Great location close to the river. Very convenient car park underneath the hotel. A good breakfast and lovely roof terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would happily return.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly and efficient, the whole place was very clean, breakfast was enjoyable and the view over the river from the roof terrace was lovely. Nice touches included the free water/juice in the rooms and the snacks in the coffee corner. I would happily recommend the hotel Kivir to friends and family.

Very pleasant hotel with large, clean room (Junior Suite) Cold Breakfast was excellent - excellent fruit, yoghurt, cheese and hams, freshly squeezed orange juice. Hot options were limited and not that good… Don’t pick this hotel if you need a swimming pool as there is one but tiny…. Staff friendly and helpful. Views across the river from the terrace were superb.

Very warm and friendly welcome by receptionist with a glass of cava. Helpful with advice and recommendations to eat. Room very clean with everything you need including free soft drinks in mini bar. Location perfect for all attractions no more than 5-10 min walk. Great rooftop plunge pool and sky bar for evening drinks looking across the river. Nothing to fault with this Hotel, a absolute recommendation.

Property is clean and newly renovated with a minimal design. Location is the best thing about this hotel. What is being advertised as a "pool" is not really a pool, it\'s more like a big tub (max capacity is 4 people!), so id say kind of false advertisement to say the hotel has a rooftop pool. We were greatly disappointed. Breakfast options are very limited compared to other 4 star hotels i stayed at in Spain; I would not choose the breakfast package if I were to stay here again. The hotel prides itself in being environment friendly, so expect to lose some level of comfort and services. We needed a replacement of robes after our first day, and we never got clean ones later. Also, only one key card is provided for each room, regardless of number of occupants. My stay at Kivir cost me the same amount of money for the same duration of stay at a five star hotel in Malaga, but the service and amenities were not even comparable. If I were to come back at all, I would only come back for the sake of location and cleanliness.

A little modern haven - smells divine. We were in balcony room 403, which in September was in full sun and not usable, but beautiful view over the River - also reflected in mirrored closet door. Every amenity, double sinks, rain shower and handheld shower. Only one chair, no desk, little fridge. The front desk was kind and public areas well appointed and bicycles to borrow. Tiny pool but terrace on 4th floor for breakfast and evening drinks was very comfortable. King bed was true king (not two twins with middle “seam,” good bedding and towels. 100% pleased

Das Hotel mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten war einfach eine 10/10. Auch wenn das Hotel zentral liegt, war es stets ruhig. Das Zimmer, was außerordenltich sauber war, war modern eingerichtet und erfreute mit kostenlosen Getränken an der Minibar, allerlei Badartikel und sogar kleine Souvenirs, die bei Ankunft am Bett liegen. Rechts am Eingang gibt es sogar eine kostenlose Snackbar mit Säften und kleinen Snacks, an der man sich durchgehend bedienen darf. Die Lage ist einfach ausgezeichnet! Lediglich 10 Minuten zu Fuß braucht man bis ins historische Stadtzentrum, mit der Cathedrale und Einkaufsstraße. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Wasserfront und man kann entlang des Kanals/Flusses einen Spaziergang zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten genießen! Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die Brücke, die zum Stadtteil Triana führt, ein lebendiger Ort mit ganz vielen Tapas-Läden! Das Frühstücksbüffet ist klein, bietet jedoch eine Vielzahl an traditionellen und heimischen Produkten an! Mir persönlich hat es an bisschen an internationalen Speisen gefehlt, aber das ist eine persönliche Preferenz.

The Kivir is in a perfect spot; a short walk over the bridge to Triana, and a gentle 15 minute stroll to the historical centre. Lovely hotel, with high spec rooms which are really clean.

A super clean and nice Hotel. It smelled great through the entire hotel. They have a fantastic breakfast and we really enjoyed it in our 3-night stay. Room amenities were great, free mini bar, free snack and coffee at the lobby, helpful and friendly staff, overall a great experience!

The hotel was excellent in every way. Location perfect - close to the market and the old town, shopping restaurant and bars. It was immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the quality of food and breakfast particularly was outstanding. €19 for an endless breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river, with as much coffee and cava as you can drink, and as much fruit and pastries as you can eat. There’s a refreshment area all day long which is a lovely touch. The hotel Kivir really is a place to savour.

