Had a great 2 night stay. Everything was great from start to finish. Room was newly renovated and looks fantastic. Very comfortable. The addition of the patio and rocking chairs was an awesome surprise as we had stayed here last year. Will definitely be back!!

Excellent shore getaway! New owners are fantastic! Everything was very clean. Nice touches all over. They even put nice towels on each chair by the pool! Will be back and recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved my stay at Broadway Court. The rooms are recently refurbished and new rocking chairs in the courtyard are an added bonus. Room was super clean and had everything you could need, fridge, mic etc. Pool was great as well and much warmer than the ocean. Would definitely return and recommend Broadway Court. Walking distance to several eating establishments was a plus as well.

We really appreciated the updated rooms and super clean quality. The pool was fantastic and we loved having towels there and floaties. The management was very attentive and even let us have extra time to check out due to a work call. Great location and quiet and clean.

I don’t usually leave reviews! We were nervous to book a motel. This was the cleanest room we’ve ever had during a trip. The front desk was extremely accommodating about us coming in late. The property was in a great location and extremely safe and family.

I’ve stayed here 3 times this summer. Great location and friendly staff. Everything about the motel was exceptional. It was clean and the only updated motel in the area. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my all my stays and plan to keep on coming back for short weekend trips during the summer!!!!

Price was quite high for a property that is damp, and smells damp. Sink did not drain well. A/C kept room cool, but did nothing to remove the high degree of moisture in the air. FLAT pillows. Worn towels.

I had such a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was even better than the pictures — clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. My daughter and I stayed for one night for a quick end of season beach trip. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated but the bathroom is a bit dated but was no issue for us. Would stay here again.

This is a cool little 'motel' that's been updated. They left a few reminders of its past - the tiled bathroom in perfect condition - and updated where needed. The price was high, but in line for the weekend of concerts and boat show happening in the area.

Room was clean but extremely small, hardly room to open a suitcase. Bathroom that they don’t show in pics is from the 60’s pink tile, tiny shower with no room to even set anything on sink. Outside of buildings were very nice and updated.

Room is little small but it’s ok !! Close to the beach , we walk about 10 mins private beach you have to pay 14$ per adult and 10 parking at the beach , I donot like about the motel is you can hear ppl the next door talking !!! And we are unlucky cause the guys next to us , they drink and talk outside by the room at 2am in the morning and of course we all wake up!!!

All the rooms were recently renovated and everything was new. Beds were comfy, room was clean, and Jeff at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. Location was close to everything we wanted to see and visit. Would visit again.

The staff and accommodations were fantastic. The only complaint which takes it down from a 5 star… much like many motels, the walls are very thin. We could hear the next room quite clearly. If you have considerate neighbors, it’s not a problem.

We've stayed here every summer for the past few summers, and it continues to be a great place in PPB. New ownership took over this year, and they are committed to making it even better. It's low-frills, but the location is excellent, the service is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

It was a no brainer booking Broadway Court motel.. the ratings were great. It was no shock to us that the quality of our room and the friendliness of the staff were top notch. We were traveling for an employee beach day for the company I work for in NJ I’m from VA. When we come back next year we will definitely be coming back here! We didn’t visit the beach but if you wanted to.. you can walk to the beach and the boardwalk. 20/10 for this NJ spot.

Our stay at the Broadway court motel was amazing. They allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room to a suite. The receptionist was so sweet. This motel also has stores and restaurants within walking distance and a 3 minute drive to the shore. Would definitely stay here again!
