La piscine est très grande mais il y manque des bed. Les américains Sont très présents dans ces hôtels et sont sans gêne. Ils réservent les bed dès le matin et même lorsqu’ils ne sont pas présents. The unique lobby filled with art and the pool with views of the city were 2 wonderful pieces of this hotel. We also enjoyed a massage at the spa and can honestly say one of the best massages we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!!!

The moment we stepped through the front door, we were well taken care of by the fantastic staff. Pedro and Nina in particular. We felt relaxed and had nothing to worry about from the first to our last day. The room was comfortable and clean; I could have easily spent the entire day in bed—it was that cozy. We didn't dine at the restaurant, but the breakfast food was deliciousand the choice was excellent. While the pool area was busy at times, we often managed to find a lounger to relax on and enjoy the sun in the afternoons, especially after midday when the sun was right in front of us. The sauna required a reservation, but it was perfect for the two of us to enjoy for the 45 minute slot. Overall, the peace and quiet right in the heart of downtown, along with the excellent service, makes me recommend this hotel to anyone.

A delightful stay! This hotel is a hidden gem! Once you walk into the hotel, you are walking back into another era, yet with all of the modern amenities of today. It is in a very convenient location. The history of the Palace is amazing. The 2nd-floor courtyard and the swimming pool were great places to escape from the crowds and action of the vibrant city.

Generelt bra. Mat og rengjøring veldig bra. Fasiliteter også bra. Men enkelte ting som trakk ned. Man ønsker å være miljøbevisst men har f.eks. ikke knagger nok på badet til å henge håndklær som skal gjenbrukes og morgenkåper som allerede henger der. Rommet kom med terrasse - men ingen puter (måtte etterspørre disse). Hagen som er fantastisk - kan kun brukes i oppholdsvær - dvs når putene i stolene er blitt tørre. Disse tas ikke inn når det regner.

What a lovely hidden gem! This hotel is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was so nice, I didn’t want to go sightseeing, I just wanted to luxuriate in the big cozy bed. Rooms and bathroom were unexpectedly latge.

This is the only hotel we stay at when we’re in Lisbon. It is beautiful, a palace after all, the rooms are spotless and we feel that the bathroom is the best you can find, being attractive, functional and very spacious. The breakfast is excellent and we have dined at the restaurant which was a first-class experience. The staff are very friendly and professional, The location is unbeatable, close to everything, we rate this hotel 10/10

The hotel is beautiful. Newly updated, while keeping its original charm and character. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Comfortable beds and sitting area, bathroom large and modern. Service was excellent, the restaurant serving all meals and drinks was large, beautifully designed and offered great food and drink options. The only minor comment I'd have is the water pressure in the shower was weak and temperature not well controlled.

The staff were very good: friendly and attentive. However, the Suite were I stayed was dusappointing. The room, albeit one of the more extensive suites (which included a balcony) is small, the bed of poor quality and the bathroom, too, was small. I stayed at a better hotel in Porto for half the price. I will never go back to The One Palacio da Anunciada. It needs an overhaul.i suspect the management does not have the latitude to make the necessary investment to make it a truly 5 star hotel. The wear and tear are showing. The only good thing at the hotel were the staff, who are professional, kind and attentive. They deserve better from the owners.

A localização do hotel é ótima, sua história (um antigo palácio aristocrático) e as lindas áreas comuns. O apartamento poderia ser um pouco melhor, ficamos no primeiro andar do prédio anexo e levar as malas de e para lá não é tão simples. O chuveiro é daqueles dentro da banheira, apertado e fica visível pelos roupões que as toalhas de banho e rosto estão gastas. O mobiliário do quarto está um pouquinho ultrapassado, mas a cama é simplesmente maravilhosa. Tínhamos uma pequena área externa (pátio), mas com cadeiras que estavam sempre molahadas pelo sistema de irrigação do jardim central, mudá-las de lugar resolveria, ou seja, falata certa atenção aos detalhes. A equipe do hotel é solícita e educada.

Nice building on a quiet street. Room size is good. The service is very good in general except at the restaurant and it was quite bad at dinner time. We had to add 2 more seats on our reservation but the manager were reluctant to do so when we were one of 2 tables that whole evening. Very lay back. We asked for ice cream only for desert but he will not put in the order as it was not on the 'dessert menu'. Very inflexible and not accommodating. Morning staff were better at breakfast time. Will stay again but will not dine there again.

We loved the whole experience of staying at the palacio anunciado: The staff are amazing and eager To cater to all your needs. The concierge Ricardo went beyond what was required in assisting us With infirmation, purchase of tickets and answering our many questions. All the staff were superb Starting with Fernando who helped us with our luggage. We would recommend this great hotel to anyone looking for a place To stay in Lisbon where where he/she would feel pampered and appreciated as a guest. The General manager too keeps in touch with your needs and makes you feel soecial! If/when we return to Lisbon we shall only stay at The One T.S.

O unico problema que tivemos foi com o concierge que pedimos para agendar um jantar, e quando chegamos no local, nao havia a reserva feita e ao ligarem para o hotel, sugeriram acharmos outro local. tambem não conseguimos um late check out. mas guardaram nossas malas e deu tudo certo no final

Hotel magnifique et tres bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne. Les restaurants de l’hotel sont incroyables et le petit déjeuner esr exceptionnel a la carte et servi a table avec un choix de roi ! La chambre est confortable, fonctionnelle rt la literie top. J’y retournerais avec grand plaisir. Merci à Francisco et à Tito au restaurant de l’hôtel qui kous a permis de fêter notre anniversaire de mariage avec une attention réelle et de bons conseils sur les plats.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel’s amenities and dining (breakfast) were superb. Our room, while on the smaller size, was very comfortable. The bedding quality was excellent! Best of all, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We found it hard to leave…. We felt like we were leaving friends.
