저녁식사 가능한 식당이 총 2개 밖에 없지만 무오이 라는 베트남 음식 식당은 맛이 좋아요 레벨 풀은 빌라동의 사람들만 이용할 수 있도록 하는것이 아쉽고 리조트 내에서 이용할 수 있는 프로그램이 마음에 들었고 해보지는 않았습니다. 종류만 확인했을뿐 스파 예약이 거의 풀이라 불편 24시간 헬스장 좋음 리조트 내에서 2시간동안만 자전거를 빌려주는것이 아쉽 호치민 공항까지 셔틀버스 있는것 좋음 (이용안해봄) 메인 수영장도 넓고 쾌적하고 가격도 적당하고 2개의 저녁식사용 식당의 맛은 베트남 식당이 더 맛있음

Nice and relaxing resort. Very kind and helpful staff. Wonderful villa. Various food options - also healthy, delicious and beautifully presented. Various activities: beach (you can lend body boards), bicycles are available, lawn with various games, yoga and tai chi. I can really recommend the spa. I had terrible back pain when I arrived, but with some treatments it was fixed.

Although I was only here for a short time, it was probably one of the best times of my holiday. The staff especially were very friendly and always with a smile. I went in September was hotel was quiet than usual but I prefer it like that. Great pool, water sport activities, nice beach and the whole vibe of the place was fantastic

The resort is beautiful and very well maintained, with amazing pools, including the kids’ pool. However, the jacuzzis were under maintenance for our entire 10-day stay, which was disappointing. Dining options were limited and quite overpriced. Outside the resort, you can find excellent local food for a third of the price. For the cost charged, the food definitely needs improvement. Breakfast in particular could be much better: no mushrooms, hash browns, or cream cheese, and an excess of pork. A halal corner would also have been greatly appreciated.

This hotel is top notch. The amenities are incredible. There are activities all day long and outside movies on the lawn to enjoy as a family. There are several top end villas with private pools but I would recommend staying in the main hotel and get a beach view room. I thought it was perfect.

Rummen och hotellet var rent och fint. Fint poolområde, dock svårt att få solstolar då gäster var nere vid poolen vid 6-7 tiden för att reservera dem. Maten var god på de restaurangerna. Det fanns nästan inga restauranger utanför hotellområdet att gå till, det fanns inte heller några affärer inom gångavstånd som var öppna.

This property is as advertised! I love this place and will visit again. The rooms were very clean. The large pool was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was beyond expectations. We checked in during the week so the facility was a lot more quieter, which was really nice. We checked out Friday, when it got really busy with weekenders arriving. I’d definitely stay here again but during the week, not the weekend.

We had so much great time in our 5 day holiday in Melia Ho Tram. From the way the staffs greeted us, to the cleanliness around the resort, breakfast buffet is great, pool is clean and beautiful, we had no complaints but the wish to come back again in the future.

エアコンの故障、バッテリー切れでカードキーで部屋に入れなったなどの、部屋のメンテナンス不足がありましたが、早急に対応してくださりすぐに解決したので逆に対応の良さに感心しました。また必ず泊まりに行きたいです。

We stayed in a sea-view tower room with the all-inclusive option. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the hotel was beautifully maintained. The concierge staff were very helpful in assisting us with travel arrangements. The beach was amazing and the pool was great. The snacks in the Gaia pool bar were delicious, and the breakfast buffet in the Sasa was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay, but we had a few niggles. I installed the Melia app but it didn't work for booking restaurants etc, since it couldn't find our room booking. It just said "An unexpected error occurred" every time I tried. Apparently there are two reference numbers associated with a booking but neither of them worked for us. The information on the app/website was hard to navigate and was sometimes incorrect or out of date. For example the Sasa restaurant opening hours were wrong. Sometimes there were special offers on food but there was no indication whether they were included in the AI package. It was irritating that the AI didn't include the small bottles of wine in the minibar - a bit stingy! Service in the Breeza bar was sometimes very slow. We ate once in the Muoi and although we like Vietnamese food we were unimpressed. The food in the Breeza was good but we struggled to find very many dishes that we fancied on the a la carte menu. The buffet dinners in the Sasa were good. So all in all a great hotel let down a bit by the food and lack of information.

6 nights 1 bedroom level private pool, the resort itself is beautiful, the meals are very good but too repetitive over 6 nights, we chose all inclusive which we felt didn’t end up good value for us so soon regretted that decision. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the private pool was lovely and a highlight, but could have been a bit cleaner. The room itself was clean. Staff were excellent and super helpful. There isn’t anything to do outside the property and it is quite far from anything. Overall it was a nice place to stay but not really great value for money.

