Hotel Intergate Kanazawa

Pleasant, courteous and helpful staff at reception and in the breakfast lounge. Our room was spacious, clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable with fresh and crisp linen and clean pyjamas. The housekeeping staff are thorough. The bathroom and toilet are separate rooms, while the wash sink is out in the main room. The breakfast area is spacious, clean and airy, with a good selection of Japanese and western foods. The staff worked tirelessly to keep everything clean, organised and refilled, both at breakfast and the evening snack period. Nice to see the manager greet guests and support staff. This hotel has a public bath and a paid laundry room, 600 yens a load for wash and dry. One suggestion: it would be nice to have 1 or 2 shelves or racks for clothes and personal grooming items. The hotel is within walking distance to many cultural sites and experiences. Public transportation, restaurants convenience stores are minutes away. Easy to reach from Kanazana Station by bus. Be advised that not all buses take the national payment cards such as Icoca. You'll need to pay cash or by credit card. Extensive and reasonably priced food options at the Omicho market, in the M'ZA mall across from the market and in the area. We ate twice at Uogashi-Syokudou in the M'ZA mall. The noodle soups are quite tasty with efficient and friendly service. Kanazawa is a wonderful city, less crowded than Osaka and Kyoto with a calming vibe. Visit the castle park, Kenrokuen Garden and many craft shops.

Room was very clean and staff was very helpful. Nice lounge area that had snacks was a great surprise. Centrally located to all of the tourist areas.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The hotel is relatively new and the facilities are in good condition. There is free supper (ochazuke) from 8pm to 10pm which is a plus.

Stayed with my mother for 2 nights. The breakfast was very good and we loved & appreciated all the free food and drink service they provided. The room was small but enough for 2 people, and it was definitely clean and quiet. The public bath was much smaller than expected and got pretty crowded at night, which was the only minus point. But for those who don't use the public bath, they have a bathroom in the room so there is no inconvenience. We will be back!

The lounge use and the continuous provision of snacks and drinks throughout the day was much appreciated. The staff were friendly and assiduous, especially Nicole S. who helped us arrange for a delivery of a forgotten item from our last hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and their excellent team.

週末クルマで利用の場合、周辺駐車場探しで右往左往します。ホテルそのものは👌GOOD。朝食は種類豊富で美味しい。金沢市内観光にも便利なロケーション。

2度目の利用でしたが、繁華街や駅、バス停にも近く便利な立地、且つ清潔で綺麗なホテルです。大浴場もあるので、旅の疲れも大きなお風呂で癒せます。

いつもインターゲートを利用しています。残念だったのは、お風呂のとびらのパッキンや、深めん尾須美はきれいにお掃除されていませんでした。黒ずんでいます。いいホテルと思っているのに、残念です。

Really lovely and welcoming staff! Hotel was let down by the rooms, furniture stained and smelt very unpleasant. Overall a poor stay.

外国人の方が多いホテルです。廊下や隣室の声も気にならず、掃除も行き届いています。 トイレのペーパーホルダーが壊れていました。 ラウンジサービスは、特に17:00から19:00前がとても混雑していましたが、コーヒーのサービスが嬉しかったです。家族が2泊目に大浴場のパスワードが変わっていたことを知らされていなかった、と言っていました。 観光地が徒歩圏内なので、多少のフロント、エレベーターの混雑などは仕方がないのかな、と思います。 宿泊税800円per室、については現地で知りました。

410部屋利用しました。サービスも清潔さも大変良かった。スリッパのアッパー部がつぶれていて使用の際に一々持ち上げなくてはならなかった。とても不便でした。なかなかカードキーが反応しなくて困った、中に入って確認したらドアノブを取り付けてあるメタル部の＋ネジがｍ緩んでいました。即修理すべきです。でもホテルインターゲートほとても気に入ってます。

Everything in hotel is very clean and comfortable

The hotel is very well located for exploring Kanazawa and was excellent value for money. Our triple room was a little tight (though this was typical for our whole trip in Japan) but well appointed and clean. Breakfast was ok - not the most extensive buffet but sufficient for our needs. The highlight though was the availability of drinks/snacks in the bar/lounge all day and even a free happy hour from 5-7pm with prosecco, wine and juice options. Staff very pleasant and happy to help. Definitely a good option for a stay in Kanazawa.

Room ventilation system is not efficient and too noisy. Common area always noisy as well.

