Estoy muy agradecido con la atención de Andy fue un excelente anfitrión me hizo sentir importante y especial, además de que me ayudó a que mi experiencia fuera impecable, Víctor también fue muy atento. Muchas gracias.

It is a good hotel for a 4 star hotel. I was initially taken aback with the open concept grand foyer. At check in, staff were very attentive but took a little longer than anticipated, then somewhat very insistent sales team who are very eager to sign you up in a sales presentation and tried to enticed you with gifts. Not accounting you’re there to have a good R&R,There was a mixed up with the room I booked(ocean front view) as they claimed as long as you can see the ocean (even if you were to stretch you neck towards the ocean, then it will consider as ocean front.Thanks to Expedia representative team, Fabian and his team, that was rectified after a day. The room was clean, until the next day, little bugs like ants was crawling all over the side table.finally got the ocean view, Expedia rep team finally pushed thru and upgrade us to Diamond tier. The room was ok, with a little over sight of coffee maker what didn’t have the coffee grounds only pod that was useless. No snacks. No sleepers. Over all the restaurants made up for it. Left us with itchy bug bites. Could be mosquito bites. So overall, it’s not what I truly expect in an all inclusive 4 stars hotels. Did we over expect what we paid for?

Estuvo todo de maravilla el servicio la comida las albercas el trato las instalaciones las suites todo eso hace que la verdad sobre mencionar que había muchos sancudos pero se perdona por todo lo demás del hotel

This is Our 6th time at this resort. Unfortunately This might be the last! The management did not take care of Us the way they should have. The room Ac was broken overnight and it made our night a nightmare. Our 1 month old baby was up all night sweating. I understand some People might think it’s a spoiled way of thinking, but to be honest for some of Us it takes some Saving to take these trips and I hate feeling like I’m throwing money away. The room details mentions ACd room. The room Terrace jacuzzi didn’t work and we paid a lot extra for it They offered us a super tiny resort shop credit. Which our booklet already had and I can’t combine coupons. We also had to sign a paper that I can’t write this review. NO THANK YOU!! Returning customer means nothing to them. It’s a resort that had fun sport activities, The team responsible would not keep up the fun sports based off of the advertised times. They always collect equipment fast so they don’t have to work. Few other things but I don’t want to be one of those people to just complain all day. It’s still A fun resort but the management all The way to the hotel manager need professional training. The everyday employees were absolutely great tho; housekeepers! Vibe team! Restaurant staff! Mario and Samuel at breakfast were great employees! Mario and Luis at vibe team were great. It is the first time I didn’t relax and spent more time at the guest services desk than my room. It’s time to close the book on this