I cannot overstate how wonderful this resort is. After a busy holiday, spending 4 nights here at the end of our time in Vietnam was perfect. The resort is gorgeous, with lots of activities but the best thing for us was the swim up bar, in the pool right on the beach. There's not a ton of food options and we preferred eating at the beach bar in the evening but there was enough choice for us. We stayed in a junior suite in the tower which had amazing views. The service was good all round and they even helped to organise a birthday surprise for me! It's quite pricy for Vietnam but honestly worth it if you're looking to splash out on a bit of luxury. We also got the free transfer from HCM which was easy & great!

We only stayed couple of nights at the end of our Vietnam vacation. The property is beautiful. We had a 2 bedroom villa which was modern, big, clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately we ended up there during the monsoon season so we only enjoyed couple of hours on the beach and by the private pool attached to the villa. Breakfast was included and was good, full of options. We were in the level villa and we could enjoy access to the lounge where we could enjoy afternoon snacks and drinks including alkohol. Other than that the property has only 2 restaurants that are quite pricey for Vietnam. But we really enjoyed our time there. We wanted couple of relaxing days after touring Vietnam for 10 day and we were able to relax! I was disappointed that in the villa only water was complimentary. We stayed in 4 other 5 starts hotels while in Vietnam and everywhere else snacks and beer was also complimentary.
We only stayed couple of nights at the end of our Vietnam vacation. The property is beautiful. We had a 2 bedroom villa which was modern, big, clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately we ended up there during the monsoon season so we only enjoyed couple of hours on the beach and by the private pool attached to the villa. Breakfast was included and was good, full of options. We were in the level villa and we could enjoy access to the lounge where we could enjoy afternoon snacks and drinks including alkohol. Other than that the property has only 2 restaurants that are quite pricey for Vietnam. But we really enjoyed our time there. We wanted couple of relaxing days after touring Vietnam for 10 day and we were able to relax! I was disappointed that in the villa only water was complimentary. We stayed in 4 other 5 starts hotels while in Vietnam and everywhere else snacks and beer was also complimentary.

Delightful resort . Our one bed villa was a massive 120 sq m. The private pool was much more than a plunge pool. Cant fault the quiet but very stylish resort. Staff were knowledgeable and helped With any queries we had. Breakfast was extensive.

I recently stayed here and wanted to share my experience, highlighting both the positives and the challenges I encountered. Positives - The complimentary transfer from Ho Chi Minh was smooth and timely, a great service to offer. - The property is beautifully located and well-maintained. - My room was the perfect size and provided a much-needed retreat after a long day. We stayed in a sea-view tower room with the all-inclusive option. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the hotel was beautifully maintained. The concierge staff were very helpful in assisting us with travel arrangements. The beach was amazing and the pool was great. The snacks in the Gaia pool bar were delicious, and the breakfast buffet in the Sasa was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay, but we had a few niggles. I installed the Melia app but it didn't work for booking restaurants etc, since it couldn't find our room booking. It just said "An unexpected error occurred" every time I tried. Apparently there are two reference numbers associated with a booking but neither of them worked for us. The information on the app/website was hard to navigate and was sometimes incorrect or out of date. For example the Sasa restaurant opening hours were wrong. Sometimes there were special offers on food but there was no indication whether they were included in the AI package. It was irritating that the AI didn't include the small bottles of wine in the minibar - a bit stingy! Service in the Breeza bar was sometimes very slow. We ate once in the Muoi and although we like Vietnamese food we were unimpressed. The food in the Breeza was good but we struggled to find very many dishes that we fancied on the a la carte menu. The buffet dinners in the Sasa were good. So all in all a great hotel let down a bit by the food and lack of information.

Customer service standards here were noticeably poorer than similar hotels on Phu Quoc island. We didn't get a nice welcome at breakfast - just a shrug really - nobody asked if we wanted coffee. Three days in a row. To be honest, staff at breakfast seem to try and avoid eye contact with guests (in case they might ask them for something, I guess!) I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Go to Phu Quoc where the sheer number of hotels drives up customer service standards. The restaurants and bars in this resort are also overpriced.

The hotel is stunning, the location views are great. The staff are so friendly. I just felt there is a huge lack to do around the hotel. The hotels beside it are either not opened yet or closed. Can’t really go far and they didn’t have a great selection of excursions. It’s great for a few days if you want to relax, it’s very expensive for Vietnam for drinks and food but is probably similar price to uk. We visited for a week and by day 4/5 we were a bit fed up of the same restaurants. Also felt it lacked entertainment at night or even during the day

Highly recommend if you want to relax. The resort is perfect, very modern, lots of landscaping. The staff and welcoming and the restaurants good. There is a complex nearby with a few restaurants but after from that not much else around. The area is being developed so not doubt it will change in a year or two. We enjoyed our stay and would come back, super place to chill after the buzz of Ho Chi Minh

It's a hidden gem. A bit of a drive from the airport, but a beautiful resort on the beach and the staff is very nice and helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villa with a private pool. Dinner was good & the staff at the restaurant was amazing. Brunch was also a plus. I would return two this hotel.

