Amazing bungalows built around a cute little lake with frogs, geese and ducks. Super comfy bed and spacious room. Terrace for chilling out. Has a lovely pool and an onsite restaurant. Breakfast had lots of different options and plenty of fruit. Loved the quiet remote location. Can be a bit of a wait for a Grab but it's ok. Bikes and scooters for rent. Really enjoyed it and didn't want to leave!

The staff at Muong Village are very attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean and well presented. The outdoors are stunning and the pool was very welcoming and delicious to swim in after a long day of activities. Bikes are free to use as well which makes it easier to get around. You may have to use Grab though for longer trips unless you like and can ride a motorcycle.

We enjoyed the days we spent at Mouong Village. It is comfortable with no frills. The hotel pictures on the website are very true to how it is. It is very close to the major sights and there are a few local restaurants within walking distance. We were disappointed to see that none of the hotel bikes really worked as this is a city where everyone else bikes. The last 300 meters of the road leading to the hotel is only sparsely lit at night and therefore rather dark.

Staff at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and and did not provide good service. Offered breakfastbag when we had a early departure, but had forgot about it, and when we asked about it they, made food to three out of four(we said it’s missing one, but they said it’s two in one of the bags, wich was untrue). It’s also horrific to see how the treat there dogs, keeps them in a small metal cage, all day and all night in the glowing sun. We talked to the frontdesk, they said they would see to them, but nothing happend. We did report them to animal protection services localy. The location is realy beautiful, but a little remote, and the rooms where nice. The pool is much smaller than in the pictures.

Gorgeous picturesque property. Huge cabana. Kind thoughtful staff. Recommend everyone to stay here if they want a little space and quiet from the bustle. There are bicycles to borrow and motorbikes on property to rent for cheap.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. The views are simply breathtaking, and the rooms are beautifully designed—comfortable, clean, and full of charm. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking. Out of town and quiet. We stayed 3 nights. There were several dining options within walk if you do not mind walking. We ate once in town using a scooter that we rented. It's probably time to renew the scooters and bikes but they do work. The shower in our room had a small hot water tank which they explain upon arrival. However, it was only my wife and I and we managed with no problem. Breakfast could use made to order options, but it works if you are not a big breakfast person. The place was a value for the price we paid. The environment was really nice.

Our room was very comfortable and clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Blue went through everything we needed to know in the room and was always ready to help. The availability of bicycles was fantastic and made our stay even better. Blue provided us with a map of the area and special sites to check out. Overall our stay was great and would stay again.

Vi tilbragte to nætter på Muong Village og det var en skøn oplevelse. Stedet ligger i sit eget lille magiske paradis, midt i flot natur. Derudover er man tæt på sejltur og by. Ninh Binh er også dejlig og der er gode spisemuligheder. Eneste dårlige vi kan sige er, at stedet trænger til lidt renovation og at det kunne være renere. Morgenmaden er dejlig og personalet er søde - de taler også fint engelsk. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse.

Personalen var fantastisk! Sånt underbart bemötande. De gjorde det där lilla extra, vi fick behålla rummet några timmar extra dagen vi chekade ut & de fixade lunch till oss medan vi väntade på bussen. De tipsade också om sevärdheter & man kan låna cyklar gratis. Stället ligger sååå vackert. Man är ett med naturen. Och badrummet var så stort och vackert med en känsla av utedusch trots att det var inomhus. Det enda att anmärka på skulle vara att rummet kunde städas lite bättre. Tex genom att få rena tekoppar varje dag & att bägge sängarna bäddades.

If you want a stay in a beautiful setting, a kind and efficient staff who ask what more they can do to help with taxi, outings, recommendations, stay here.

Muong Village Ninh Binh is a hidden gem. I loved the views from the large windows of my spacious and comfortable room. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel offers free bike rental, and it was very easy to go to Trang An and Mua Cave viewpoints (my two favorites). I could also bike easily to Tam Coc which was a little bit further. It was a relaxing stay. It’s beautiful by day and night.

