Hotel is nice but be prepared for a lot of downtown traffic noise due to location - ambulance sirens woke us up by 7am on Sunday morning. The hotel has valet parking only which is fine but anticipate to wait quite a bit for your car if you’re getting it right at check out time on a weekend.

The "great"- Very clean and beds were super comfortable. Exercise room was great. Used the laundry. The \'could do better"- Roof top drinks and food closed even though it was advertised as open on all posters and tv. That was number one reason I booked so we could see Dallas lit up! boo. The only reason it\'s not excellent is no pool/spa.

The hotel was close to everything downtown, so that was nice. When we got to the hotel there was no directions on what to do for check-in. The doors are all locked and require a key. No one was at the front desk. We finally drove through to the valet and he gave us directions. The room was a typical hotel room, and had a mini-fridge, so that was really nice. There was something sticky on the carpet, which grossed us out. We took the "do not disturb" off of our door before heading out for the day, and no one ever came. Not a biggie because we only stayed a few days, but a longer stay, and it would've been an issue. All the staff was very friendly.

Stay was ok. Hotel is showing signs of aging. Room had a bit of a musty smell. At 6 AM the air conditioner decided to try to self destruct. Valet attendant was not very personable.

I am a Dallas resident, and decided to do a staycation on property for a night only. Upon arriving and checking in, the staff were super sweet. My fiancé and I decided to drop our bags off, and participate in our scheduled activities downtown. Around 10pm, due to us both having work the next morning, we decided to call it a night and return to our room. When we decided to shower, we discovered two dirty towels. One with what appeared to be a blood stain, and one that appeared to be a poop stain. Due to us being tired, we just used the same apparent clean towel to wash up, addressing the issue in the morning. Upon preparing to bed, we pulled back the comforter only to find a decent size brown crusty spot on the sheets. We unquestionably requested new sheets, the new sheets were brought and those pair was not the right size. We requested a new pair of sheets and those sheets were damp. Finally the last pair of sheets we requested was fine enough. Not to mention, we had to change all pairs of sheets ourselves. We ended up not going to bed until almost 2, dealing with that and it sucked. Great hotel, but for almost $200 for one night, we experienced a true inconvenience. After explaining my situation during checkout, all the manager could offer was a free garage parking… Extremely unsatisfied, questioning my next visit here..

Advertising is misleading. The “foldout couch” is too small for even 2 little kids. Who bought these small love seats??? Switch them for couches or change the ads.

I booked a corner room, but it only had windows on one side. then we noticed it had no tub and had to change rooms, and the dirt on the windows made it impossible to enjoy the view. Also, no breakfast, and they wanted to charge 5.75 for a cup of coffee. Oh and you had to use there valet service for 50 dollars. im not an experienced traveler but learned hard lessons.

We were in town for an event at the convention center, which is a very close walk. The room and lobby and bathroom was very clean and all the staff were kind. The only downside was the wifi didnt work well, to the point I called for assistance. That person was also very kind and patient and fixed the problem... but the fix only worked for 2 hours and i couldn't get it working again. Be aware that the area isn't great, there is a large homeless population. Most dining options are towards the AT&T center, which is a 0.4 mile walk away, but it is a little nerve wracking walking through there if you are solo. But the location is super convenient if you will be at the convention center. Would stay again if I was at an event. If visiting the city, maybe consider a different part of town.

The property itself is nice and the room was great. What we did not like was the parking and communication with front desk. When we 1st arrived we asked where the parking was at and the front desk lady said “idk, anywhere” so we parked 2 blocks down and paid for parking. When we saw they had a garage later on at night and i asked another front desk employee if that was parking for the hotel and she told me yes and told me how to get there BUT never said it was valet ONLY and it was $45 a night!!! So we moved our car out of a parking spot we had and paid to move it to the garage for no reason because we were not paying $45 a night so went all the way back and paid AGAIN to park where we were. It was ridiculous. We will not be staying here again because the lack of communication of their front desk and parking situation. I love Marriott but would not recommend this place!

The front desk service was extremely poor. I had already paid through the hotel's online payment platform, but he said he hadn't seen it and wanted me to pay again. I showed him my payment confirmation receipt, but he still wouldn't let me check in and was very impatient. We waited the manager coming then right away resolved it.

Front desk agent Anthony was beyond rude and unprofessional. I tried to call several times on the way to the hotel and he was curt, left me on hold several times, never came back on the line. I was calling to ask about parking and ADA issue due to a medical condition. When I arrived to check in, Anthony immediately had an aggressive and combative attitude because I asked for a supervisor. He questioned my wanting to speak to a supervisor and he told me there wasn't one and gave me a business card to call someone during the week. He told me he did not have to check me in because "his feelings were uncomfortable" and he was canceling my reservation. He even called police over and I did nothing wrong as a customer nor was I breaking any laws. I was stranded in town for the evening and my partner and I paid over $400 at the Omni because that's all we could book so last minute. They gave us great service and didn't yell at me or call police for trying to check in. I'll be posting Anthony's disgusting behavior on social media. Is this how Marriott trains their employees to treat guests these days?

Loved the hotel once I was inside. The staff is very friendly, the food was good and the rooftop bar is spectacular. I like a firm bed. It was SO comfortable. I needed a place convenient to Amtrak and it’s right across the street. I was able to walk to the JFK museum. Also lots of beautiful architecture around it.

Great location to Dealey Plaza. Friendly staff and nice room. We asked for food recommendations for lunch and was provided with a list full of options - we chose one within walking distance. Bathroom was nice and large with a step in shower instead of tub - nice!

Stay was excellent. The only complaint is the parking was expensive. Beware when driving a lot of one way streets and the area has a lot of homeless people. (To be clear not by the hotel but the downtown area where restaurants and shopping.) I would suggest anyone to stay at this hotel!

We decided to take the Amtrak from east Texas, to downtown Dallas. So glad we picked the courtyard. It was literally 500ft from the Amtrak, surrounded by museums, and tons of restaurants. The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly, especially Mrs. Eleise at the front desk. She is definitely a Gem.

The hotel was very clean and pretty. I liked the valet parking. Front desk staff could have been a little more friendly and welcoming. What I really didn’t like, was there was no complimentary breakfast. Hint, there’s a nice restaurant next door that serves breakfast specials from 6-10 am.

I was surprised to Jenni checked in and asked for a suite with a king sized bed that they have me the smallest room possible. At other Courtyard Marriott hotels that I’ve stayed at, they had more spacious rooms and the staff seemed pleasant and wanted to make the customer happy. Not at this one. Also there was very limited in hotel dining options, ie., coffee bar, snacks, restaurants although there was ample room to sit bc there were lots of tables and chairs. The valet guys were friendlier than the front desk staff.

Stay was great. I did not pay close enough attention to parking situation. Valet parking in garage was the only option if you are not able to find street parking. Cost is $45 a night. No free breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable
