We just became Home2Suite fans for life. Aside from the surprise parking fee, we loved it here. Great room, great breakfast, great rooftop pool and bbq areas with patio furniture, great laundry room (too few hotels have these!). Parking is tight - large SUVs and trucks, if you're lifted you won't fit. Our stock Jeep was barely low enough to clear the underground garage height requirement and the stalls are all compact. Not ideal but I suppose it's too be expected at a downtown area hotel. Not too bad of a walk to Broadway. Maybe 8-10 minutes. Our family would stay here again. And at any Home2 locations if they're all as good as this one!

This property was very clean with a great staff for the large breakfast selection. They need to advertise ahead of time that hotel parking is charged for and not included in the hotel stay. About 40 dollars a night for parking thats not included in your stay.

This hotel is perfectly located for walking to Broadway, just a couple blocks. Amazing staff. Very clean. Parking inside at the hotel. Heated pool is awesome in cool weather. Can’t think of a thing I’d change..: well maybe softer bed. But that’s personal lol

Beds are super comfortable and the sheets feel like silk. It's safe, convenient and the staff had excellent food recommendations! My only complaint was the elevators were a bit wonky and every other guest we encountered agreed that they'd also had issues with getting it to go where they needed it to go. Otherwise, excellent stay and would absolutely come back and stay again!

The place is well kept and the staff are very helpful. The elevators are a bit annoying needing you to scan your room card. Some floors have like 3 and 3R which confuses people. The location is great and walkable to Broadway and seemed safe

The hotel property was immaculate. It even had little extra touches like sanitizing wipes near the elevators and hand sanitizer in the communal restroom door handle. The breakfast was the largest hotel breakfast I've ever had, so much variety that if you stay for multiple nights you can easily have a different meal each one. We were highly impressed with the spacious room (we had a king) and the fact it had a full size refrigerator and dishwasher.

Room was clean and spacious, hotel staff is friendly and helpful, far enough away from Broadway you don’t hear the noise all night like other properties we have stayed at near by but still a very easy and pleasant walk to all the bars and shopping. Parking was easy and very secure, the hotel overall was super secure and we felt safe, the pool area was clean and quiet and well maintained. Convenient to have mini kitchen with fridge, sink, and microwave. Comfy beds, sheets, and pillows! We only stayed one night this trip so can’t give a full detail review we did miss breakfast and not there too long but overall a great stay and will stay here again when we return to Nashville!

We arrived after 10 pm. We went inside room wanted to take shower and get rest did a red eye & drove 3 hrs from Memphis. We asked for extra towels had hair, lifted sheets and looked around bedding lots of hair and dirt. The blue light showed baseboard along bed not vacuumed, and carpet. The management sent an inexperienced worker & management need to call supervisor at home. They wanted to give us another room separated from our group different floors and worker didn’t know what to do. Manager told us if we didn’t like it to leave at 130 am without a car let alone to pay higher cost. The hotel is walkable to broadway. Breakfast was good. Hilton needs better customer service skills, management, and cleaner rooms living up to Hilton standard.

We arrived and were greeted well. The front desk is GREAT. They are the best. We had major issues with house keeping. Rooms were not cleaned. Sinks and shower were left dirty. No hand soap etc. Rooms cleaned late and then done very sloppy. Brought this to the attention of the front desk and they bent over backwards to make sure this was taken care of. However, we had the same issue the next day. I also spoke with the front end manager. I think that is who she was. She had no name tag and never introduced herself. As I was explaining my concern I used my hands. I am southern. She said very aggressive first of all put your hands down. You have two options you can leave now or just except it. I was being very nice and never raised my voice. She was very rude and had zero customer service expertise. The director of house keeping was there when this conversation happened. When this person, who I think was a manager, walked away she apologized for the way this person had treated me. The person, still no name, came back and was better. She said she was going to comp us for half or a night. When we checked out this had never happened. She never apologized for the issues. All others did. Shout to front desk staff. The director of house keeping she personally over saw out room being cleaned. They did a great job. Management needs to look at their front end management staff. Before she even spoke to me she was VERY defensive.

Really loved this hotel! Breakfast was amazing. The room was big and had a nice kitchenette. The lobby was fun with pool table and games! Everything was clean! Price was a little hefty but it was CMA Fest weekend. Walkable to Broadway. The only downside was parking. Took a while to find a spot in the parking garage. Spots were pretty small. Would definitely stay again though!

Monique made our stay much better than it would have been. If all staff was as friendly as Monique it would really stand out. Loved that the gym was open 24 hours and there was water and towels available. Wished that the temperature on the pool could have been changed. Too hot outside to have the pool hot too during this time. Perfect for winter though. Also loved the breakfast and the activities to do in the lobby. Would definitely stay again! Thank you

I gave it a 2 star review because my room wasn’t ready for almost an hour after check in which made my wife and i late to an event. To compensate us, the manager on duty offered me a beer, which I took as an insult. The property general manager did call me to try to make things rt after we checked out the following day.

Great property near Broadway. We flew in for a concert at the Enterprise Center, and it was a short walk to and from the center. The only issue we had was with check-in. I think the reps at the front desk were new or in training, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Apparently our room was ready, but it took a manager to tell us, and I also repeatedly asked if there were razors for sale or complementary, and I never received a straight answer. Other than that, the hotel was great.

From the moment we entered the door the staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. Situated in the heart of downtown, walking access to many music venues, bars, restaurants and Bridgestone arena. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equiped to meet all your needs! Breakfast was a great way to start our day with a large variety of hot and cold quality dishes. Everything about this hotel made our trip to downtown Nashville a excellent experience!

Hotel was clean, only about 2 blocks from Bridgestone arena ( which is close to all the bars but I’m old and went to bed) so it’s a great location, safe too. The free breakfast in the morning was quite pleasant with many options. My son loved the games in the lobby, like billiards, shuffleboard and board games.
