Our stay had some positives, but also a few disappointments, mainly around the service. We had arranged and paid for early check-in, but the room wasn’t ready when we arrived, and the reception team didn’t seem particularly concerned or proactive in addressing it. Unfortunately, this same lack of attentiveness carried through to checkout, which left us feeling a bit overlooked as guests. On the plus side, the room and facilities are beautifully designed and very stylish. However, the temperature was difficult to manage, as the bathroom floor heating appeared to stay on, making the room quite warm overall. Breakfast was just okay, with a fairly standard selection. We also later discovered that the hotel offers some nice extras, like free coffee to go, which would have been great to know about earlier… unfortunately, these weren’t mentioned during our stay. The location is excellent if you’re looking to be in this particular area, which was the main reason we chose the hotel. Overall, a decent stay for the location, though improved service and communication from staff would make a big difference.

Upgraded to a suite on arrival as early check in had not been prepared, very helpful staff on arrival. Inconsistent experience with reception staff following this. Did not feel welcomed. Room was wonderful, breakfast to be expected.
