Upon arriving the front desk staff was Very welcoming and our check in went smooth. Upon our stay they had the shuttle service available to take us to the places we desired to go. OVERALL our stay was Excellent all the way around. I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. I will definitely be back.

Really great hotel, with good facilities including a nice gym and pool. Decent bar and food offerings. Really close to a whole bunch of restaurants and food options too. A great place in the BWI region.

Very clean property with a nice mall and many restaurants about a 5 minute drive away. They had hearing accessable rooms available, with door bells.

I loved the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. The lobby area was beautifully decorated and inviting. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle services for my group to the local mall. It was overall a great stay, and I will be back!

I stayed at the Cambria for 6 nights. They thoughtfully put me on the fourth floor, at the end of the hall, away from any foot traffic noise. The rooms are very well designed. I had a king room, which had a separate desk area with an office chair. In-room Keurig, microwave and fridge. Bathroom was well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping is available on a request basis only. The gym has a couple treadmills, some freeweights, and some machines. It's relatively spacious for a hotel gym and equipment was newer and met my needs (I didn't use the pool, but I read it is saltwater which is better than chlorine). The main downside to this property is the Wi-Fi. I kept losing my connection and the login was finicky. Video conferences were difficult (I could stream incoming, but not my outgoing video). Others have complained about the Wi-Fi in reviews, so I'd hope they're going to work on it. Unfortunately, as a business traveler, not having fast, reliable Wi-Fi is a deal breaker for me. It's a nice property with a lot going for it; I'd stay there again if I wasn't on business where reliable internet was a necessity.

This was a really nice, modern hotel. We were only there for one night and got there later and left early so didn’t really get to use the amenities. Really nice outdoor patio space and was very convenient to have a bar onsite. The rooms are very spacious and the beds were comfortable. There is a Wawa literally next door which was so convenient! We had to leave before breakfast started in the morning, so it was great to just be able to grab Wawa before hitting the road. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Nice, clean hotel with good service. Great hotel gym, good size rooms with a small refregirator and microwave. The hotel is next to CVS, WAWA, and BWI for convenience. We would stay here again!

Big sticky spot found under not table. Wad a paper found behind waste can. Floor was not clean. Hair in sink.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. The check in went smoothly and the room was better than what we saw online. The room was spotless with the bed being extra comfy. We definitely will be visiting again and for longer than one night.

We booked this room based on the reviews which were all pretty good. To our surprise we were met with ants in room 333. The hotel staff gave us Raid “ant killer” which helped. They also offered to move us to another room which we eventually did. The room was nice and clean besides the ants. One thing that was annoying was the noise. The person above us on the fourth floor was extremely noisy. When they walked it sounded like they were stomping. On the second morning we had enough and asked to be moved to a room on the fourth floor, because this is how we woke up both mornings (due to their stomping/moving). Once moved to room 420 we were greeted with more ants. Good thing we took the Raid with us when we moved. There was food left under the bed and that’s what attracted the ants in this room. We could also hear people talking in the halls and the doors closing. Rooms are not soundproofed well. The hotel is in a good location that’s close to the airport. Restaurants are nearby and a casino is close. There’s also a WAWA (gas station) and CVS pharmacy in the same parking lot as the hotel, so if you need anything you can just walk over. This would have been the perfect hotel if it weren’t for the issues I mentioned. The staff we encountered were all nice and inviting and did their best to make the situation better. The room was not clean and there was trash left in the room from the previous guest, food was left in the room and it smelled, they cleaned the room the day before we left

From a simple late night check in to any time before noon to depart, very pleasant stay! I really enjoyed the designs on the walls, room was spotless, many different lighting options in room was great! Staff were nice! I could certainly see myself returning!

I always have a pretty great experience here. My first night (this visit) my room had ants. When I communicated that to the front desk they immediately switched my room and it was great. I really appreciated that.

Extra blanket was dirty had to call down for one and then waited 30 minutes for it. Not a smart tv; Bluetooth mirror didn’t work. Everything else incredible

The bar is nice, and the rooms are clean. The rooms on top need more insulation- it was very noisy in the room above. I will stay on the top floor next time.

Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Gorgeous lobby, halls, elevators. The room was perfect, everything in great working order and very clean. We loved the huge, fluffy towels and the lounge sofa in the room. The old-fashion airplane decor is charming and unique. Splendidly comfortable. Several tall mirrors came in clutch as we were dressing up for the Crownsville Renaissance Festival in the morning. Only detracting issue has to be the noise factor: the floors seem thin, we could hear the people above us all night long, sounded like stomping around, thumping and jumping jacks. Kept assuming they would settle down, but no. I finally reported it at 4am, long after the window for good sleep had passed. An unfortunate component to an otherwise wonderful stay.

This was my first time at a Cambria hotel. The room set up was unique and felt special. The bed was comfortable and there were plugs and lights exactly where I wanted them. I appreciated that there was a good size fridge in my room and a Wawa in the parking lot so I could pick up some supplies to keep on hand. My only issue was with check-in. There was a long line of people when I arrived early on a Friday afternoon and just one person slowly checking them in. It was probably a 15-20 minute wait.My only other issue was very bright parking lot lights that my bed directly faced and no black out curtains to block that out at night. It was a fun touch having the bed oriented to face the windows, but better curtains would be appreciated. I would stay here again but would maybe ask for a higher floor or another side of the property!

