Nous sommes placés directement en face des pyramides. Le restaurant de l'hotem est situé sur le toit et nous avons pu admirer le spectacle son et lumières en soiree. Bon service en général.

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel direkt gegenüber dem Eingang zur Sphinx und den Pyramiden. Für den Preis auch sauber. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch. Schon alleine dafür ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Teuer ist der Flughafentransfer mit US$30. Auch Touren die man im Hotel bucht sind relativ teuer. Aber man kommt gut und sicher an. Leider meint es das - sehr junge - Personal auf der Dachterrasse zu gut. Ständig wird man gefragt, ob man noch etwas will, Mineralwasser gebracht ohne Bestellung (man muss sie aber bezahlen). Noch während man isst, wird man gebeten einen Google Review zu hinterlassen. Sagt man "jetzt nicht", wird man in 5 Minuten wieder gefragt :) Das hört sich aber schlimmer an als es ist. Wie gesagt, insgesamt war auch das ok. Katastrophal hingegen ist die Gegend um das Hotel. Abzocker und nervtötende Händler überall sobald man auch nur einen Fuss aus dem Hotel macht, wird man angemacht. Die 50 Meter zum Eingang zur Sphinx kann man als Spiessrutenlauf bezeichnen. Das Hotel kann da aber nichts dafür. Wer Nähe an den Pyramiden und Sphinx sein möchte, und abends den königlichen Blick genießen, ist hier richtig.

We had a very pleasant stay. They provided airport pickup for 25 USD (it’s way more expensive than a Uber but it’s worth it if it’s your first time) We arrived very early (before check in time) and they gave us access to a temporary room to shower and get ready for the day. Our room was good, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the hotel terrace has the best view of the pyramids. The food was really good too and at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Great view of the pyramid light and sound show.

You’ll get the best view of the Pyramids from this place. It’s literally right across the street. Excellent stone work inside. Also has an upper deck for eating & observation which is really great. The mattresses are extra firm. Not my preference but the room a/c will freeze you out. Breakfast is included. Not your average western omelette but it’s filling. You Love the view. Very nice view of the pyramids and free light and sound show at night from the rooftop. Very friendly staffs and helpful. Rooms are smaller but alright. Location is just right by the entrance to the pyramids.

The hotel has a great sight of the pyramids. The rooms were not that great, but if you value the price spent are great. The laundry service was excellent, the breakfast was passable, do not exepect a selection of sweets. The people that addent the hotel were always concerned if everything was good and available.The restaurant can be better, but you can Eat different things good selection.

Personnel sympathique. Vue de la chambre et du restaurant formidable. Un accès au complexe de Gyseh est tout proche. La vue sur le son et lumière est intéressante, on comprend que ça ne mérite pas d’acheter un billet (il est vraiment pauvre, allez voir celui d’Abu Simbel plutôt)

Very good place to stay for one night, The hotel manager upgraded my room to the best view room, which I can see three pyramids from our window. They charged reasonable price for the dinner where we sit on the rooftop for viewing the lights and sound show. The breakfast was perfect in my opinion.

If you want to stay at a hotel in Giza across from the Pyramids with the best view in town this is it. We chose the hotel because of the reviews and we made an excellent choice. The rooms look just like the photos on the website and the terrace bar overlooks the pyramids with a nice selection of drinks and inexpensive well prepared meals. The hotel and bar staff are really friendly and helpful, we booked all our day tours at the front desk after arriving. Our guide Abdul and driver Farid were excellent and really took very good care of us, we cannot say enough good things about them and the entire hotel staff from the cleaners to the owner. We highly recommend the Sahara Pyramids Inn and we would stay here again. You can also arrange to be safely picked up and dropped off at the Cairo airport thru the hotel reception. Another bonus you get free front row seats to the pyramid light show from the hotel terrace bar! The view of the pyramids and the Sphinx from the terrace bar having breakfast or drinks in the evening is simply breathtaking. Best things about this property include the view of the pyramids and staff. Very lovely boys that work here... One of them helped us change the room because first one had too much hair on the sheets and covers, I couldn't relax.

L’hôtel manque cruellement de maintenance. Les chambres sont spartiates tout en étant fonctionnelles. Si vous voulez que votre chambre soit nettoyée et les serviettes changées, il faut chaque jour aller à l’accueil leur laisser la clés de votre chambre sinon rien ne sera fait. Idem pour l’eau mise à disposition dans la chambre. Si vous n’avez pas laissé votre clés, vous n’en aurez pas. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultant. Les chambres ne donnent pas sur les pyramides contrairement aux photos exposées. Les terrasses ne sont pas celles présentées sur les photos même si la vue reste exceptionnelle. Le restaurant ouvre rarement à l’heure, pas très cool lorsque vous devez partir en excursion. Nous n’y avons été qu’une seule fois. Nous n’avons rien trouvé à notre goût, peu de choix et peu de quantité. Nous avons préféré prendre notre petit déjeuné au RoofTop 7000 qui est sur le toit de l’hôtel voisin (8€ en buffet). D’ailleurs ce restaurant est très bon, il fonctionne en service continu je le recommande fortement surtout si vous ne savez pas ou manger. Peu onéreux, vue à couper le souffle avec le fameux « I love Egypt ». Dans notre hôtel, niveau nourriture nous avons commandé 2 fois, c’est mangeable mais si vous avez la possibilité d’aller ailleurs c’est mieux. Néanmoins le personnel est au petit soin, parfois un peu intrusif mais c’est culturel.

Staff tried to convince us to pay $80US each to tour the Pyramids across the road, they also wanted to charge us $1000 pounds each to sit on the rooftop for the sound and light show even though we were not ordering food. Felt like we were being scammed by the staff inside the hotel more than by the people on the street. Breakfast was inedible, old meat and cheese half covered in filthy cling wrap with flies on it. Oranges were literally mouldy. We were too afraid to eat there after seeing the breakfast on the first morning of our stay. Thank god Rooftop 7000 is next door for safe and clean food and a superior view. We were counting the days until checkout.

