Indigo is mostly a nice hotel. It cannot receive 5 stars though, because they have these utterly useless and annoying sliding glassdoors to the bathroom. No one wants a door to the toilet that does nothing for sound or smell and hardly anything for sight. Please just give me a proper door! Also, the pillows are very stiff. Other than that, I like the hotel a lot. The service is really good, breakfast is extremely well laid out and the decor is decent. Right next door to the arena. Oh, if you are going by car, park at the East Side Mall for 14 €/day rather than the parking garage around the corner for 28 €/day.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, just 15 minutes from most sightseeing spots in downtown Berlin. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is next to the Uber Arena, which can sometimes be quite noisy. It features a great rooftop bar with good drinks. The breakfast buffet is large but expensive. The staff are very nice, and the room and bathroom are clean, with a comfortable bed and sofa.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the roof bar. However one thing was that it should always be available to hotel guests. On our last evening it was closed for a private event - we think that that is wrong as it is described as a hotel amenity. There should be a dedicated area for hotel guests.

Lovely hotel very close to the Uber arena and music hall. Lovely, helpful staff and excellent breakfast options. It's a shame the rooftop isn't open on Sundays , especially in nice weather, so we didn't get to experience this. I also think it would be nice to have 2x of each complimentary drink if 2 people have booked the room? Would strongly recommend this hotel still!

This was a beautiful hotel with really friendly staff. The location was great, right across the street from East Side Gallery and near S- and U-bahn lines. This area is touristy during the day but not like Mitte... it is closer to more residential neighborhoods that have great food and shops. Lots of good restaurants, some grocery stores, and bakeries nearby. The hotel restaurant was not open during our stay but the rooftop bar was very cool, drinks were expensive but view was nice with lots of comfortable seating.

Auch wenn wir vor 15.00 Uhr noch nicht einchecken konnten weil wir eher da waren durften wir zumindest unsere Taschen schon mal da lassen .super Service .Zimmer war sauber.In der näher von der uber Arena. Nach Veranstaltung dort Hotel zu Fuss erreichbar.Hotelbar top auch wenn die Getränke dort zwar etwas teuer waren aber dafür Ambiente super und die Bar hat allerlei zu bieten und dafür ist es allemal wert. Komme bestimmt wieder wenn ich mal wieder in der Nähe bin

Insgesamt ein sehr modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen. Die Lage ist super und man hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Leider hatte mein Zimmer schon einiges hinter sich. Die Wände waren teilweise etwas beschädigt durch Kratzer, wahrscheinlich weil jemand mit seinem Koffer lang geschrubbt ist. Der Boden im Badezimmer war etwas staubig. Insgesamt aber trotzdem sehr sauber.

La stanza dotata di tutti i comfort ed estremamente silenziosa. Colazione superlativa, come difficilmente si trova: ampia scelta, soprattutto di salato, con prodotti freschi di qualità.

Es ist ein tolles Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad waren absolut sauber, Spiegel geputzt und auch sehr kritische Flächen um den Fernseher waren tip top sauber. Check in und Check out liefen problemlos. Früstücksbuffett war genauso gigantisch wie das Personal am Sonntag Morgen. Vielen Dank, da werden wir sicherlich noch einmal übernachten.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Lovely, clean room. The quietness in the rooms was extraordinary. Even though we stayed on the first floor, we heard absolutely nothing from the loud street right below us. And I couldn’t even tell if there was any other guests staying at the hotel. That’s how well isolated the rooms are. Will definitely stay here again.

Nytt og stort rom med utsikt over elva. Bra beliggenhet for å komme seg rundt i byen på og lett å komme seg til og fra flplassen. Sen frokost med greit utvalg og en rooftop bar. Selv om rommet vendte mot konsertarenaen, hørtes det ikke på rommet.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel in praktischer Lage. Ruhige, komfortable Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Einzige Minuspunkte: Housekeeping lüftet bei 5 Grad Celsius und lässt dann den ganzen Tag das Fenster offen. Auch die Minibar wurde nicht wie an der Rezeption angekündigt aufgefüllt.