I really liked this property. I enjoyed the location. It is close to food, shopping, and the highway. I also liked the decor and the layout of the room. The only thing that I was not happy about was the fact that I could hear the people walking around above me. Maybe it is because they have hardwood floors which I do appreciate, however this was not acceptable considering the people above me were walking around heavily at 2am.

Our upstairs neighbors were very loud. The TVs don’t have Netflix or any apps only local cable and you cannot screen mirror any apps from your device. Everything else was very nice, especially the convenience of nearby restaurants and the airport.

Rooms are very noisy, could hear the guy next door snoring, tvs, people upstairs. Very poor sound insulation spoils a nice hotel. Will not return.

Room was clean but the bed was very very soft. It was a bit uncomfortable so I didn’t sleep well.

Excellent staff, relatively quiet, easy to get to, great location. Rooms are not huge, but very well done. The price is not cheap but fair. The two items that I don't like are the barn door on the bathroom, and the desk chair does not have rollers on it. Small thing,s but still irritating.

From the moment I checked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff are helpful and friendly, from David, Constanza and Astrid at the front desk to the restaurant/bar staff to the housekeeping staff, they all made my stay so stress-free and relaxing. I am a cleanliness fanatic and found the rooms and property to be well maintained. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

My stay was very pleasant. I called ahead with a few questions and the young lady was very informative and patient with my inquiries. Upon arrival I was welcomed in to warm smiles and the front desk clerk went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my room. She literally escorted me to assure satisfaction. I love the text communication option and the attentiveness to needs requested. Overall this has been the best experience I’ve had during travel in a very long time and I highly recommend this location! Breakfast was fresh and very tasty and they were very accommodating with my exit needs. I plan to return with my family.

Greeters at the desk, were very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and clean. Only spent one night but because of this one I will check out other Cambrias.

The property was great but the staff was not. I couldn’t check in until after 3:30 after being told that my room would be ready around 1 or 1:30 several times. When will people just learn to just tell the truth and accept the consequences

Stay Was Great!!! Only Issue I Had, Was That I Asked For My Room To Be Serviced And It Wasn't!!!!

The check in was not really inviting, the customer service from the front desk wasn’t good . Despite being very pleasant we were looked at as if we wanted to start trouble . The lady who checked us in was nice, but the coworker kept looking my significant other and I up and down. The rooms are old but look like they are trying to maintain an “upscale” look . The room wasn’t all that clean , hair was on the bed and the bathroom floor. We were on the second floor and heard people over us arguing . My boyfriend went to go get food and was accused of not being a guest and the guy wasn’t even polite about it . He accused him and didn’t apologize or anything . Long story short we wont be staying here again . I understand everywhere is short staffed and people are a little frazzled but still if you have a job to do then do it .

I’ve stayed at this hotel about 10 times and this is the first time and last time I will ever stay at this location, to ask to speak with a manager for 2 days and yet be told lie after lie is dishonesty to be told no manager works on the weekend we don’t know when he comes in we can’t communicate with him on his days off we call as needed is an absolute disgrace for a company to have standards and yet this is what’s going on at this location is a blank General Manager of this hotel/location to never follow up with a phone call conversation or meeting is a blank. I will NEVER stay at this location again which is also a risk not to have anyone in management work in the evening or the weekend.

Great place! It was a little farther from the Baltimore convention Center than we would have liked, but it was a great hotel. Very clean.

The property was really nice and clean. They ambiance was a vibe in itself. Its close to shopping and casions, but the BEST perj is there's WAWA directly in front of it! That was heaven on earth for me!

A good location with easy access to DC, Baltimore & Annapolis. Good dining and shopping options nearby via the free shuttle.

The hotel is a perfect stay for a staycation, everything about it was relaxing and enjoyable. The staff is friendly and, check in was a breeze. It’s located in a great area, lots of entertainment and shopping available. I highly recommend this hotel, and the price was very reasonable.

First time staying at a Cambria Hotel. I spent the weekend visiting the Baltimore area with my 3 kids and the hotel location and property were great. Staff is prompt and friendly. Anything I had a question for or had to bug them for, I was greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. Literally everyone was willing to help. The food menu is small for both breakfast and dinner but there is literally something to accommodate any diet and it all tastes so fresh and delicious! My 10 year old is a very picky eater and she was able to find something on the menu each time we ate and absolutely enjoyed it! So great job on the menu options! The property is immaculate. I love the boutique feel of the property. And every single area we went to was clean. There’s an onsite indoor pool that we got to enjoy. As well as an enclosed patio that looks out on to the pool. We had a corner room which was unusually spacious - another plus! And the amenities were great! I love the personal touches throughout the building. And that there’s public laundry available (for a small fee). The property location is so convenient to the highway, CVS, Wawa, a walking trail and so much more. I will be visiting Baltimore again in a few weeks and look forward to staying here again.

We didn’t have much time to enjoy the hotel but it suited our needs very well. Everything was clean and tidy, the lobby was beautiful, decor was fun. There was a bar in the lobby as well as a quick service snack/food area and an option for room service. There is a drugstore and a gas station located right in front of the hotel and several restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Everything was good from checking in to checking out. The beds were super comfortable. Across the street from a little shopping center. My wife and I had breakfast at the hotel which was nice and tasty. No complaints.
