Had a great stay for one night, while in town from Indiana. Hotel was clean, room was spacious and comfortable. Did not use the pool, but it was large and looked very clean. Only complaint was the coffee in the room was not very good, but the coffee in the lobby was much better.

First time to stay at the brand of the Hilton family. Check in was easy, room was clean and roomy, breakfast was a step above the usual bagel/toast offering and loved the fact my dog was welcome. I will definitely be staying at this type of Hilton property again.

Convenient and centrally located. Nice breakfast, warm and welcoming lobby. Gym is better than most limited-service hotels. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, with homey kitchen touches. We'd stay at this one and try others.

This Hilton property was very well kept. There are plenty of dining options nearby with many shopping centers nearby. They also have a gym with a Peloton and dumbbell weights. They also have a indoor pool and a continental breakfast until 10am. They are pretty friendly, and their suites include a nice sized refrigerator with a freezer.

Sitting right in the middle of restaurants/bars, shopping, and a great coffee shop straight across from it to walk to (The Well). Very nice employees. Just awesome overall. All of the places were walkable. So close would have been silly to even consider moving the car. Parking was so convenient also.

Super friendly staff! The hotel was spotless and extremely clean which is a huge plus for our family. Breakfast options were also great and weekdays until 10am is a huge plus as letting kids sleep late on vacation is great. Only negative and not a deal breaker was the pool was extremely cold. I know it’s indoors and not all pools have heaters but this pool was colder indoors than the last hotel we stayed at with outdoor pool. Everything else was perfect and highly recommend!

Breakfast area manager and staff: compliments. The food was very organized, well prepared, clean, and well stocked. The cleaning of the room was disappointing and an opportunity for improvement. The rug in the entry area, around the kitchen table was significantly stained. That is unacceptable. Plus it makes me question the cleanliness of the entire carpet and room. Also the bathroom floor had hair from prior guests.

I checked in and was given an uncleaned room. This was corrected in a timely manner. The rooms are nice. However, if you are looking to get any rest, you are at the mercy of rooms around you. The room next to me had a small group drinking and being loud. It felt like I was in the room with them. Not enough insulation or sound dampening between rooms.

Great location, comfortable bed and pillows. Walkable to food and shopping. I’ve stayed multiple times but I’d have to say it was a little “buggy” this time. Saw ants, a few bugs wandering around, some bigger bug crawled on me twice in bed. No soap in dispenser, slow sink drain, toilet runs. You need better feedback from your cleaning staff or better cleaning staff and maybe the every other day cleaning thing isn’t working because prices have not declined.

We were really unhappy with our stay. We were kept up all night but the people above us. I called the front seat around 11:20 and asked them to handle it. This stomping continues for another hour and a half. When that noise finally stopped then the room that shared a door with us had a couple in it who where clearly sick. We could hear them coughing and throwing up all night. I had to get up early the next morning and drive 10 hours on about 3 hours of sleep. Not a pleasant experience.

We had issues with getting a late check out. I called the front desk and was told that they could not accommodate any late check outs. No reason - help - just cold - rude - and no help or understanding. We paid a lot for our room and were treated very poorly!!!!

The night of October 15, the A/C was noisy all night. Could not sleep. Checked out at 5:30 A.M. Desk clerk didn't care. No acknowledgment, apology or offer to compensate despite publicly posted sign guaranteeing satisfaction. That is false advertising as far as I'm concerned

I loved my stay here. This was the perfect hotel. Location was great with lots of good restaurants within walking distance and the hotel was in an all around perfect location without hassles and parking issues. The room was great, all details and amenities were well thought out. It was clean, comfortable, and the workers here are extremely nice. Price was excellent as well. Five stars for this hotel. Would definitely stay here next time I am in Nashville.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and breakfast was delicious. We only had trouble maintaining the air at night. We also loved the convenience and safety of the area. Didn't have time to shop in the surrounding area because we were in town to visit family.

We had a great stay! We were in town for baseball tournament and hotel was close & easy access to the park. Room was very clean & lots of room! Beds were very comfortable. Free breakfast with good food. Hope to stay here again sometime.

Excellent stay. Property is located in an outdoor shopping mall, with several restaurants, bars, and a movie theatre within walking distance. Property was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of options. A little pricey, but in my opinion it was worth it.
