Pool has some lights out around it, which made it very dark and somewhat dangerous for kids. It took forever to get my breakfast meal after ordered. I had to ask twice and then was told I wasn’t charged for it, which was untrue. The food was good, but not restaurant quality as advertised. Housekeeping was subpar. Toilet paper was not restocked and had to ask 3 times within 12 hours to get more towels. The last time I called I was told it would be a long wait or I could come get them myself. For the price per night, I shouldn’t have to worry about all of this.
Pool has some lights out around it, which made it very dark and somewhat dangerous for kids. It took forever to get my breakfast meal after ordered. Our stay was nice as we were there with family for a wedding. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a little expensive but convenient. Nice sitting and relaxing areas on the first floor and outside. 😊

The location is great. Right by Top Golf/Dave & Busters, lots of shopping-Marshalls, Home Goods, lululemon, Old Navy, Nordstrom Rack, etc. Extensive dining choices. Facility itself is nice with good pool, patio area, nice parking, etc. It unfortunately is not kept up-most notably, the trashcans all all overflowing-inside the front door, by the elevator, in the bar/breakfast area. There are no recycling containers that we could see. There were no towels available @ the pool. We asked for extra towels in our room after our second night, but were never provided any. Some simple improvements would go a long way!

Big lobby. Bar was not open Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. No breakfast available on Christmas Day. Rooms are nice size with comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. They put the sheets on the bed inside out. Also the light cover was on top of the heavier comforter. Had to pull light bedspread and comforter completely off bed to just sleep with sheet and light bedspread. Only 2 wash clothes and hand towels in bathroom for 2 night stay. Nice size clean bathroom with plenty of counter space. Really thin toilet paper. Partly drank soft drink found in frig. Outside of screen and window needs to be cleaned. Nextdoor to new Dave and Buster’s. Breakfast overpriced. Breakfast sandwich was good but $12 is pricey.

My family chose your hotel as the best option for an overnight stop from Florida to Texas, but our experience was very disappointing. Lobby extremely loud at 10pm with screaming children in bar area. It was bad from the start. My husband and I booked for our anniversary. Upon checking in we had to be moved to a different room. 1st room, the shower was disgusting! The whole place just smelled off. Hair in the bed, shower and toilet. The shower had rust and black like mold all around the base. 2nd room, pretty much the same but was a tad bit cleaner. At that point, we couldn’t keep moving rooms or we’d be late for our dinner reservations. Good thing I brought some Lysol wipes to wipe things down with. Their “excuse” was they had staff that was in training. Whatever that means. It’s all the more reason to check behind them, to insure it’s done properly. I’m very disappointed as this hotel is fairly new and it’s a Marriott. Very cheaply done and definitely not worth $200 per night. Would not stay here again.

Staff was very nice and helpful. We called the front desk about roaches around our refrigerator. We were moved to another room which was clean and bug free. Room was nice but had a couple of things that should be fixed (loose toilet paper holder and a hole in the wall in the bathroom where a fixture used to be). Loved the location. Everything you would need is close by. If you love coffee Jet Coffee was fantastic!

I could hear the person in the room next to me coughing. That’s how thin the walls are. Also, could hear people walking all night long above us. Could not sleep or rest before driving to next state. Even heard the toilet flushing…. Otherwise a nice hotel but the “quality build” isn’t good at all.

When we arrived , there were 5 other parties waiting 20 minutes or more for someone to come to the front desk. There was NO ONE on the property to assist. After calling the main hotel numbers , they sent someone from another property to assist. We finally got our room, but the door would not look properly, so we had to request another room. Needless to say , we missed the wedding we drove 5 1/2 hours to attend .

I was able to check out late, which was excellent. There was a loud tailgating party in the parking lot, but when I called the front desk at 11pm, they immediately went outside and asked for the music to be turned down, which was nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

My family chose your hotel as the best option for an overnight stop from Florida to Texas, but our experience was very disappointing. Lobby extremely loud at 10pm with screaming children in bar area. Multiple wet floor signs left out with no cleanup. Given keys to occupied room with guest's belongings visible - serious privacy concern. Replacement room reeked of overpowering cologne. Dirty elevators. As tired travelers expecting Marriott quality, we instead found poor maintenance, security failures, and unprofessional conditions. These multiple service issues significantly impacted our stay and don't reflect the standards we expect from your brand. Please address these operational problems to prevent future guests from having similar experiences.