Very nice property and a nice beach, but in a remote location in Ho Tram. You are committed to the resort while here as there is nothing else nearby. If you want a nice resort stay, this is it, but if you want local culture, you won’t find it around here…

너무 좋아요! 단 3박 이상은 해야 여유롭게 즐길 수 있을 것 같아요. 3박 했는데 더 머물러도 좋을 뻔 했어요. 단점은 주변에 먹을 곳이 너무 없다는 것과 호치민에서 왕복 하기엔 쉽지 않다는 것 뿐이에요.

6 nights 1 bedroom level private pool, the resort itself is beautiful, the meals are very good but too repetitive over 6 nights, we chose all inclusive which we felt didn’t end up good value for us so soon regretted that decision. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the private pool was lovely and a highlight, but could have been a bit cleaner. The room itself was clean. Staff were excellent and super helpful. Melia Ho Tram is proud to be one of the top ten resorts in Vietnam. We read many positive reviews about the resort and so we chose to stay for 4 nights. However, we were quite disappointed with the standard as a five star resort. We did not enjoy our stay as we wished! The front counter service at the breakfast restaurant was not very welcoming. After we gave our feedback to staff at reception, the following days we were offered seating at The Level area. To us, this was unnecessary. On our second night, we had dinner at Muoi restaurant. We ordered three dishes, of which two dishes were not warm enough. We talked to the manager and the dishes were brought back to the kitchen and replaced, yet the temperature was still not right. Our excitement for dinner was diminished. To compensate our disappointment, the manager offered us a bowl of noodle and a dish of honey roasted pork ribs, which this time the temperature was right. Although we were not charged for the meal as a "compensation", our dining was ruined! As a five star restaurant and it is pricey, the food should be served at the right standard from the beginning. One day before we checked out, we found out by chance at reception that we could get 10% discount if we used HSBC card to pay for our meals at the restaurants. We were not advised about this at check in or at the restaurants. All we got was an apology and this matter will be brought to management to train staff properly! Melia, it's disappointing!!!

Food is good - both Breeza and Muoi were excellent - we only used the buffet (SaSa) for breakfast - and that was good. Note the resort gets busy at the weekend- so book your dining for Friday and Saturday nights. Staff are all polite and friendly. Although the resort is spread out -you can ask for transport around using the golf buggies!

Dining options were limited and quite overpriced. Outside the resort, you can find excellent local food for a third of the price. For the cost charged, the food definitely needs improvement. Breakfast in particular could be much better: no mushrooms, hash browns, or cream cheese, and an excess of pork. A halal corner would also have been greatly appreciated.

The front desk/ manager was delightful, our room was on 17th floor ocean view, absolutely beautiful! 24hr gym is downstairs as well as breakfast buffet. Breakfast was spectacular, highly recommend. They even offer honeycomb honey :) the beach was a walk away. Free shuttle bus from hcmc to & from which makes travelling to Melia very easy. Will come back :))

We stayed in a sea-view tower room with the all-inclusive option. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the hotel was beautifully maintained. The concierge staff were very helpful in assisting us with travel arrangements. The beach was amazing and the pool was great. The snacks in the Gaia pool bar were delicious, and the breakfast buffet in the Sasa was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay, but we had a few niggles. I installed the Melia app but it didn't work for booking restaurants etc, since it couldn't find our room booking. It just said "An unexpected error occurred" every time I tried. Apparently there are two reference numbers associated with a booking but neither of them worked for us. The information on the app/website was hard to navigate and was sometimes incorrect or out of date. For example the Sasa restaurant opening hours were wrong. Sometimes there were special offers on food but there was no indication whether they were included in the AI package. It was irritating that the AI didn't include the small bottles of wine in the minibar - a bit stingy! Service in the Breeza bar was sometimes very slow. We ate once in the Muoi and although we like Vietnamese food we were unimpressed. The food in the Breeza was good but we struggled to find very many dishes that we fancied on the a la carte menu. The buffet dinners in the Sasa were good. So all in all a great hotel let down a bit by the food and lack of information.

The breakfast was not free we paid all inclusive, but I found most off hot things was cold for Western food. Hotel was very clean, Staff always smiling right there to help also if you had a problem they would try to fix it. We really enjoyed our stay

6 nights 1 bedroom level private pool, the resort itself is beautiful, the meals are very good but too repetitive over 6 nights, we chose all inclusive which we felt didn’t end up good value for us so soon regretted that decision. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the private pool was lovely and a highlight, but could have been a bit cleaner. The room itself was clean. Staff were excellent and super helpful. There isn’t anything to do outside the property and it is quite far from anything. Overall it was a nice place to stay but not really great value for money.

Huynh at the front desk of Level was helpful and very knowledgeable about the property. She was right about my room having a great view. I almost changed room base on their rendering on the map. She kept reassuring me that the view is very good. I'm glad i didn't change room, end up with a great stay. Good to see someone (Huynh) who knows the product they are selling.