The staff is awesome. They are respectful, pleasant, hardworking and willing. The property is a death trap, a fire hazard. There are hardly any windows, small tight passageways/corridors, lots of stairs to rooftop restaurant, exposed electrical wiring, even in the shower. No fire extinguishers or sprinkler system in sight. Most rooms have no windows. Our room has a small, tight smelly bathroom, a broken bed, nonstop running water in toilet, no way to turn off a few lights...either sleep with all lights on or in total darkness in a room with no windows. Beware of tour guides, even some hotel staff. Big scams, total shake down for all your money once you decide to hire one of them. Hawkers of all ages, grown men, women and young boys would not leave your side if you walk around the neighbourhood...they are like flies. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this property. On the positive side, it's the proximity to the pyramids and the staff at this property is hardworking, respectful and extremely pleasant.

I actually booked a room with a view but we have got a room at the fifth floor with a view on a balcony.The blankets in the room were dirty and have not been changed before arrival. The curtain fall down when the staff wanted to open it. The bathroom looked like under construction. The room has not been cleaned the second day, they didn't care. The staff was behaving quite apatic. The only positive at this hotel is the magnificent view at the pyramids from the terrace and sound&light show for free. All by all a big schok after stay in Kempinski hotel in Caïro where the service is above expectations. I don't recommend this hotel.

Only the view is amazing from the rooftop. Besides this everything was awful. The room was smelly and did not have a window at all. There was full of mold everywhere, see pics attached. The breakfast is varied but all cold and coffee is the worst ever. The AC did not work on warm temp and at night it was cold. The guy from the reception offered us a tour to visit pyramids with $55 per person very expensive but then we booked it ourselves from the entrance only $15

La verdad todo estuvo excelente, el servicio en el hotel es increible, nos gestionaron la entrada a las pirámides con nuestro guia Ibrahim, excelente y el paseo por el nilo con cena y show, acompañados de Acmed, nos hicieron sentir seguros en el lugar. Todos muy amable y nos atendieron como reyes. Mi unica queja es que las sabanas estaban un poco sucias, solo deben mejorar esta parte.

It’s hard to write this, because the staff were very helpful and welcoming and they are what makes this inn a success. We just feel catfished by the photos of the rooms. We booked a deluxe twin room and all the photos showed that it had both a window AND a view of the pyramids. We had no windows in the room at all. The floor space is so small that going to the toilet at night was dangerous. The en-suite was so small, you can’t get up from the toilet properly without bashing the sink. The shower was hot which was good but nowhere to put the towel and water just went everywhere. Someone was right when they said it’s a transit location. We’d booked 2 nights and I wish we hadn’t. The food is good enough to not need to go out. The breakfast isn’t great. But after all of this, the staff were incredible. I can’t fault them at all. It’s the facility itself. It’s our fault, you get what you pay for and we went cheap.

I booked two pyramid view rooms paid extra for it then when we arrive on eof the rooms the ac wasn't working and plumbing issues in the bathroom they took is into a second room that had literally no window the only window was on the hallway of the hotel and when i am checking out i figure out that my first room somehow the ac is working and room someone else is staying in it and everything is surprisingly working.very unprofessional staff and service and wouldn't recommend it again.

It's a cheap price hotel but it is right in front of the pyramids! GREAT breakfast, GREAT view from the roof top and GREAT staff! Hard pillow and small bathroom but for the price.... A+ I had a mix up with my returning flight so I returned back to the Sahara Pyramids and stay another 5 nights. I'm going back in 10 months!

Awesome location, but terribly noisy. Rooms and bathrooms are tiny.

The room was so small it was ridiculous. Barley enough room for our bags. Bathroom was even smaller. Plus side, staff was excellent! The pyramids were across the street so we were not in the room much. Good price, good view, good staff, bad rooms.

Staff lovely. Good value for money. Amazing view from roof top over pyramids. Giza is quite run down or rather typical for egypt. Hotel lovely spot to hang out. Food drink reasonable.

ピラミッドの目の前のホテルで立地は最高！空港からタクシーで来ましたがそれでも1,000円程度でした。チェックイン後には、ウエルカムドリンクが付いておりピラミッドを見ながらゆっくりと過ごせました。 メインのピラミッドも目の前にあるので、すぐに観光に出かけられる&部屋や屋上からもいつでもピラミッドが見れて最高です。エジプトのホテルも何ヶ所か泊まりましたが、その中でもホスピタリティに溢れる良いホテルでした。１点、最上階の部屋に泊まっていましたがWi-Fiが弱かったかな。まぁSIMカード買っていたので問題なし、

Stayed here for 5 nights October 2025. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, room was clean and the price was very budget friendly. The room was exactly what i needed since most of the days i was out and about enjoying the area. The view from the rooftop lounge of the Pyramids is absolutely insane and worth the visit to the lounge or to stay at the hotel. I spent almost every evening up there to enjoy the view before bed. Will stay there next time im in Giza.

Location was absolutely fantastic, right in front of the pyramids. The terrace and reception areas are nice, but our room was a bit grittier than anticipated. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall I'm happy for what we paid.

Rigtig god service og gode ansatte på hotellet. Det giver en rigtig god oplevelse. Maden er ok, men 50% af menuen var altid udsolgt. Mejeri produkter serveres ved stuetemperatur, hvilket er et kæmpe minus. Senge var ok, badeværelset kunne godt trænge til en opfrisker. Dog er stedet rigtig god value for money. Fantastisk udsigt og godt personale, så du virkelig føler dig hjemme.
