Boutique Hotel Museum

Worth customer service ever. Rude front desk, dirty rooms, cheap interiors… not convenient location, especially if you have heavy luggage as there is literally no way to park next to the hotels. Loud street.

The hotel's location allows you to do many things on foot. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The price-to-value ratio is very good.

Excellent location! Staff, especially concierge Srdan, who is extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable, were terrific. Two items were kind of a bummer: no TV for 5 out of 13 days' stay, and no offer for free breakfast or other reduction. Also, be sure to ask for a room that faces the museum. For such a long stay, you'd think they'd want me to be happy...I finally asked for a lighter, less depressing room and got it, but had to pay an extra 20 euros per night. It also had two single beds instead of a bigger bed, so it was not as comfy as it should have been. Car service to the airport (at 3 am!) was excellent.
