Nice rooms, not a fan of the shower cause water gets all over the floor. Breakfast is sufficient for free. I thought the pool was bigger but still a fair size, and I like that it is one depth the entire way across. Sad there was no hot tub though.

Loved how this hotel felt like it was meant for people to gatherand hNg out in the lobby area. So many cute places to sit and visit, or play pool with a friend. Room was very modern,and beds comfortable. Only con was hotel could be a bit cleaner, lots of hidden dirt/dust in room, stain/spots on walls, and debri in hallways on carpets. Overall great hotel with excellence service

We frequently stay in Tru by Hilton hotels as they’re dog-friendly, cost-effective, and very clean with their laminate flooring. This location met our expectations! The gym was well lit with a good assortment of equipment as well.

Its a nice cozy and clean hotel with swimming pool and small gym. Free breakfast was nice as well with pancake machine etc.. More sitting area in the lounge to eat there.

Their pool is disgusting, black specks coming out of it, the water itself was cloudy and left dirt bubbles all over. The flooring and walls in the pool area are also very disgusting, this is supposed to be a hotel in a new area that's why I got it and it's so disgusting. The bathroom in the room as well had rust stains all along the shower, they didn't have a hot tub as well. They charge you for the good Wi-fi unless you want the crap free wifi that barely works. There's like 2-3 good channels on the tv. The rooms are tiny and so is the bathroom, not at all like the photos. The manager is never available, they say oh we will be in this evening and he isn't than they say oh he will be in the morning and then he is not. Would not stay again, paid $385 for 2 nights and was not impressed at all. My kids did not enjoy the stay due to not being able to play in the pool.

The room was quiet and well equipped for a nights stay. The beds were comfy enough, pillows were a fit flaccid so I doubled up. Cleanliness was a bit of a miss though; door handles were grimy and the doors themselves (especially on the edge) were dirty/hadn’t been wiped down in a while. Black mud/length hair was found on two towels and the bed as well as a pillow. Shower floor was also a bit grimey looking. Touch points like light switches and lamps could have been a bit cleaner as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we would stay again, for the price and convenience, but hope cleanliness improves.

First room, shower curtains has a lot of mold, both red and black. Got a second room, same. Shower mold everywhere. General poor cleaning. I couldn’t take shower during the three nights a slept in this place. I also covered the sink/vanity area with towels as barrier. Don’t wanted to think wether they were clean. Never will be back in any of these places.

Our room was disgusting. Shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned in months, a smear on the floor on our headboard, all over the room door. The shower had orange staining all over the curtain and corners of the shower stall. Hair everywhere.

The breakfast was very good. Lobby very welcoming. enjoyed the lobby pool table and the option to buy drinks and snacks. Parking lot needed attention, sweeping, side walk had stuff spilled on it and was never attended to while we were there. The whole hallway outside of our room had small debris and dirty the whole 3 days we were there. Never heard or scene a vacuum once while we were there. First hotel on our trip that we never seen any staff cleaning common areas or checking parking lot. Staff was accommodating, but not much staff was even seen.

Our first night was terrible. Our room was DIRECTLY above the indoor pool, and so we had to listen to screaming children swimming and splashing until 11pm when the pool closes. Then came the sounds from above us. It was as if a huge person with work boots was pacing their room as loudly as possible for hours. My kids and I were all in tears of exhastion by this point, and I called the front desk with a noise complaint and requested ANY OTHER ROOM away from these people. I was told by the gentleman that they were full, but he would go check out the noise complaint. Nothing was solved. At 7am the following morning I went to the front desk and explained the situation. She had a new room key for the top floor in my hand in under 5 minutes. Why couldn't the man help me in ANY way the night before??? That room was clearly unoccupied and available. We were furious and exhausted by this point, so we took the 2nd room. Our second night was much better, but I've never stayed at a louder hotel in my entire life, and I'm well into my 40s. Modern, clean decor and lovely breakfast and amenities doesn't make up for the total lack of SLEEP at a hotel. I'd never go back or recommend this hotel. If you must stay here, request the 4th floor if you want to get any sleep.