A nice out of the way. Place literally at the end of the road. Get 5 minutes away from excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you like a little bit of a taste of rural but close enough to your coffee shop and this is the one. Make sure you ask for a renovated room

American tourist review here: I had the most pleasant of experiences at Muong Village. This was the first time for me visiting Vietnam and visiting this area for the Trang An tours and I am 100% glad we stayed at Muong Village. Service was 5/5 stars, room was 5/5 stars, the view and ambiance was 5/5 stars, and the staff was the highest rating I could give if possible. We arrived early to the property via Limo Bus from Hanoi and the girl at the front desk let us store our bags and rent a motorbike straight from the property. We went to the Trang An tours and came back and she checked us in and gave us plenty of times and restaurants to go around. After checking in, we were led to the room by the lovely staff and they broke down the room and all the ammenities. We had a mishap where we had a huge spider in our room (LOL) and neither of us wanted to deal with it. We went to the front desk to explain how much sissies we were and they laughed and came to help us move the spider back outside no problem. Thank you for saving my life. I almost died from that spider. Checking out couldn't have been easier and we had a great breakfast that was included that had american style breakfast and PHO! PHO WAS BANGER- I had two plates. I will gladly come here again on my next visit to Ninh Binh.

Staff at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and and did not provide good service. Offered breakfastbag when we had a early departure, but had forgot about it, and when we asked about it they, made food to three out of four(we said it’s missing one, but they said it’s two in one of the bags, wich was untrue). It’s also horrific to see how the treat there dogs, keeps them in a small metal cage, all day and all night in the glowing sun. We talked to the frontdesk, they said they would see to them, but nothing happend. We did report them to animal protection services localy. The location is realy beautiful, but a little remote, and the rooms where nice. The pool is much smaller than in the pictures.

Our room was very comfortable and clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Blue went through everything we needed to know in the room and was always ready to help. Beautiful serene accomodation middle of mountains and rice paddies. Can’t be better than this. Bed was very comfortable and quiet. Room had all the amenities required for the stay. Shower was nice and hot. Swimming pool was amazingly clean and big to soak long day at Ninh Binh. Breakfast was so delicious and just enough of options. We accidentally broke the shower gel container at the room and costs 150,000 VND. But the lovely lady at the reception waived it for us. She even spoke to the grab driver to take us to the correct destination and waived us good bye. Such a lovely and warm people who makes us feel very comfortable. Thank you for all your help Moung Village. Highly recommended stay in Ninh Binh.

I had a lovely stay here. It is secluded and away from the main road. It is very quiet (unless there is a large group staying here). It is a bit far from Tam Coc but you can easily reach that area by bicycle in 30 minutes. Breakfast was surprisingly good and filling. Close to Trang An Boat tour. Great place to relax and sit by the pool.

A nice out of the way. Place literally at the end of the road. Get 5 minutes away from excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you like a little bit of a taste of rural but close enough to your coffee shop and this is the one. Make sure you ask for a renovated room

Amazing bungalows built around a cute little lake with frogs, geese and ducks. Super comfy bed and spacious room. Terrace for chilling out. Has a lovely pool and an onsite restaurant. Breakfast had lots of different options and plenty of fruit. Loved the quiet remote location. Can be a bit of a wait for a Grab but it's ok. Bikes and scooters for rent. Really enjoyed it and didn't want to leave!

Overall, it was exactly what we were looking. Out of town and quiet. We stayed 3 nights. There were several dining options within walk if you do not mind walking. We ate once in town using a scooter that we rented. It's probably time to renew the scooters and bikes but they do work. The shower in our room had a small hot water tank which they explain upon arrival. However, it was only my wife and I and we managed with no problem. Breakfast could use made to order options, but it works if you are not a big breakfast person. The place was a value for the price we paid. The environment was really nice.

We loved staying at Muong Village. Our room overlooked a pond. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. All of our meals, including the breakfast buffet, were delicious. If you want a stay in a beautiful setting, a kind and efficient staff who ask what more they can do to help with taxi, outings, recommendations, stay here.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff! I took my daughter and her family (grandaughters 7 &2). We loved it! After exploring all day and spending time was great. Although our stay had to be cut short.. apparently grandpa’s days of driving a moped are over!!! Had to go to Hanoi for treatment …staff quickly arranged everything for us! I promised my granddaughters we will go back next year!

It's paradise! The lotus pond, the crickets and frogs at night - I could have stayed a month here! It's fantastic and while a bit far out from Hoa Lu and Tam Coc, it was super easy getting grabs.

An incredible location, just a few minutes bike ride from the nearby village (borrowing a bike from the hotel is free of charge) and a short car ride from the train station and nearby attractions. Everyone working here were very friendly and helpful. The cabins were well-maintained and the entire area felt like a peaceful retreat, emerged in the beautiful scenery.
