We like the location to Broadway. The walk wasn't bad at all. We had a problem with the room to start, they were quick to help and change rooms which was quite nice and they gave a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. The parking is paid to the parking lot, I think it's overpriced. However, it's a covered lot and seems quite secured so we didn't have to worry about damage to the vehicle. The pool area was nice, however the pool size was quite disappointing. Could have been a bit hot tub almost. Pics dont show how small. It looks at another hotel that has an amazing pool area. However, it's clean and nice.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean. Having the bar and bodega in the hotel is very convenient for a quick night cap or to grab a drink, snack, etc on your way in or out. Staff and service was impeccable. Easy walk to Broadway and all the action. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff were helpful and able to check us in earlier because the room was ready early. Helpful desk staff, had a band-aide when we needed one. The breakfast is not included with the stay so we did not try it. Location was amazing, only a short walk away from lower Broadway and local restaurants. The lobby have a mini general store and gift shop which was a nice touch if you needed something small. The room was clean and cozy. The mini fridge did not work properly and when staff were asked about it we were told that the temp of the mini fridge is not supposed to be a typical fridge temperature but they would have their maintenance look at it; nothing was resolved about the mini fridge not working properly. Water was only kept slightly below room temperature while being in the fridge the entire stay. Also the ice machine on the floor was broken but staff provided a key to access another floor for that ice machine. Overall, enjoyed the stay/room, the location is perfect and would stay again

The hotel was nice but $164 for 3 nights of parking was outrageous. They never came to clean the room. We had to call down for clean towels. Our room had a view of the green pool and the pool at the hotel next door was crystal clear. Think we will stay there next time.

I loved the coffee, water and pastries near the elevators on our floor. I’ve never seen this done before, and I will come back to this property just due to that. And staff was very friendly as well and had our room ahead of check in time. Very appreciate their conscientiousness and attention to detail.

The only real complaint i have is the fact they only have 3 primary elevators in a high rise hotel, actually need more like 6. Had to wait 10 minutes at times for the elevator to pick us up from the 11th floor

The hotel was ok and suited our needs but there were a few issues that I noticed that need to be addressed. There were many maintenance needs, our whole stay on the 10th floor there were giant commercial fans blowing as to clean up a leak or something a couple of rooms down. They were quite loud. The peloton in the fitness center was broken and seems to have been that way for quite some time. Lastly, the pool I don't believe ever got properly cleaned the entire 3 nights we stayed there and we checked every day because we wanted to swim. The water was cloudy and gross looking. I think there is a lack in proper maintenance at the property or they are just overwhelmed. The place wasn't that busy though so I am not sure what the issue was.

We asked for our room to be vacuumed and bathroom floor swept. Beds were made and new towels were given. The vacuuming and floor were not done.. Came down to front desk to put the request in for a 3 rs time and was told to be patient. Not impressed A/C was leaking all over the rug. Called and spoke to the front desk manager. He sounded like he really didn't care . Poor customer service. Will be looking for elsewhere to stay next time. The amount of $$$ we spent to stay for 5 nights. NOT IMPRESSED

The room was NEVER serviced during my 3 day stay. No towels, bed not made, and coffee never restocked. NOTHING was done at all. Prices there are quite steep for not getting any service. Parking there is another surprise and is very expensive!! So buyer beware when planning to stay at this overpriced dump. OH, and they do not have a "real" restaurant either. Food is serviced in the BAR area. There is a reason I'm a Hilton Honors person. NOTE: A military reunion event was the ONLY reason I was there.

This hotel is not one I'd stay at again. For the amount paid, the room needed several repairs. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close. Even got stuck and had to have husband use his strength to get me out. The toliet paper holder was loose and the roll wouldnt stay on the holder. Bathroom wasnt swept as precious peoples hair on floor. Wasnt as nice of a room as I would have expected for the price paid. Also, they dont fore warn you that their self park fills quickly so then they force you to do valet which costs more. No breakfast included. When told front desk she acted like she didnt care and even said they have problems often with parking and the toliet paper holders. Again. Would pick another hotel as there are plenty others around.

The hotel is right by the Music convention center, 5 minute walk.. It is not in the pretiest part of town, but the hotel itself was clean, modern and the staff engaging and helpful. On my floor, there was a distinctly musty smell (flood?), but it was only in the hallway, where there were drying fans going around the clock. The room was comfortable and clean but the TV was wonky. Worth the money for the stay.

It was okay, except we requested housekeeping twice during our stay and neither time did they attend to our room. We did have some confusion as we were told we had to request housekeeping but the door hanger in the room stated we had to place it on the door by 2 A.M. which we did not know until the end of our stay.

I loved that there were free pastries and flavored water on the 15th floor for premium rooms and bodega breakfasts were very good. The room was spacious and the hotel location was great. I didn't like that the hotel was very shorthanded with cleaning staff and that the room's thermostats had motion detectors and didn't keep the room cold if we weren't there so it took a long time to cool down when we came back to the room. The shower head had very low water pressure on the top 15th floor.

