Rooms were nice but there was no air conditioning so the rooms were really warm (+23C) even during the night which is way too high to have a good night sleep. Breakfast was 3,5/5 but gym was 1/5. Staff was very friendly

Stayed in the hotel as a family trip between Christmas Eve/Christmas Day Hotel is nice but extremely hard to find and poor parking (poor signposting, roads around closed/no turn, no directions incl. to parking) AND hotel booked hotel specifically to use Spa on Christmas Day. On arrival at Spa was told that there's a cost of 850 DKK per person - OMG. Noone told us that. Hotel advert here on hotels.com says 'Spa' ie hotel is sold with Spa. No hint of having to pay anything. That's against the law. You cannot advertise and sell a service that is not delivered as sold, in this case a hotel with spa, leading guests to believe they're getting a Spa if they book at that hotel, only to learn on arrival that that comes at a substantial additional cost of 850DKK per person. For the 3 of us, that would have been 2550DKK - that's the same as a night in the junior suite we stayed in. As I say, misleading advertising is against the law .I will report the authorities. What an awful Christmas experience

War ein toller Aufenthalt, haben es sehr genossen. Das Carlsbergviertel ist ein neu entwickelter Stadtteil mit geschichtlichem Hintergrund. Allerdings nicht so zentral gelegen, dafür aber ziemlich ruhig. Und mit Fahrrad ist man ja beweglich. Das gibt es auch im Hotel zu mieten. Oder ohne Fahrrad mit der S-Bahn 2 Stationen zum Zentrum/Hauptbahnhof. Die Extra-Goodies wie der Good-Morning-Coffee, der Afternoon-Wine und der Good Night-Drink sind ein toller Service on Top. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

WOW! We stayed in 415 overnight on 12/29. The bathroom was covered in mold in the shower. There were stains on the sides of the bed and headboard. The mold was so bad I had an allergic reaction. I took photos, but this won’t let me post them. I’m shocked for the amount of money they charge. I’ll never be going back. I’ve stayed at motels that are cleaner than this.

Nem check in. Værelset var højt til loftet, men i ren beton. Det kan selvfølgelig have sin charme, men beton laver "betonstøv" som man også kunne fornemme når man kørte hånden over overfladerne. Højt til loftet, men ledninger til lamper var kun rene til hvor de kunne nås. Resten havde tykt støv. Ingen strøm til el-kedlen. Man skulle sætte den på gulvet eller tage den med ud på badeværelset. Krus uden hank, som så blev så varm at man ikke kunne holde dem. Morgenmad; hyggeligt sted. Men pålægget var flad. Personligt kan jeg ikke spise gris også er der kun ost som mulighed, og jeg spurgte personalet, for man ved jo aldrig. Lækker frisk frugt. Afrejse nemt og med mulighed for opbevaring af bagage.

Vi havde et godt døgn på hotellet. Det er et smukt og interessant hotel i en dejlig bydel. Værelset passede godt til os som par, men da badet er åbent, så egner det sig måske ikke til veninder eller lignende. Dejlige senge. Der var dog store nullermænd rundt omkring på værelset og bruseren trængte til en seriøs afkalkning. Morgenmaden var ok, men ikke fantastisk som mange skriver. Udvalget var bredt, men brødet var tørt og de varme retter var kolde og mejeriprodukterne varme.

Super bra hotell! Trevlig personal, fin inredning, nära centrum etc. Bra att vara medveten om att det inte finns en vägg mellan dusch utrymmet och sängen (duschvägg finns dock), störde inte oss pga blev mer socialt när man gjorde iordning sig men bra att ha den infon!

The building was excellent. We were in room 430 and had too much noise from the restaurant above, at all times! We thought the staff on reception were extremely helpful and friendly! The walk into the centre of town was quite long- especially if the weather was not good.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The included drinks twice a day is just amazing. Great breakfast buffet (which you pay for) well worth it though! Hands down best breakfast I have had at a hotel. Super fresh and almost all organic. My only complaint, which is a silly one keeping this hotel from gaining 5 stars from me. There is literally zero air conditioning in the entire building. No fans in the room. I was literally sweating every night even with the window wide open. Air flow is a thing. Just not available at this hotel.

