Amazing hotel. Felt like royalty! The spa is worth every penny. Pool is too cold to swim in but nice to hang out by. The breakfast was on the pricier end but was well worth the cost, wonderful selection or yummy food. Hospitality was too notch!

super hotel avec un service au petit soin , le personnel est top , parking avec voiturier , petit dej en chambre copieux , les chambres sont immense . Seul bémol , le sol de la chambre étais un peu sale et la chambre que j’avais étais fumeur donc il y avait des reste d’odeur , alors que j’étais avec 2 bébé . Piscine petite et qui ressemble plus à une piscine de club , pas familiale .

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und liegt zentral. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer und gemütliches Bett. Der Poolbereich ist definitiv zu klein gestaltet. Es fehlen Sonnenliegen für ein Hotel dieser Größe. Eine Vielzahl der Gäste musste mit nasser Badekleidung auf Samtstühlen sitzen. Auch frische Handtücher waren nicht immer da. Leider mussten wir zuhause feststellen, dass etliche Kleidungsstücke aus der schmutzigen Wäsche fehlen. Aus unserem verschlossenen Koffer ist nichts entwendet worden. Da liegt der Verdacht nahe, dass dies im Hotelzimmer passiert ist. Bei einem fünf Sterne Hotel einfach unverständlich !

Excellent hotel for the price especially. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing! A woman saw me looking at all the options for breakfast and asked what she could have made for me in the kitchen...eggs, omelets? Even though there were 8 to 9 tables of food options. The location is perfect to explore and walkable, safe. I parked my car on the premises and took the white private cabs when i wanted to got to a Hammam, etc (a must in Casablanca). The bell hop will not bargain for you so you have to be firm with your price. They will rip you off! The beds and pillows were fine. The pool was cold, so we couldnt use it. The view and bar from the pool were amazing.

Very pleasant stay at Barcelo Anfa Casa. Thank you to the reception colleagues who were most helpful and welcoming . Lovely view toward the sea with the Hassan II Mosque at the centre. Pool to relax and a good gym to work out. All good !!

Definitely NOT a 5 Star hotel, period. Pool is uncomfortably shallow. Hotel charges for steam room, 600 MAD/$67 USD for 20 MINUTES!! Hotel is not in the nicest of areas.

Great stay at the Barcelo Anfa. Rooms are great. Gym is exceptional. Everybody is super friendly, especially Houssam, the best bar tender in Casablanca. I walked from the hotel to the Medina and to the great Mosque.

Esperienza scarsa, general manager inesistente e poco educato. Pulizie camere inesistenti, sicurezza in camera scarsa (dopo le pulizie lasciano le porte aperte), personale della colazione impreparato e con scarsa competenza. Non è un hotel 5 stelle!

Terrible experience! The room was in poor condition, broken fixtures, unclean bathroom, and generally shabby throughout. Furniture was scratched and worn, and the hallway carpets were dirty and heavily stained. One hand towel and one shower towel for two people, etc, etc. Completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be five stars.

Very clean and very polite staff at registration. The Room was smelling cigar… beware of some valet running their taxis business, if you arrange your own taxis, that taxis will probably have to pay the ‘valet tax’

Nice room overlooking the pool. It was very nice. Maybe a little too clean. There was a strong bleach smell. Idk if it was from the pool or the sheets, but the staff was very helpful. Great location within walking distance to local shops and eateries. Very nice hotel. I will definitely be back.

Hotel with excellent location in Casablanca and free parking. However, it doesn’t feel like a 5 stars accommodation as no valet parking and concierge is non-existent (no offer to take suite case to room). The room was comfortable, AC works, although I didn’t like the layout of sink overlooking bed as I would wake up my wife if start using it. We had a room overlooking the pool thinking it’s an upgrade, but for those looking to nap after lunch that will be a challenge due to pool music. Staff were kind and helpful when approached. I’ve had an issue driving the car out of car park as another residents car was blocking me, I left it to manager to sort out and spent the day in taxis. Overall and OK hotel if you are looking for a night or 2 in Casablanca and require a central location.

We were very happy with our stay. Despite arriving early we had to wait only a short time before our room was ready. The room was large, bright and comfortable with a view of the Hassan II Mosque. There are a number of inexpensive places to eat lunch and dinner only a few minutes walk from the hotel and the Mosque is an easy flat walk away. Breakfast was fabulous with a wide variety of choices and excellent coffee.

Great hotel. Rooms large and well designed. The showers are not as private as some may like. But the toilet has its own wash closet. Staff are extremely helpful and they are very knowledgeable. Taxis usually in front of the hotel and rides to most sights are close

Beautiful lobby. Kind staff. Great buffet breakfast. Stupid room. Who puts a bathroom in the bedroom, or vice versa. Your mate needs a pee in the middle of the night -- lights on, you will wake up as well. Enjoy watching your SO brush teeth and shower -- you've no choice but to watch the show. Someone please erect a wall here......

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff were dishonest about the availability of their laundry service, and to make matters worse, one of my business shirts went missing after I handed it over. I was also charged extra for room service without ever receiving a receipt to confirm the charges. This lack of transparency and professionalism is completely unacceptable, and I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious when using any additional services at this property.

Good hotel, but the guys working at the lobby and security guys that stay in front of the hotel need to be more polite. They never say good morning, totally ignore you, the lady at the front desk Zeinab ( right spelling?) she’s amazing kind! Very professional and with a big smile always!

Tout était parfait! Hôtel Les chambres, bar, restaurant et salons sont très agréables, avec une belle décoration contemporaine. Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et professionnel. Très belle chambre premium. Nous remercions l’hôtel Barcelo Anfa pour le surclassement côté vue sur la mosquée Hassan2, la vue mer et piscine. Très bon petit déjeuner. Notre avion partait très tôt le matin l’équipe du restaurant nous a préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter. Merci infiniment à toutes les équipes sans exception et en particulier à Monsieur Ali de la réception qui ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnel.

I sent them messages to ask questions about cab rides and breakfast and they never responded. They overbooked the hotel and did not inform us that they moved us to a cheaper hotel until we arrived to check in at 11:30 PM after a long day of travel. They said they would provide us with a free "shuttle" to the next place, which was an on cab that smelled like cigarettes. The front desk clerk punted all of my questions to the next hotel and would not respond to me questions.

The breakfast is so complete and delicious. Really recommend it. The staff at the reception was friendly, allow us to check in early, helped us to store our bags and to book transportation. The room was new spacious with a stellar view ig the Hassan II mosque and the cty. Comes with dental, beauty sets, space for luggage, clothes, etc. The bed was very comfty and the shower had waterfall and hose for a great bath experience. The pool lounge is nice but check the schedule.
