftop terrace. Beds were large and room was spacious. Overall we were happy.

The room was nice but my husband complained that the bed wasn’t comfortable. The staff was friendly. The hotel is well situated for walking and we never used public transportation to go to the train station, Peace area or restaurants. The communal bath is nice but it is separated men from women because it is nude. They have free snacks and drinks frequently during the day in the lounge near the reception desk. They even have a daily signature cocktail! The smoothie in the morning hour was a green one and can be skipped unless you like that.

This hotel was in an excellent location, central to the train station as well as all of the Hiroshima sites. We walked everywhere, and it was so lovely. The room was probably the best layout of any hotel room we stayed in Japan with separate rooms for toilet and shower as well as the entire hall/changing area was separate from the sleeping space. This was brilliant and honestly all hotels should be set up this way! The amenities supplied were top notch (including the pajamas!) Highly recommend staying here!

My first visit to Hiroshima and my first time staying with Intergate. Pleasantly surprised. My room was very spacious (easily the biggest hotel room I've had in Japan in the £100-£150 per night price bracket). The room was nice and cleans the bed was comfortable with a good shower/bath combo (I would have preferred a standalone showers though). Guests also have complimentary "happy hour" drinks in the afternoon with free wine and sparkling wine as well as a small selection of cocktails, soft drinksnand and snacks; I was very glad with this "happy hour" perk. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel itself is located in a good spot, being about 20 minutes slow walk to, for example, the Atomic Dome. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. If I return to Hiroshima one day, I would strongly consider staying at this hotel again for all of the above reasons. Thanks!

The male front desk guy recommended and helped us get reservations for 2 restaurants which were excellent and we would not have know. About or gotten in without his assistance. Wine happy hour was amazing! Breakfast was good but a little limited in food selection.

An excellent hotel in an unbeatable central location for visiting Hiroshima. Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. Our superior twin room was comfortable and felt spacious for Japan, with a small seating area and enough floor space for one large suitcase. While we didn't use the amenities, the staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us with shipping our luggage to our next hotel. Note that reception is on the 14th floor. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, probably the best stay during our visit to Japan. Great comfortable room, excellent bathroom facilities, friendly courteous staff. The breakfast was the best offered in the stays we had during the trip: fresh food, extensive diverse menu, both Japanese and western cuisine and both delicious. Despite arriving early, the room was ready for check. Location was wonderful for walking or connecting to trams, trains or buses. It all helped make for a wonderful visit to beautiful Hiroshima.

This hotel has excellent location; just a short walk to the train that takes you back and forth from the Hiroshima Station. The breakfast in the hotel is great!! Provides a great variety of options buffet style. Room was spotless, the facilities were in top notch condition. Overall; highly recommended for anyone staying in Hiroshima either pleasure or business trip.

Nice budget hotel for a comfortable short stay in Hiroshima. Conveniently located with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and bars nearby. About a 25-minute walk from the central train station and the mall with the Pokémon Center. Room was clean, well-kept, and reasonably sized (by Japan standards lol). Not a fancy hotel (no real amenities), but great value for the price, perfect for a good night’s rest after a full day of exploring.

Generally very good. Loved the location, walkable to trains - 15mins. Lots of good restaurants within 10 mins. 7-11 next door. Rooms are a decent size, great amenities. Fails on the breakfast circus. Everyone in the Hotel shows up at exactly the same time and the que takes up to 30 minutes to work through. Choices are OK. Staff is very regimented and it sometimes feels like the chow line in the army, not a Hotel restaurant. Hotel should consider staggering entry times for breakfast.