Good location and room is spacious enough. Suggest installing a small shelf in the toilet for convenience.

We booked a Hollywood twin room for 4 nights and the layout of the room is not good. Very long and narrow hallway. The TV in the room is terrible without internet option to cast YouTube and the 4 foreign channels were interrupted intermittently. We asked for extra pillows and there were not available. The positive thing is the complimentary drinks and snacks thoroughly the day. We didn’t have the breakfast but it seems expensive for 2980¥

Good hotel. Very modern. Lovely touch that free drinks and eats are available throughout the day. Only complaint is that the light at the entrance to the room goes on and off during the night whenever anyone goes to the toilet or to get a drink , waking up the other occupant of the room. The sensor can be adjusted but they are reluctant to do it.

The room is spacious. The location is just right in the center of the city. Especially this hotel is one block from busy and noisy street. I enjoyed the quiet stay in the alley.

TV facilities not very good. International channels not working. Not linked to laundry machine status like other hotels are. Also have coffee available as self-serve instead of having to ask for it to be poured by someone. Shower should be connected to tap in bathtub not to tap outside the bathtub - not convenient as it doesn't reach fully to person standing in bathtub.

Service and the room were impeccable though on the small side. Staff most courteous, especially Mr. Nawata who went out of his way to be helpful. Great also that they offer cocktails from 5 to 7 on the house. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pésimo que hayan denegado poder cargar mi celular solo un momento después del check out, me quedé una noche y que no pudieran tener empatía para poder brindarme la posibilidad de cargar mi celular unos minutos creo es pésimo. Ojalá pudieran tener un mínimo de cortesía hacia sus clientes.

Location is good and convenient. Three bus stops away from Kanazawa station, close to Kanazawa castle, 21 century art museum and all the amenities around and nearby. Hotel stuffs are amazing, speaking good English, communicating well and very friendly and nice. Rooms r clean, we will come back to stay here if we r at Kanazawa again in near future. 👍

前回宿泊した時も思いましたが、スタッフのみなさんが感じが良くて、また掃除が行き届いていて、とても心地よく過ごせました。

Staff is good but rather unwelcoming. Each of the stuff members was overwhelmed by duties and did not have time for a smile, even a quick one. Hotel room was good, with a rather large bathroom by Japanese standards, but mosf it was occupied by a huge tub with shower gead outside the tub. You take shower outsude the tub. They could have made the rooms bigger with a normal bathroom. The breakfast qualit was mediocre.

受付のスタッフの笑顔がなかった。また、声が小さく聞こえづらかった。歓迎されてる気がしなかった。 チェックインする時の機械の使い方がわかりづらかった。 2泊しましたが、朝のスムージーの種類が2日とも同じだったのでがっかりした。

スタッフの方々の対応はとても丁寧です。 一階ロビーではコーヒーやお酒、お茶漬けなどを無料でいただくことができます。(コーヒーのみ部屋に持ち込み可) バス停からも近く金沢を観光するにはとても便利です。 とても快適に過ごさせていただきました。

Nice area close to the palace grounds and the garden. Other tourist areas are within the walking distance.

Great hotel. In particular their complimentary happy hour and all day drinks etc. Very friendly staff. Note Its a fair walk with bags from the train station. Otherwise it’s a great find. I’ll be back next visit.

朝食の開始時間が遅い。周辺ホテルはAM6:30からが主流で有り、特にサラリーマンは仕事に間に合わない。改善すべき。

朝食を楽しみに予約をしましたが、満枠で食べることができず残念でした。 事前に予約に入っているか確認しましたが、ホテルからのメールが届いておらず、結局当日確認するも朝食をつけることはできませんでした。施設は綺麗でしたが、とても悲しい気持ちになりました。

Great location!!! Right on the bus routes. Easy to see all what Kanazawa has to offer. The afternoon treats and drinks were an incredible experience. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods for everyone.

Really a nice little hotel. Our room was fairly spacious. The breakfast was very good. There was a 5 a 7 with wine provided free of charge. The only suggestion might be that the snacks provided be a bit more interesting. The hotel is very centrally located and highly recommended.

観光地に近くて便利だった。欧米の方がとても多かった。部屋は清潔で特に水回りか綺麗だった。 大浴場もあるが部屋のお風呂も大きくてシステムバスじゃなくゆったりできる。 朝食も焼きたてパンも料理も充実しているし金沢カレーも美味しかった。 満足いくホテルだった。
