Whenever my family and I are in California, this is the place we stay. It’s central to all our needs and in a wonderful part of town. I do wish the parking wasn’t so expensive but otherwise it’s a great hotel.

No functional internet in the rooms - the year is 2026 and somehow this hotel doesn't have wifi that doesn't kick you out every 30 seconds. It was so bad that even descending from 6th floor to the lobby didn't solve the problem and it was impossible to handle basic work calls or emails at any point during my stay. The noise cancellation is absolutely terrible. I was in one of the more expensive rooms, yet could hear my neighbors and everyone in the hallways loud and clear. The walls are paper thing and there's a 2-inch hole between the floor and the door to the room that probably explains some of the nice issues. $35/night for parking. The area is nice and safe, short walk to everywhere in Pasadena.
