Very clean room, great location, safe parking in enclosed garage was a must !! Worth the parking fee if you’ve ever had a window broken - you know !! The lobby had a cute photo op wall with neon sign & Lobby also was like a game room. Breakfast was very good !!

Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfy. Room was on the backside of the hotel and we heard tons of sirens through the night but other than that it was very quiet. Elevators took forever to get to the 10th floor. Parking was covered and not a bad price.

Hotel is in walking distance from broadway,bridgestone arena,ryan auditorium & places to eat. Staff is friendly & helpful, hotel was clean, room abit small but your there to see the city so your out & about .It has fitness room, laundry, small pool with lounge area, front lobby has pool tables etc..overall good experience with hotel just wish Nashville had a better transit system, ,parking is expensive.

Very friendly and attentive staff! The rooms are spacious and super clean and modern. Breakfast was busy and it seemed like some options were missing for choices but we made do. The parking garage is attached and nice feature, but it’s a very tight fit for trucks and bigger SUVs. Pool is very small. Super easy walk to Broadway and a Convenient location to lots of places! Would definitely stay here again!

The game room and workout room on the main floor is great and it’s all included in the price of your stay (shuffleboard, pool tables, board games, TVs, lounging areas, hot chocolate/coffee/tea). The front doors are only accessible with a room key after hours. It’s just one block from the ice arena and walkable to everything. Everything felt modern and clean. Would recommend!

Nice selection for breakfast. Lots of activities available within walking distance. Pool area is nice but small. Nice fireplace by pool area. Pool is only three feet deep. Lobby area is large and has pool table and other activities. We would stay here again if we return to Nashville.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, very clean and well decorated. The elevators were a problem. Waiting 10 minutes to leave our floor, we finally gave up and carried our luggage down 7 flights of stairs

We were only at this property for two nights but the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and clean (the lobby was very clean too). Breakfast was included and had lots of options. For us, the negative issues would be that the bathroom air exhaust did not work well and the room did not have a lot of drawer or shelf storage (fine for a couple of days, but it would have been difficult for a week)

This is an amazing property! Close walk to Broadway. Very clean and new. The best part about this hotel is the breakfast. Hands down, the best breakfast I have ever laid eyes on, in a Hilton property.

We could see our breath in our room as it was 56 degrees and the toilet wasn’t cleaned. Neither of these issues were resolved. This hotel was so terrible, we left a night early it was so bad. No hot water, it was filthy and the staff need TRAINING

First of all, this property is new. Everything feels new. We were in room 926. City view. Anything below this floor would look directly at the apartments across the street, but that would be ok too.The beds are super comfortable. The bathroom is modern. The staff was outstanding. Attentive and helpful. There is always free coffee and tea. There is free breakfast. If you have food allergies, just call a week before you get there and they will hook you up! Once of the breakfast managers is gluten free. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she had an allergy binder too. We could walk to Broadway. SO glad we weren't closer. It was still a little loud at night, but nothing at all like the noise on Broadway. My friend and I said that we would stay here again, even though we didn't like Broadway much. We loved our hotel. We did love Cheekwood Gardens, Belle Meade Winery, the Grand Ole Opry, and 12th Avenue South.

It was ok. The location is good to walk to Broadway. The rooms are very small, but it was just 2 of us so it was doable. Rooms were clean. Bed was so flat and not very comfy. There were 3 pillows, all terrible. Husband went to ask for more pillows and they acted confused about what a pillow was. We went to Walmart and bought 2 pillows otherwise we were not going to be able to sleep. Had the breakfast one morning and it was ok. I’d stay again if the price is right, otherwise I’d probably pick somewhere else.

Extremely expensive For one night. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard. And the pillows were paper thin. Barely slept at all bc it was so extremely uncomfortable! Almost complained for a refund bc of it. Our view was the air conditioning units. There was trash on the floor when we arrived. Not a great experience. But relatively close to Broadway

Tru by Hilton was in a very convenient location for experiencing Nashville. Seems like you are about a half a mile walk from everything, which is convenient. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Parking was located in a covered parking deck which also was convenient. Lobby was very nice and offered billiards and shuffleboard. Complimentary breakfast was great and hard to find in most other Nashville hotels.

The front desk employees were extremely welcoming and friendly. We were able to get a check in earlier than was guaranteed. The rooms were small but had the things that one would need. I liked the bath products that were in the room. There are no dressers or drawers in the rooms but instead open spaces and cubby holes. It had a refrigerator a desk and a chair and the bed and a good size TV mounted on the wall. The shower water pressure and temperature were consistent and decent. And the room was clean. Housekeeping was good at giving you whatever you requested. The breakfast in the morning that is included had a large variety of items including hot and cold items coffees and teas and chocolate milk available. It also had juices and yogurt. You can make your own waffle or push a button and a machine would make you a couple of Pancakes. They also had lots of condiments. Bagels and English muffins were available to be toasted. There was something for everybody. Overall it was a nice quiet stay and a clean Hotel and it was in decent walking distance to everywhere you would want to go downtown without being in the middle of the busy areas. If and when I come back to Nashville I would consider staying here again.

We had a fabulous stay. Very accommodating. Comfrey and clean. Staff was fantastic and very helpful. Fun to talk to. Breakfast pleasant and enjoyed the youg man that sang to us at breakfast. Nice complimentary breakfast. Parking a little on the expensive side, but safe, secure and clean. Hotel security was great.

Staff was absolutely useless. We requested two adjoining rooms, I called and confirmed 3 times and the front desk said everything was all set and ready to go. Upon arrival, we were on two separate floors. I went downstairs to try to fix it and they said they left the room “unlocked” and we should have been notified. I asked the lady behind the counter to have the manager call my cell when he became available. I never received a call. For a family trip this was unacceptable. The manager was useless and attempted to shift the blame onto me. I reached out to hotels.com and they attempted to call the front desk. I watched the manager tell lady behind the counter “tell them I’m not available” Very disappointed in how our situation was handled. They also charged us $40/car/night.

Great location, easy to find. The young lady who checked us in when we arrived very late and very stressed out was amazing and kind and made the day a little brighter. The location is excellent and an easy walk to Broadway. Parking was expensive, which was the only downside, but that seems to be the norm downtown. We had a great stay!

Loved this hotel! Perfect for family of five and our dog. Close to the action of Broadway but easy to avoid the craziness that happens at night. Easy parking garage right next door. The entire family RAVED about the breakfast in the morning!

Tru by Hilton is a 10-minute walk from Broadway, making it a perfect spot to stay for a weekend trip in Nashville. The hotel and room were very nice. I do wish there was a dresser to store my items. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The underground parking was easy to manage and took you right to your floor with secure access. You had to scan your room key in order to access floors which made us feel very safe. Would definitely stay here again!!!

I've stayed here several times. The breakfast is as expected for a free breakfast but they do have a larger variety of foods than most other hotels. They also have a couple of pool tables and shuffleboard table in the lobby which is nice.

Great location close to all music row fun, but surprisingly quiet. Excessively simple decor was fresh and kept space from feeling claustrophobic. Comfortable beds. No long waits for elevators. Breakfast was excellent! Well stocked and great hot varieties. Fun pancake making machine too! Even had chocolate milk! Will make this our new Nash place to stay.