We had a great stay here. The city view room was amazing. We honestly did not have one complaint during our stay. One huge bonus was they stored our luggage on our last day since we had a really late flight. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property was very convenient. The room was large, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful ! plus there was a microwave and fridge in the room - very convenient! We also found out it was close to incredible dining and Starbucks. The hotel was very clean. We especially liked that housekeeping did not visit until the end of our stay. We would choose this property again.

The staff was very friendly. I did bring to their attention immediately that the WiFi did not work and a cabinet could not be opened and in the bathroom the ceiling had a door that looked like it was going to fall(they did fix it but within 24 hrs it was back) . They said they would address it. WiFi was supposedly rebooted but still never worked. Cabinet was never fixed. The room darkening shades were falling down and were not the correct size for window. Floor had food on it from previous guests. Our stay overall was great. And again the staff was great… Room#1005

Disappointing that 3 Engineering teams sent to the room could not open our safe for us to use as it was locked upon our arrival. Also we are back home and still waiting for our final invoice/receipt even though I was told I would get it yesterday morning. Otherwise overall stay was very good.

Great location and plenty of places to sit in the lobby if you are waiting for check in! However, I requested daily housekeeping (when the front desk asked during check in day), and did not receive it. The only day I received housekeeping, I received it because i had to go to the front desk and remind them. Even after the reminder they did not honor the daily check in. Additionally, the sink had an odor radiating from it that smelled like seeage which was pretty off

Check in is at 3, flight landed early, asked to check in early, was denied because i wasn’t a member. Walked around nashville for a couple hours and was still denied a room at 3:00check in. after the hostess flips through 20 ready room keys sitting on the check in counter. Waited in the lobby longer. FINALLY Got my room around 3:40. Missed an hour at an event i flew in for, while waiting in a hotel lobby. If you are not a “member” they do not care about how you are treated at the end of the day. Would not recommend. My money would be better elsewhere.

Front desk employees were awesome. I had a family emergency 2nd day of trip and had to cut my stay short, and there were no problems in terms of getting my money back. Not the case for the garage parking but its ok. By far the best Holiday Inn I have stayed in. Clean, modern. Great location as well.

The location was great, 15 minute walk to broadway. The room and hotel were very nice and clean. I didn’t like the price of parking our car, 137.00 for two nights without moving it is highway robbery. I also didn’t like the breakfast as it was the same as the free ones you usually get. We would eat breakfast somewhere else but the price of parking will keep us from staying here again.

Although they can’t fix it, the homelessness and aggressive panhandling all around really got annoying. When we tried to stop interacting with them we were threatened on two occasions. Pretty much ruined what was an otherwise good experience.

My husband and I decided to have a date night in Nashville for one night, our first date in 9 months! The hotel was not as near to Broadway as we were told when we called before booking. We were disappointed that we had to pay an uber to get to the bars we wanted to check out when we wanted a walkable hotel! The hotel room was so loud I didn’t sleep all night long, i was exhausted the next day going home back to work. The price is so over rated, I won’t be staying here again and I know a refund won’t happen but it would sure make me change my review!

Convenient in downtown near Bridgestone arena and Broadway. Parking is NOT free, but somewhat reasonable considering public parking is more expensive and exposed. The bar & grill was decent, would even go there if I wasn't staying there. Entrance is on a side street, google takes you to main street frontage, no entrance with a car.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The staff was extremely helpful, and took care of any need we had. The room and bathroom were extremely clean, and we were provided with plenty of towels and linens. We really enjoyed the sports bar and the small restaurant that served pastries and breakfast. It was also a small store. We will definitely stay there again.

It was a nice property. About a 10 min walk to broadway. Bar was nice, decent priced. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were nice! No late night room service or food options though. So if you want to hit broadway then make sure to bring food back because there isn’t any.

Overall the stay was good, a couple requests from the front desk were forgotten but eventually addressed. The hallway had a vanilla smell to it but I don’t know if that was intentional. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were super friendly.

What a great place, the breakfast was great, for a small upcharge we could order off the select menu with many options. I had a latte, eggs, bacon, pancakes all cooked to order. My travel partner got his to go and they packed up a Danish and egg sandwich along with a Gatorade. The room was very nice and included Dove body products. Floor to ceiling windows gave us a great view of the city (12th floor).

Great hotel within walking distance of just about everything, easy garage to use, may be pricey to some, but the ease of access and knowledge of knowing your car is in a safe location is worth it to me

We stayed here for a concert at Bridgestone, it was very close and a great price. Parking was an absolute nightmare using their self park system there were cars parked randomly everywhere not in spots and we had to circulate for a while before finding a spot. The elevators also take forever and it seemed like only 2 were in service. They do have nice resort perks, like a free drink at the bar, but I did feel like I wasn’t told about that fee when I booked. Other than that staff was nice and we ate at the restaurant and it was lovely.

This is a great Hotel!! Pleasantly surprised that this is the nicest Holiday Inn I have been to. Lose a star for two reasons. I prepaid parking, but was charged by the parking company $160. Don’t understand how they had my AMEX #. I paid the hotel with a different card. Also, house keeping barged in at 9:30 without knocking. Then when we were getting ready to leave, they clearly saw me go into the room with a cart. Then knocked on the door. Still before checkout time.
