It was very comfortable. The laundry for guests was out of service and the ice machine on my floor was out too. The hallways were need of vacuuming quite badly and the breakfast was quite typical with no organic options. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Staff was super friendly as well. Next time I’m in Elko in need of a hotel room I’ll surely stay again.

Great stay. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with lots of options and real food. The treadmill was nice in a clean workout room.

This hotel was conveniently located next to I-80 and food options. There were some maintenance issues in the hotel (dryer, elevator, ice machine) but our room was comfortable and clean. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff! When they saw you, they went out of their way to ask how you were doing and if you needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

The lobby floor was very dirty and a large section of floor tile needed repair. Not a good first impression. But the staff was very friendly and our room was pretty clean. I say pretty clean because beds, and bathroom were good. The floor still had some trash from previous guests under the AC and the couch had some icky stains. Would stay again if I had too, but they need to put a little more effort into cleaning.

Everything was excellent. Maintained at the same high standards I have come to appreciate after several stays here. Staff was welcoming and as always made me feel at home. Very comfortable, clean and welcoming. I did notice one area that could use some attention however. The exterior grounds and parking area could use some attention as regards cleanliness. Nothing major, but starting to show that some attention to detail would be helpful in presenting the best first impression of your fine establishment.

Every time I opened the mini fridge the GFCI popped loudly and the room lost power. We told the front desk right after we checked in and were told to just reset the button. No one came to make sure there wasn’t a fire hazard. Other than that, the room was clean and had no smells. AC was cold.

So the front desk people here are amazing. All of them. I am originally from here and we come visit often and I always love it here. I’ve stayed everywhere there is to stay in Elko and this one is the best. The pool is clean, the rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. I feel safe parking here. Breakfast is served here but I always sleep in so I miss it. Also they’re always really nice about late check out, as we usually don’t actually get to the hotel until 2am. Anyway I just want to say I love this place. Thank you for keeping it clean and safe

Check in was easy and fast. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast wasnt bad for a hotel breakfast. The only negative was the bathroom floor. My daughter has mobility issues so we got a wheelchair accessible room. She can use smart crutches for short periods of times. The shower is a mobility shower so tou can roll in. When you shower water ends up all over the bathroom floor even if you put down a towel. Because of the type of flooring it becomes very slippery. Had to go help my daughter because she almost fell. Thats the only reason I didnt give 5 stars

Excellent place to stay from arrival to checking out. Aspen greeted us late at night with cheer and accommodation. Gave us water bottles, goody bags to help us sleep and a rollaway bed very quick. The bed and sheets were excellent and probably going to be looking up to how to buy the pillow and sheets. Very clean. Excellent breakfast! Great water pressure but the shower curtain let some water run on the floor.

It’s all remodeled and looks new. The reception staff was so polite and welcoming! Very close 5mins walkable distance to Wingers restaurant which will be open till 10:00pm with plenty of options to dine.

Best Holiday Inn Express I've been at. Location is right off the freeway, plenty of restaurants at walking distance, rooms are clean, staff is very friendly. Shout out to ASPEN for being so welcoming and friendly and to the entire staff. They all deserves recognition for their outstanding performance. Great job everyone!!!

We always stay at a Holiday Inn if available because of consistent cleanliness and the breakfast options. We were bummed this time. The floors were filthy. The breakfast was so disappointing! We came down at 8am and the coffee was gone, bananas were brown and just about everything was out. We waited to see if things would be replenished but to our disappointment, they were not. We ended up having to go get breakfast (and coffee) elsewhere. Such a bummer.