Kivir has a wonderful friendly and supportive staff, an excellent breakfast buffet, free snacks and drinks during the day. The rooms are nice, very clean and the beds comfortable. The terrace has a beautiful view. We will stay here again if we come back to Seville.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Great air con. Water bottles refreshed daily. Despite being in the centre of things the room was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and we had a lovely terrace with automatic sunshade. The Skyline bar/restaurant was superb and bar staff (particularly Thierry) were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and served on the skyline terrace. Most things were easily accessible within a 15 minute walk. Snacks and drinks were available in the lounge downstairs every afternoon which was a lovely addition. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and could find nothing at all to fault.

Great location & although there’s a main road outside between the hotel & the river, no noise could be heard at all in the room. Lovely terrace on the 4th floor with great views over the river. Little plunge pool to dip in to cool off with about 6 deckchairs next to it. Staff all lovely, very helpful & gave some great advice on local tapas places to eat.

The hotel was exactly as advertised and the staff were professional and friendly. Rooms were serviced fully everyday and no detail was overlooked. I chose a standard room at the rear and it was quiet every night. Location is excellent for exploring Seville and being able to return during the day for a rest.

Great location, lovely welcome, clean, fresh and nice hotel. Lovely team, nice room but air conditioning poor. Lovely breakfast, great rooftop with a dipping pool to cool off. Nice bar, loved the snacks and coffee area downstairs. Nice surprise as my wife gifted a bottle of fix for her birthday with a touching note. Recommend this hotel and the team work really hard and are very professional and kind.

Fantastic hotel in a great location - everything is walkable. The staff were fantastic - from reception to bar and breakfast were all really friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the glass of cava to welcome us and complimentary water and fruit juice daily in our fridge. Rooms immaculate and spacious. The hotel also smells amazing!

The Kivir Hotel is as previously described by other guests is an excellent contemporary 4 star hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, the hotel is kept very clean and the beds large annd comfortable, the free coffee and soft drinks in reception and in the room fridges are an added bonus. The breakfast served on the terrace is very fresh and good quality. The pool area is at best a plunge pool with uncomfortable deck chairs, nobody used it during our 7 day stay. The geographical proximity to the historical sites also makes it a good choice, with Triana just over the bridge. If I had to add a criticism it would be although the hotel is on the bank of the river, there is a 6/7 lane main road between the hotel and the river, with traffic 24/7. The Kivir Hotel is as previously described by other guests is an excellent contemporary 4 star hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, the hotel is kept very clean and the beds large annd comfortable, the free coffee and soft drinks in reception and in the room fridges are an added bonus. The breakfast served on the terrace is very fresh and good quality. The pool area is at best a plunge pool with uncomfortable deck chairs, nobody used it during our 7 day stay. The geographical proximity to the historical sites also makes it a good choice, with Triana just over the bridge. If I had to add a criticism it would be although the hotel is on the bank of the river, there is a 6/7 lane main road between the hotel and the river, with traffic 24/7. Perfect hotel, we will stay again and would recommend to family and friends. Beautiful location on the banks of the river. Perfectly located for walking to all major attractions. Supermarket about 100 meters away. Professional hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. All areas of the hotel very clean and well maintained. Room well appointed. We had a Premium room with River View. The Bed was enormous and Large Shower and bathroom. Safe in the room. Plenty of storage space. Kettle and Coffee maker. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful and so relaxing. Good variety of food, egg menu cooked to order, some bacon, beans, tomatoes and sausage. Ham, cold meats, cheeses, yougarts, cereal, fresh fruit and pastries. Something for everyone. The real bonus was throughout the day and evening there was a reception room with cold drinks, tea and coffee and a few pastry nibbles. The mini bar of soft drinks in the room was also free. The hotel is located only about 200 meters from the Bull Ring. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.