The only complaint I have about this place was the weird small duvets they give you. Way too small. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Imagine opening your window and seeing the Berlin Wall! Billy, a member of the staff, was amazingly friendly and helpful, and he went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again...although I might bring my own comforter.

The hotel is relatively new, neat and the staff very friendly. Nice view on the River and wall from some rooms. A bit disappointing that the windows can’t open much. The breakfast is OK. Nice to walk to the wal. the rest of the closest area is the commercial Mercedes’ Benz area, which is actually useful as there’s a mall and a luxury movie theater + many restaurants.

Vores værelser var fine. Og indtjekning gik helt fint. Vi havde dog trykke enkelt senge, men fik besked på jotellet at dette ikke forefindes. Madrassen på det ene værelse var virkelig dårlig i den ene side. Sikkerhedslåsen til døren faldt fra hinanden da vi skulle bruge den, og makeup spejlet tabte også skruer.. Så tænkte at der nok skulle ha været et tjek af disse ting inden man tog værelset i brug. Personalet var fantastiske. Så vi kommer gerne igen.

We stayed here six nights. Rooms were very quiet. Staff was gracious and accommodating. Lots of restaurants near the facility and walking distance to transit and shopping. Area is a bit touristy... lots of American brands. But it felt safe.

Trotz leuchten von "Bitte nicht stören" war der Zimmerservice im Zimmer. Ansonsten waren wir hier sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel ist direkt neben der Uber Arena, was für uns (da wir dort auf einem Konzert waren) sehr praktisch war. Auch die Mal war innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich.

Sehr schickes Zimmer, tolles Design. Frühstück mit 27€ schon teuer, aber sehr gut. Freundliches Team. Gute Lage, vor der Türe fährt der Bus 300, in 9 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am S Bahnof Warschauer Straße.

Sehr modernes, zentral gelegenes Hotel (dirket an der East Side Gallery). Fußläufig ist man schnell in Friedrichshain und Kreuzberg, Ost-Bahnhof ist nur 10 Min. entfernt und die Uber-Arena direkt um die Ecke.

This was a beautiful hotel with really friendly staff. The location was great, right across the street from East Side Gallery and near S- and U-bahn lines. This area is touristy during the day but not like Mitte... it is closer to more residential neighborhoods that have great food and shops. Lots of good restaurants, some grocery stores, and bakeries nearby. The hotel restaurant was not open during our stay but the rooftop bar was very cool, drinks were expensive but view was nice with lots of comfortable seating.

We went to a concert at the Uber Arena, this hotels location was amazing and convenient for our purposes. Walking distance to a mall, transportation by bus or train to most other areas around Berlin. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren so positiv überrascht, waren zu einem Konzert in der Uber Arena. Super easy geparkt in der Tiefgarage, netter Empfang, ein herrlich modernes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick und hervorragender Ausstattung - man fällt aus dem Hotel raus und ist umgeben von Restauraunt, um vor dem Konzert noch zu essen! Die Uber Arena ist in 1min fußläufig erreichbar. Aber dann kam noch das beste - das unglaublich frische und reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet am nächsten Morgen mit ganz netter, herzlicher Bedienung! Beim nächsten Konzert auf jeden Fall wieder ;)

Indigo is mostly a nice hotel. It cannot receive 5 stars though, because they have these utterly useless and annoying sliding glassdoors to the bathroom. No one wants a door to the toilet that does nothing for sound or smell and hardly anything for sight. Please just give me a proper door! Also, the pillows are very stiff. Other than that, I like the hotel a lot. The service is really good, breakfast is extremely well laid out and the decor is decent. Right next door to the arena. Oh, if you are going by car, park at the East Side Mall for 14 €/day rather than the parking garage around the corner for 28 €/day.

The hotel is next to the Uber Arena, which can sometimes be quite noisy. It features a great rooftop bar with good drinks. The breakfast buffet is large but expensive. We very much enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the roof bar. However one thing was that it should always be available to hotel guests. On our last evening it was closed for a private event - we think that that is wrong as it is described as a hotel amenity. There should be a dedicated area for hotel guests.
