It’s a gorgeous property, a converted chocolate factory with brick walls, exposed pipes and beautiful fixtures. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and room were spotless and the room was huge. It was a great location, near the historic main street, and very walkable. Self parking was convenient, but cost $10. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property was located perfectly next to Park and parking was attached to hotel. Lititz Is quite walkable especially n this area. Traffic was non-stop but as a main thoroughfare but the significance of the property and how Hilton renovated it was paramount for the property.

No one was at the counter when we arrived to check in. We waited for 15 minutes. No one came. Then I decided to try to call the front desk from my cellphone. An employee immediately appeared from down the hallway past the elevators. Also our room (511) smelled like someone had tried to coverup cigarette smoke with strong deodorizer - it was rather unpleasant especially in the bathroom.

This was our third stay at the Wilbur Lititz and we have been pleased every time. Wonderful neighborhood, great restaurants and cafes nearby; fun shops. This is a quiet and historic area. The Wilbur Lititz Hilton is sophisticated and welcoming, a well-maintained property. The rooms are pristinely clean and shiny. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

This is one of the most clean and beautifully styled hotels I've ever stayed in. Bonus points for the subtle chocolate smell wafting through the air. The staff are exceptionally kind and accommodating and the area around the hotel is quaint and full of things to see. I love it there.

The facility was beautiful, the appointments and decor throughout were wonderful! The decor was a mix of modern and colonial, very fitting to the sweet little town of Lititz! It was lovely how they preserved the Wilbur Chocolate Factory’s bones when building the hotel! There were touches of the factory with chocolate molds, historical photos and projected images in the lobby and throughout. The only thing wrong with the stay was the loud noises that came from the electrical room upstairs. The hotel staff was there starting at 6 AM banging around for about two hours every morning! Don’t stay in Room 212! One night they were in the room at 3:45AM then again from 6-8 in the morning! The rest of the 3-night stay was absolutely 5 star! The beds were amazingly comfortable and there were plenty of towels and cute towel sculptures that looked like a vase and a roll with gold Wilbur coins and a flower inserted. Quite elegant! There was plenty of make up removers, shower caps and toilet paper! There was a Keurig in the room with tons of coffee and creamers! And if you wanted more coffee there was free coffee available in the lobby. Besides the unlucky location of room 212 the rest of the stay was magnificent!

I chose this hotel specifically for their “soundproofed” rooms on a Saturday night, and had the pleasure of being kept awake until 2am from drunken yelling, screams, fighting (a literal fight) and a general crowd of the intoxicated. It would have been fine if my 1am request to the concierge had been met with anything other than “oh, sorry!” and then another “sorry!” when I requested a late checkout to compensate for the lack of sleep. At that price point…idk. I’d have hoped for better customer service when a hotel guests experience falls short.

Beautiful property but if you book through hotels.com they will put you in the noisiest room in the hotel. (Directly across from the elevator and almost in the lobby, despite booking 3 months in advance. ) We will skip you and Lititz next time.

This is a beautiful property. The rooms are large and spacious. The front desk service was not the best when first arriving. We arrived at 2:15 and check-in was at 3. The front desk lady said she would text or call when our room was ready. After 4:00 we returned because we never heard from the front desk. That person had left for the day and forgotten to notify us. The clock in the room was off by one hour and we missed our reservation time at the restaurant. These are little things that did bot detract from the overall wonderful experience we had while staying at the hotel. Also, the Live Fire Grill was phenomenal.

The Wilber Hotel by Hilton was very nice. The hotel itself preserved and purposed the Wilbur Chocolate factory and it was done very tastefully (pardon the pun). The facility was very clean and our room was large with a park view. I would recommend to anyone doing business in downtown Lititz as everything is walkable.
