Hotel insgesamt gut. Zimmer nicht groß aber für eine Übernachtung völlig ausreichend. Zimmer super sauber. Fluglärm bekommt man bei geöffneten Fenster mit, bei geschlossenen Fenster sehr leise! Frühstück super. Leider bekommt man rund um das Hotel keinen Parkplatz, da alle Plätze zeitlich begrenzt sind. Man ist daher gezwungen die Tiefgarage zu nutzen, dafür sind 34,00 €/Tag meiner Meinung nach zu teuer!

We were sent an email from the hotel with shuttle location and hours. We wait for the shuttle for 30 minutes and decide to call the hotel to see what’s going on. They said they had stopped the shuttle service and were not going to help us get to the hotel after waiting for 30 minutes following the directions the HOTEL sent to us. When I went to check in, multiple other people were complaining about getting an email and waiting for a nonexistent shuttle. They were very unapologetic. I patiently checked in and then asked if there was a manager I could speak to. She laughed at me, pointed at the man pouring beers and said “that’s the closest thing we have to a manager” and I asked to talk to him. She never went and told him I wanted to talk. I stood there for 10 minutes, heard 2 other customers complaining and the employees shrug the situation off, and decided it wasn’t worth my time to talk to them because it wasn’t worth their time to listen. I would have never chosen this hotel if I knew there was no shuttle service and I would have to spend 30 euros on transportation or walk 15 minutes in the snow.

I booked my stay for proximity to the airport and for the convenience of their offered shuttle service. What a disappointing experience! The shuttle is not free and charges 6 Euro per head to use, but even worse is that it only drops off at terminal 1! We ended up walking a 15 minute trek to the airport with our luggage! No dining close!!! Anywhere. And the only time we called for taxi service two drivers showed up AND GOT IN A HEATED ARGUMENT right in front of us!!Kidding me?! DO NOT STAY HERE! What a miserable experience!

Convenient to the airport. I booked it because it had a shuttle to the airport, but I received an email 2 days prior that it had been discontinued. The train to the airport stops one building over so we used that instead. Just required a little research to figure out which one to take. The hotel has amazing breakfast, and a bar in the evening. It is very secure - have to have hotel key to get up elevator to rooms. The hotel staff didn’t explain very much about elevator, bar, breakfast, or the wifi situation - we had to figure out ourselves. But that was probably because I don’t speak German, and their English was limited.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Hotel und würden auch wieder hier übernachten. Freundliches Personal. Flughafen zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer klein, aber zweckmäßig. Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Tabletts und man muss selbst den Tisch wieder abräumen. Erinnert dadurch an eine Kantine. Badreinigung war mangelhaft. Es lagen an mehreren Stellen auf dem Boden schwarze Haare vom Vormieter. Der Behälter für die Hygienetücher und auch der für die Hygienetüten war leer.

Das hotel für 2-3 nächte, ist optimal nah zum flughaven ca. 10 mn zu fuss, und bis zur stadt 15 mn mit der strassenbahn 5 mn bis zu station,das frühstückbüffet ist top, nur zwei mängel das duschvorhang ist echt krass schumutzig ! und unter der waschbäcke war voller staub zimmer 438! Wir sind keine motzer,aber mir ist was runtergefallen und der abflussrohr mit staub überdeckt!

soweit in Ordnung - Zimmer war schön, Bad müsste besser gereinigt werden (Schimmel - Dusche). Weg zum Flughafen zu Fuss nur 10 Min. Frühstück war sehr gut nur leider um 10 Uhr schon beendet, leider wurden wir darauf nicht hingewiesen. Anfahrt war aufgrund der Baustelle sehr schwierig, Tiefgaragen Einfahrt war nicht ausgeschildert auch an der Einfahrt kein Hinweis zum Hotel - erst an der Schranke beim Klingelschild ein kleiner Aufkleber.

I had a short overnight stay at this hotel between flights. The staff was very welcoming, the room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, wifi was strong, bed was great. Breakfast was delicious and had hot and cold food and you could make your waffle :) I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here for a few days to a week.

Very comfortable rooms and extensive included breakfast spread. Smaller rooms than US Hampton Inns but nicely equipped. No noisy, cycling HVAC units like the US Hamptons have, so sleep is better! Taxi to/from Frankfurt Airport costs about 15 euros each way, but all-in savings compared to in-airport hotel are substantial.

I reserved this hotel because it was close to the airport and I had a long overnight lay over. I arrived late at about 11pm so there was no where to get food. I came with my food and the staff at the reception were kind enough to help me heat it up in the kitchen which I really appreciated. The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. My disappointment came when I couldn’t adjust the thermometer and I felt hot. I called the reception and they said well the thermometer wasn’t working at the moment and if I was hot I should open the window. I thought that was abrupt. Anyway it was ok for the night. Breakfast was ok. It was 2 minutes with uber.

Very clean and great breakfast assortment which was included with our stay! The room was slightly small but we didn’t mind. It was an oversight on our part that this hotel does not offer an airport shuttle even though they are named an airport hotel. We spent approx. $50CAD in Uber to and from the hotel.

The AC was not working and it was 27C in our room so could not sleep at all. At checkout the reception staff didn’t even bother asking how was the stay. Once I told regardless the answer was just a smirky face and an explanation “yes the AC did not work”. No apologies, no reimbursement offer, no nothing. I guess gold membership does not mean anyone would care about you. Never will use this hotel again.

First of all, the service of this hotel was horrible. They have some good points but the staff attitude was everything in a bad way. Good Gym and breakfast can be acceptable Bad First night, they did not clean up our room and the front desk said it was because of chemical policy. I can understand that, but they should explain somehow. They did not when we checked in or on the paper in the room. They do not say any welcoming words when we arrived. It is fine but we expected Hilton quality. And when we are breakfast in the morning, I did put my room card for keeping my seat. Then the staff took it to the front desk. It is understandable but the worst thing is that when I asked the front desk, she just said “Ah, ok” and gave me another room key. She should have said they received something to me. Finally, the shuttle bus is completely unavailable. Be careful about that.

Hotel was adequate for an airport hotel. Drop off location was far from door. Rooms were very small. Pull out sofa was really uncomfortable and the staff was not really helpful. They did the minimum to help when I had a question. Room was for 3 people. Only towels for 2 and then would not bring extra towels to the room.

Very clean and quiet. It is a 10 minutes walk to the subway to get to the airport. The airport is only one stop away from the Hilton. The hotel is located in the "Gardens Park" which is an area of many other hotels and businesses. Great all you can eat breakfast.

When I checked in, it was too late to visit the restaurants around the hotel, but I could find REWE instead. The room was so expansive for me. I could sleep well. I walked to Terminal 2 after checking out. It took me only 10 minutes from the hotel.

The room itself was clean and quit, the bed was ok. The hotel does not have a restaurant, you can order from a few items scribbled on a blackboard (looked more like fast food or microwave food) and parking in a very tight parking garage is €34 per night.

Hotel was overall good. Conveniently located to FRA. Breakfast was average. We had been in Germany for several days and this breakfast was not as good as the others, primarily due to the lack of breakfast meats. Also, room was small, makng it challenging to pack suitcases before flying. Nonetheless, the location was good and I would stay there again.