The staff was superb, really friendly, and great customer service. However they were not knowledgeable about the Titanium Elite program. I was not offered water or points or food credit on check in. I asked the night shift and he gave me 3 waters and a Gatorade to make up for it. Also when I removed sheets to check mattress and spray down there was a urine stain on the mattress. If pictures are needed I got one. Besides this , it was a very nice hotel.

This is not the first time at this location. The rooms and front desk staff are great. The housekeeping staff not so much. As they cleaned the room across from ours, we asked for additional towels. We were told that we'd have to take our towels down to the front desk and exchange them there as they only cleaned rooms that had been vacated.

When we checked into the hotel the woman at the front desk was professional but not friendly and we felt like we were an inconvenience. We tried to make conversation but she was straight to the point and cold. The room was noting like the pictures. It wasn't terrible but not what we expected for the price. The first morning when we woke up and went down stairs for two coffee's and two pastries which cost $25.00 for which we were ok with but the man serving us was again professional but by no way polite making us feel more like an inconvenience. When we came back the first night the room had not been cleaned and I had to go down to the front desk to get towels and wash clothes. The next day we caught house keeping which were extremely pleasant and willing to help. They checked and said that our room was not on the list to be cleaned. When we returned that night the room was cleaned and restocked. We noticed that people were putting their trash and towels in front of their doors in the hallway and the trash by the elevator was always full. We will not stay at this hotel again and will not recommend it to friends.

The location is great. Right by Top Golf/Dave & Busters, lots of shopping-Marshalls, Home Goods, lululemon, Old Navy, Nordstrom Rack, etc. Extensive dining choices. Facility itself is nice with good pool, patio area, nice parking, etc. It unfortunately is not kept up-most notably, the trashcans all all overflowing-inside the front door, by the elevator, in the bar/breakfast area. There are no recycling containers that we could see. There were no towels available @ the pool. We asked for extra towels in our room after our second night, but were never provided any. Some simple improvements would go a long way!

Pool has some lights out around it, which made it very dark and somewhat dangerous for kids. It took forever to get my breakfast meal after ordered. I had to ask twice and then was told I wasn’t charged for it, which was untrue. The food was good, but not restaurant quality as advertised. Housekeeping was subpar. Toilet paper was not restocked and had to ask 3 times within 12 hours to get more towels. The last time I called I was told it would be a long wait or I could come get them myself. For the price per night, I shouldn’t have to worry about all of this.

Our stay was nice as we were there with family for a wedding. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a little expensive but convenient. Nice sitting and relaxing areas on the first floor and outside. 😊

Big lobby. Bar was not open Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. No breakfast available on Christmas Day. Rooms are nice size with comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. They put the sheets on the bed inside out. Also the light cover was on top of the heavier comforter. Had to pull light bedspread and comforter completely off bed to just sleep with sheet and light bedspread. Only 2 wash clothes and hand towels in bathroom for 2 night stay. Nice size clean bathroom with plenty of counter space. Really thin toilet paper. Partly drank soft drink found in frig. Outside of screen and window needs to be cleaned. Nextdoor to new Dave and Buster’s. Breakfast overpriced. Breakfast sandwich was good but $12 is pricey.

We stayed at the property for Christmas and there was one person working the entire time. Bistro closed. The hotel was decently clean but more run down than I anticipated. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful stay and great clean rooms. Stayed for 2 nights for my daughters softball tournaments and we slept like babies! Will be back. Starbucks in the lobby was the icing on the cake. Room was clean and smelled like a spa!

The location is prime BUT room itself was not worth the rate. The staff was great and helpful. The room we got was absolutely dirty. There were fingerprints on the wall in bathroom, the shower head had lots of rust and grime, the water did not get really hot and to top it off, when we pulled the sheets on our bed we found red ants. It looked like the room we stayed in the door had been previously broken or kicked in. I do not think my family and I will staying again.
