Stayed 2 nights

Place was a ghost town. Tun didn’t drain, split system and sunlight made the room very bright at night. Beds were good, check in with code was easy, construction next door, found screws in the parking lot.

The hotel ground and restaurant were all locked up, we tried for 2 hours to reach someone at the location, and left several message. There was no emergency number, and oh, did i mention that it was in the middle of a snowstorm, at night? We contacted hotels.com and they also could not reach them. luckily, we were able to snag the last room at a best western nearby. After all of that, the hotel refused to refund us for the stay.