Smallest room ever with a king-sized bed. Windows do not open at all which maybe added to the stuffy feeling? No coffee maker in room - generally lobby was either out or cold. (Yes, coffee drinker here lol) Mini mini fridge. Ran out of soap and found out dispenser was beyond disgusting inside - shower and sink! Ending continental breakfast a bit later than 9 (even on the weekends?) would be nice. Have never seen such small and triangle shaped baggage carts: not fun even with not much! The pool table in the lobby was a nice touch though and exercise room had a great variety of equipment.

Breakfast was basic, but had what you would want. Rooms are a little small (no microwave, no coffee maker/kettle, no closet) but clean, modern and in good condition. Overall a good stay, and would book again. Surrounding area is great surburb, with lots of shops/resturants within a 15min walk.

The hotel staff was amazing. The property was very clean and well cared for. Zero complaints except... the room. It felt like I hooked up with a college boy. No lamps (?) the decor felt like Ikea chic. No cabinets... just red hooks. Giant TV, but no way to watch streaming services. Only one desk chair. Weird

Its new clean and modern. Would prefer to have streaming on tvs. Walls are a bit thin so could hear other guests quite late at night. Room smelled bad. The pool was being used for swimming lessons. No closets or drawers. Staff is nice and helpful, like the easy access arounf the hotel. Like the 24hrs snacks, although its only chips, chocolate bars and instant noodles. Love the 24hr coffee but its more like coffee flavored water. There are no coffee machines in the rooms, so dont love having to go downstairs first thing in the am for coffee. Good location. Pet friendly. Lots of parking.

Eggs in the morning were terrible, think they had been lying out for ages and we were the first ones down for 6am Excellent surrounding in the reception area for guests. Didn't find the reception people exactly the most friendly or looking to help. Disappointed room didnt have freezer part to fridge, microwave or kettle

Very nice hotel, the only reason I give 3 stars, because I asked the front desk to put me in a room away from kids, I said, I need quiet rest and am tired from kids. He smiled, and promised me a quiet room.... Guess what... there were kids on the floor above me and the both rooms next to mine, and they were all screaming until 11 pm. When I called around 10 m and asked the person who put me in this hell, he said there is nothing they can do. All I learned from this experience is not to trust liars at the front desk. Will never stay there again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the front desk staff, particularly Noel. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I had booked three rooms under my name for a group of ten staff members attending training. Despite providing the details, Noel refused to let them check in at 1 a.m., insisting that I had to be physically present. When I explained the situation, he claimed that the “primary guest” was rude to him, which was entirely untrue. My only request was that he allow my staff to check in after a long day of travel. He also did not allow them to book rooms claiming that the primary guest (myself) was rude to him over the phone. He let a group of people out of the building at 1 am who were ready to do a fresh booking and pay on the spot to stay at the hotel. His conduct was dismissive, discriminatory, and displayed a lack of basic professionalism and courtesy. What should have been a simple check-in process turned into a stressful and disrespectful encounter. I am not sure how they would handle contact less check that is offered by this hotel? Such a disgrace. People like Noel shouldn’t be working in this industry if they got no iota of empathy and understanding.

Great room , decent breakfast but having the currents of Windermere a five minute walk away was worth its weight in gold. Our recommendation is trying the scoop n roll creamery for an after supper treat.

The rooms were fine, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was not good at all. The eggs and sausages were cold even though they were in a steam tray. The pancakes had some kind of green stuff in them but it wasn't St. Patrick's day so I don't n know what was going on with them. The coffee was not even lukewarm. i think it had likely been made the day before. Definitely not fresh. I realize it's only a hotel breakfast but I have stayed here before and it was much better. We through everything in the garbage and stopped on our way out of town to at least get a hot cup of coffee.

Just a quick overnight stay over a weekend. The room is clean and in good condition. The complimentary breakfast is very sparse and not well stocked or serviced. We had limited time to grab a bite - coffee was empty for 15 minutes, pancake mix was empty, no sausages or eggs either. Basically only cereal was available. Juice cups were all used too. This was in the middle of breakfast hours. We pretty much left without breakfast.

Staff were amazing. Room size is decent. Beddings were terrible unfortunately. Pool water was cold as ice. We stayed there roughly 6 days and the breakfast choices werent changed at all. Please try to offer new menu atleast every 2 days.
