We stayed on a Friday night and headed to the Wilbur chocolate store and Lancaster the next day. We loved the hot tub but wished the pool was heated. We loved the shuffleboard and pool table in the lobby. The beds were comfy with silky sheets and lots of pillows. The shower was amazing with shampoo conditioner and body wash in the wall dispensers. We didn’t eat at the breakfast buffet, since it wasn’t included in the hotel fee. It had a really nice musician vibe and my family liked it there for our first time and probably not our last.

We love this hotel. We visit Lancaster often and decide to always stay here. There is so much to do even when we get back. The pool is wonderful, using the pool table is also fun. The restaurant serves really great food and drink drinks.

This property was beautiful. I loved the unique musical style of the property. The property was very clean and the staff was so friendly. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was a hopping place in the evening. We enjoyed some delicious specialty drinks at the bar and yummy food from the Per Diem restaurant in the lobby. The kids enjoyed playing pool and shuffle board. We also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We can't wait to revisit this property.

Pillows a little hard - one elevator wasn’t working (maybe just wanted us to slow down). Those are our only complaints about this hotel. Wonderful staff! Asked for extra towels first day and next three days we received extra without asking. Easy commute to downtown Lititz. Quiet in room. Fun atmosphere in common area.

Beautiful property that's off the beaten path but close to downtown lititz for shopping and many dining options. Per Diem was great for dinner but during off season months they are only open 4-10pm. The pool is open from 6 am - 11 pm which I thought was great. Definitely worth checking out and we will be going back again !

The hotel was really cute but our room smelled horrible like weed. There was also a giant wet spot on the carpet. The front desk was super nice about switching us to a new room but probably wouldnt stay there again. Didnt really seem to be a family friendly place to stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Rock had a wonderful experience! The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The location was great for exploring Lititz, but it’s worth noting that it’s not walkable to the shopping and restaurant area . However, Uber and Lyft were available, making transportation convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Check in was a breeze and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel restaurant, Per Diem. The food was excellent and the staff was very pleasant. This was probably the cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in! We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Clean, Comfy, Quiet, had all the amenities we wanted, and we were able to feel at ease. Agree with other reviews that the bathroom door lacked privacy as there is a gap on both sides and the floor when it’s closed. Definitely would stay again.

Property was excellent. Lobby was very happening at night, full of parents from the local sports tournaments. Noise level in the rooms is only complaint. You can hear all of the footsteps in the hallway as well as above you. Blackout drapes were perfect. Fridge and microwave were helpful. I wish they had rollaway beds; I had to put my eight and ten year olds in bed together. I would stay again.

Hotel is rated high so I decided to do a 4 night rental. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Food and beverages were also good. Loved the wings! Room was fine but the AC really didnt get cold enough for our liking and made it a little rough trying to sleep. Beds were so so and crinkled a little bit. Pillows were doable. We had one night were it as a little tough to sleep since someone decided to serenade us down the hallway. Was almost ready to call the front desk to have them come up and escort the person outside so they could finish their singing out there. I am not looking to dissuade anyone from going. Its a great place to eat and enjoy. If you are a picky mattress person, you may not get the sleep you would normally get

Hip hotel. Very comfortable. Great bed and linens. Modern. Only downside was that the noise from the room upstairs was pronounced. Not much sound insulation between the floors. But I’d stay there again and hope for more quiet upstairs guests.

A very nice hotel with large, comfortable rooms. However, the bathroom door was a joke. The door slides and when closed there is a large gap, large enough that people can fully see into the bathroom! If you have privacy issues this is not the place for you. When I questioned the front desk about the door, I was told all rooms had the same door issue. Therefore, as nice as the room and facilities are, I would not stay there again.

The staff were very unfriendly. Every time I needed help, one of them had computer issues. I had to check out one day early due to personal issue at 2pm. They charge me the full amount since I was 2hr past check out time which is at 12. No empathy to my situation nor apologetic. Will use another hotel in the future.

The check in was not the best experience as the young lady at the desk ignored us for several minutes while she paged through a binder. She finally looked up and seemed as though we were an annoyance. We noticed she ignored the guests in front of us in the same manner. This was disappointing as we read quite the opposite was to be experienced per their website. Other than that we loved the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. We had a few drinks at Per Diem and the bartenders were friendly. We rented 2 rooms and came home to find a third room charge on our credit card (credit card company actually called us to question 3 of the same charges). I called and they did remove the third charge however this also seemed an annoyance with no apology or concern. The good outweighed the bad and we all agreed we would try it again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay! Conveniently located near many destinations in PA. Walking distance to Mickey’s Black Box. Hotel nicely themed and very clean, staff very accommodating and friendly. Plan ahead and make reservations for the restaurant. Bar staff friendly too! Can’t wait to come back in November!

Exceptional stay. Beautiful rooms with such comfortable beds. Gorgeous first floor with pool table and another fun game or two. We just loved the setting and the food. Probably the best brussels sprouts we have ever had but the whole meal was great and the friendly couple at the next table agreed. They also loved the ramen noodle dish so next time I'll try that. They were also just loving the ice cream/espresso dessert and I have to say that also looked delicious! So if you are staying here definitely dine at their restaurant.

Had a lovely visit to Lititz. Per Diem is an excellent dining choice. May never have Wings again anywhere else after eating theirs. Great meat, veggie/vegan options and a phenomenal selection of NA choices at the bar. Very much appreciated. Room, staff and amenities all excellent. We will be making this an every other year trip going forward.
