Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights We were put in a disabled room where the bathroom was very unpractical The staff offered a room which was a room in another building, you needed to use 2 elevators, cross a restaurant/bar and the central square to end up at the end of the hall. We truly felt insulted. No upgrade (Expedia Platinum), no kind service.

While it is beautiful, I’m not sure it was worth the money. I stepped on glass in their pool and was bleeding enough that it ended my pool time and they barely acknowledged it. They offered me a bandaid well after another guest had already helped me out and that’s about it. No attempt to look for more glass or clean the pool. That just put a poor taste in my mouth. I do expect excellent customer service at this price point.
