Hotel is ok. They shut off AC for the winter season even though it was still warm, 76F/24C. Inside of the room was also reading 24C and getting warmer. I called maintenance, they said they switched to heating only now then brought a fan to use. When we requested to move to another hotel, manager approved to switch to AC for whole floor.

We chose this hotel since it looked like it had a good gym, based on the pictures. Well, it did not disappoint as the gym was one of the best hotel gyms we've experienced. But other aspects of the hotel were also great. The room, the included breakfast, and the staff were all wonderful. They really care about you and bend over backwards to make you happy.

The only complaints I have is the wifi too slow, the balcony is small, and the noise. I can hear from the outside and the inside from my city view room. Probably the worst noise hotel stayed in.
