Perfect location near pyramids. Quite no street noise! Breakfast was unique with odd offering such as French fries and pickles. Staff very attentive and friendly. Helped with airport pick up/drop off. Small gas station near by and if you are brave shops and restaurants down the road. Overall perfect for our needs. Older building with many parts under construction but there was no construction noise to bother us. Would totally stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the facility needs work. First of all, the beautiful picture of the swimming pool on the hotel.com posting is instead an empty hazard. They have another pool in the back which is indoors and therefore somewhat cold, but It is only open till 7:00 p.m. so when you come back hot and exhausted from a long day of sightseeing in the sun, you have a limited access to the pool. Our room was in a new part of the hotel. We arrived around midnight but we couldn't immediately take a shower and go to bed because the drain stopper in the shower was stuck in the closed position. The man on duty came and fixed it. On the front door to our room, the strike plate for the door lock was defectively installed so that every time we came or went from the room we had to spend a couple of minutes getting it into position so we could lock the door. They did not fix this during our stay. And the last night of our stay, the electricity to that new section of the hotel was out and they had to move us into a different room. On the positive side, our original room was very quiet, but the room they moved us into was not and we were overwhelmed by the call to prayer at all hours of the night and morning. It seemed like they had all the parts to put together a good hotel, but they just didn't assemble it well. The breakfast buffet was rather limited, there as no cereal. Good helpful people doing the best they could with the facility that was lacking.

1. This property listing is a bit deceiving because you see a swimming pool in the picture, but in fact it's not clean and not available for swimming. Instead they provide a pool at some nearby hotel where you need to walk. We did not bother to use it if it is not right at the hotel property. 2. Breakfast was very poor on average. Fresh omelette was good, served tables two out of three times did not look fresh. Salads were dark or unfresh, fruits green and unripe. Everything was kind of checked and provided, but leaving us with an impression of not appetizing and nothing to eat. Many dishes stayed wrapped in plastic and none opened because food didn't look appetizing. 4. Internet worked poorly, we ended up using our cellphone data all the time. 5. Our window was facing window of another room ( we booked a "pool view") so by no means ever we were able to open a curtains in the room. This hotel is not walking distance from the pyramids

The hotel is in a great location near the pyramids although the area is run down for such a big tourist destination. The staff are friendly and will help with anything if needed. The hotel shows a pool when you book and states in the description that there is a pool but it is not in use. The breakfast buffet is nice but just ok compared to other hotels. The airport shuttle can be used one way only, not both. The hotel is ok but the description they give when booking is not 100 percent accurate