We had a wonderful time here. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool although small was perfect to dip in and out of in the very hot July weather. It's very clean and the rooms have everything your need, with great space, really comfortable beds and full of all the things you might forget, like toothpaste. The hotel sits on the river with a supermarket minutes away which is great for getting a few nibbles and some afternoon drinks if that's your thing. The terrace bar is nice but not manned between 4pm and 8pm so you can't get a drink in the afternoon which is quite poor for a hotel I think and has no small plates. They had a couple of complementary drinks but when busy they were all gone before you got a look in. There was an amazing barman I think called Renee from Cuba, he was awesome, really chatty and made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. That man needs a pay rise! The other barmen were pretty clueless and so attached to their mobile phones you felt like you were imposing to ask for something. Lastly the breakfast, really good variety of meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries and a small selection of cooked food. They also have an eggs menu with a great variety of egg based dishes which sounded lovely however the main issues were in 5 days we didn't get one egg properly cooked. Either egg so under you could pour it into your plate or so over the yolk had turned to powder. I love the idea please work on execution.

The hotel is truly the perfect combination of location, comfort and design. We were completely spellbound by the breathtaking views of the Guadalquivir river from the panoramic rooftop terrace. A smaller modern hotel that excels in service, cleanliness, and is in an excellent location for walking to restaurants and shopping. The best meal of our day was the complimentary breakfast which is enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the canal and city street.

Modern, nice hotel. Best smelling one of the bunch we stayed in while in Andalucía. Front desk very helpful. Awesome breakfast buffet. It was a little away from the heart of the stuff we wanted to do but on the other hand, it is right across the bridge from Triana which we just crossed to go to restaurants in that area. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly and efficient, the whole place was very clean, breakfast was enjoyable and the view over the river from the roof terrace was lovely. Nice touches included the free water/juice in the rooms and the snacks in the coffee corner. I would happily recommend the hotel Kivir to friends and family.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Great air con. Water bottles refreshed daily. Despite being in the centre of things the room was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and we had a lovely terrace with automatic sunshade. The Skyline bar/restaurant was superb and bar staff (particularly Thierry) were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and served on the skyline terrace. Most things were easily accessible within a 15 minute walk. Snacks and drinks were available in the lounge downstairs every afternoon which was a lovely addition. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and could find nothing at all to fault.

Property is clean and newly renovated with a minimal design. Location is the best thing about this hotel. What is being advertised as a "pool" is not really a pool, it\'s more like a big tub (max capacity is 4 people!), so id say kind of false advertisement to say the hotel has a rooftop pool. We were greatly disappointed. Breakfast options are very limited compared to other 4 star hotels i stayed at in Spain; I would not choose the breakfast package if I were to stay here again. The hotel prides itself in being environment friendly, so expect to lose some level of comfort and services. We needed a replacement of robes after our first day, and we never got clean ones later. Also, only one key card is provided for each room, regardless of number of occupants. My stay at Kivir cost me the same amount of money for the same duration of stay at a five star hotel in Malaga, but the service and amenities were not even comparable. If I were to come back at all, I would only come back for the sake of location and cleanliness.

A little modern haven - smells divine. We were in balcony room 403, which in September was in full sun and not usable, but beautiful view over the River - also reflected in mirrored closet door. Every amenity, double sinks, rain shower and handheld shower. Only one chair, no desk, little fridge. The front desk was kind and public areas well appointed and bicycles to borrow. Tiny pool but terrace on 4th floor for breakfast and evening drinks was very comfortable. King bed was true king (not two twins with middle “seam,” good bedding and towels. 100% pleased

Amazing accommodation and staff. The only issue I had is that we arrived at 1230 in the morning and the bar was closed and there was no alcohol in the mini-fridge. I asked if we could order room service to have a drink on our terrace but the front desk manager refused and said there was no way. I have arrived late like this in several hotels and they always figure out a way to accommodate this need. For a $350/night room I would expect a much higher level of service than a simple “no”. I still give 5 stars but this should be an area to improve.

Very nice boutique hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our 3-night stay. The hotel provides plenty of complimentary coffee, juice, water, and snacks, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only reason for taking off one star is the room size which felt a little cramped for two people. And because it’s on a busy street the noise at night was a little loud from the street. Other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

Incredible hotel and undersold on reviews! The hotel staff are incredible and will always help with any query. We felt very looked after from day one to leaving baggage 6 hours prior to check in and 6 hours after. The coffee corner for snacks is such a lovely touch. Thank you for making our stay super special and comfortable