It’s an in and cool hotel. You will enjoy the happy hours free drinks and wonderful organic breakfast. I must say, however, that the rooms are nothing special and unless you get the upgraded larger room or very dark with tiny little windows at the hotel, also is not really centrally located I would not stay there again

Good and bad! We arrived at 2am after our flight was delayed to find that our prepaid room had been given to someone else and no other rooms were available. We were put in a cab to an inferior hotel for the night which could have gone with a good clean!. We used half our morning moving hotels back to where we were meant to be. We were upgraded and given free breakfast. It spoiled our trip for our wedding anniversary and meant we had less time to see Copenhagen . Having said that our room was ok, comfy bed and good shower but not many windows. Wouldn't risk staying again due to how we were treated. Also no refund received for first night as I am sure there was a massive difference in price

The Rooms in the old Carlsberg Brevery are in a new industrial design. It is a different style but a nice experience. The Check In Experience was not so warm. How was your journey? Is there any think else I could asisst with would be a nice treat. More infos about SPA & Gym would be nice and could also help to push the revenue. There are modernized and build new Suites good info screens by the construction are no disturbing at all. Good is also the com morning coffee at the reception. All in all a relaxing atmosphere but could be more warmer hospitality. All the best, Chris

Fantastic staff - friendly, efficient, helpful We had an issue with our room at 10pm on a Friday, went down to the reception and within 10 mins we were packing up and moving to an upgraded room. Would recommend splashing out for a suite as you get free drinks from the bar as well as free breakfast. Tiny bit of marking on the industrial-style concrete wall but the bathroom, bedding and floor was absolutely spotless Great drinks in the bar, breakfast also very good but badly layed out meaning it is quite chaotic with all of the guests running wild to get their food. Location great - very quiet all the time, despite the Carlsberg area undergoing some fairly substantial renovation works Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Beautiful design hotel, but unfriendly, unhelpful staff. I did try to give feedback whilst I was there, but they were not interested. Very small rooms, very little storage (very much form over function). Nice neighbourhood, but lots of development going on and about 25mins to get into the centre. There are much nicer hotels that are still as beautifully designed, with a warm and friendly welcome in the closer centre districts. Wouldn’t return here, or recommend.

We loved our stay here! While it's not in the centre of the city, it's in a quiet, sophisticated neighbourhood close to great bakeries, cafes and bars, as well as two metro stops for easy transport into the centre and to/from the airport. The room was lovely and the staff was great. Tak!

Trevlig hotel med bra läge i Carlsberg byen och 10 min med tåg till centrala Köpenhamn. Väldigt speciell inredning med industriell stil, lite udda att det inte var en vägg mellan dusch och sovrum. Helt fantastisk frukost och trevlig restaurang på takvåningen, kommer besöka hotellet igen.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ottilia. The room was beautiful and the staff was great. Although the hotel isn’t in a central location, it’s just a 10 minute walk to the metro station, as well as the super cool Vesterbro neighborhood.

It’s an in and cool hotel. You will enjoy the happy hours free drinks and wonderful organic breakfast. I must say, however, that the rooms are nothing special and unless you get the upgraded larger room or very dark with tiny little windows at the hotel, also is not really centrally located I would not stay there again

War ein toller Aufenthalt, haben es sehr genossen. Das Carlsbergviertel ist ein neu entwickelter Stadtteil mit geschichtlichem Hintergrund. Allerdings nicht so zentral gelegen, dafür aber ziemlich ruhig. Und mit Fahrrad ist man ja beweglich. Das gibt es auch im Hotel zu mieten. Oder ohne Fahrrad mit der S-Bahn 2 Stationen zum Zentrum/Hauptbahnhof. Die Extra-Goodies wie der Good-Morning-Coffee, der Afternoon-Wine und der Good Night-Drink sind ein toller Service on Top. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

På overfladen var dette hotel lækkert. Fedt badeværelse!, vasken var dog stoppet. Vi havde dog lidt klaustrofobi med det meget lukkede rum, med dårligt lysindfald. Morgenmaden var ikke pengene værd. Kaotisk buffet, hvor de blødkogte æg var kolde, hvorefter vi prøvede scrambled eegs og pølser som dog også var kolde. Kaffe var tynd. Brødet ikke hjemmelavet, dog var rugbrødet og pålægget godt. Vi kommer ikke tilbage.

Gode overraskelser i form af gratis glas vin om eftermiddagene + gratis drink om aftenen i hotellets loungeområde + gratis to go kaffe til hjemturen. Skønt og inspirerende lokalområde med god historie, hvor man lykkes flot med at blande gl. bygninger/historik med moderne byggeri. Dog p.t en del byggearbejde i området.

What a fantastic Hotel, industrial yet modernised. Shame the rooftop bar/restaurant was closed for refurb when we stayed though. Breakfast was great and varied but mostly continental so dont expect a lot of hot food. Happy hour and nightcap hour were a bouns and really made our trip to the Hotel, we usually had 2 drinks each during these hours and are completely on the house. Rooms were very functional and a really good bed, we are not good sleepers but you dont hear any noise from neighbouring guests and the blackout curtains worked brilliantly.

We stayed 3 nights, it was great overall. In other hotels we stayed there would be a mini fridge all the time, that's why we're used to it. It would be great to have it there as well, but it's not a big deal. Breakfast is amazing but due to crowd you may wait to have a table. Location is great also, loved it.

Only issue -- and this can be a plus or minus -- is it is located in an area of the city that is quite quiet at night. 15-20 minute walk to transit or the more hopping areas of town. Definitely need to ride share or use transit to get to the historic areas.
