Advertised street parking! In the vicinity of the hotel the street parking is max 2 hours and you have to pay for it to leave the car for longer you need drive to a city car park about 1 mile from hotel, and pay for it. Check in was a complete shamble too staff fairly incompetent. Convenient location ok for one night

The lifts were small and a bit slow but the accommodation was decent for the amount of money paid. It was clean, safe and secured. Limited options for dining within the building but numerous restaurants in the area. Very close to metro for commuting to other areas.

Great location. What would take this hotel to excellent would be early check in. Otherwise all was good. Liked the cold water refilling, only a euro. Kettle in room but no tea or Coffee, coffee and tea available at front.

No problems with the room, however our room is on the 8th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. We will have to walk up to the 8th floor. When we checked in the staff put the luggage to the room for us. But when we checked out we have to do itbour self. We are in the 70s That was fine except when we checked out, we had to car

the parking is sketchy, as the roads are narrow, however, we managed a spot in front of the hotel. Rooms are very small but in the city, space is limited. Small elevator! Could only get 1 person in at a time with luggage. Staff was very helpful and they even have a small breakfast area you can eat and vending machines. You have to supply your own meals of course. Also have a machine to dispense large bills into small and give you change. AC is very quiet.

The staff were great. Helpful, polite and professional so has high hopes for the room. I was very disappointed. Beds were not comfortable, the air conditioning did not work and there was no air in the room and mold in bathroom, around sink and shower. Worse stay during our two week Portugal trip. Would not recommend.

First of all, the staff at the hotel were all incredibly friendly and tentative. They were very accommodating and even let me leave my baggage at the hotel before check in. So thank you for being so lovely. I stayed solo in a double room with a shared bathroom, which unfortunately due to the nature of it being shared, was usually occupied in the morning and was dirty (stains in the toilet l). There was daily cleaning in my room which was appreciated. It also had some mould and grime so I never felt comfortable using it. I would likely stay again if I had the opportunity, but only if a private bathroom/shower was available.

The hotel did not inform me in advance that there was renovation work going on. When I arrived and checked in, I discovered that my room was full of dust and smelled strongly of paint. It was very uncomfortable to stay there, and I could hardly breathe. The hotel should have notified guests about the renovation or provided another room away from the construction area.

This hotel is a short walk to Arroios station, which is convenient to get to all attractions. However, the twin room was super small. So small you couldn’t open your luggage on the floor and needed to put on top of the bed.

The rooms are very very small, but sufficient enough for one night. Very clean the area is quite noisy as it is on the main street. Sometimes you can hear the rumble of the subway underground and definitely a lots of police and ambulance.

Overall, it was a good hotel with modern furnishing, friendly staff, and closed to 2 metro and short ride to the airport. The room itself was really good as it was clean, spacious and there was even a balcony. The hotel reception is on the 3rd floor. The location was closer to the airport, but a tad further from the central area of Lisbon. Which takes about half an hour or more, to travel to get to the best parts of the city. There were some descent food options in the area, grocery stores and a laundromat within walking distance.

The hotel was nice enough and the staff did great. However, I'm never rating a place excellent that has glass walls and/or doors for three bathroom. What an incredibly silly idea! If one of us needs to use the bathroom at night, the light illuminates the entire room waking up the other person. Fire the architect!

This property is located on the 3rd to 5th floor of the building on a busy street. This street will lead you directly to the old part of town with an approximately 15 minute walk. The metro station is easily accessible from the airport (1 change) and only 100 meters away from the entrance of the hotel. From here you can reach pretty much everything you want to see by metro, foot and bus. The property is clean, the staff friendly and helpful; and you can have great coffee just steps away from the hotel halfway to the metro station. Recommended!

Air conditioning worked fine. The property is located a little outside of the city center, but you can walk to the center within 30-40 minutes or take an Uber or the bus. The staff was very helpful with tips on restaurants and things to do in Lisbon.

Staff are super friendly and available 24/7 for any questions or concerns. The property is very conveniently located between 2 Metro stops, which was super important for us. Right in the heart of the “real” Lisbon everyday life. We are used to city life, if you are looking for a quiet hotel, this will disappoint because there is traffic and ambulance noise every once in a while. We loved it! Would come back all the time.

Nice place with pleasant staff. The only thing we didn't like was the complicated way of getting coffee in the morning, through a vending machine with too many options, and fumbling for the right change. Sugar was free, but had to pay extra for cream. It would have been easier if someone could just brew the coffee in a pot and let guests serve themselves at no cost rather than a vending machine. Otherwise, My Charm met my expectations.

O quarto e o w.c. são muito pequenos, assim como o próprio armário para a roupa, com limpeza razoavel, necessitando de intervenção na colcha e cortinados. El hotel es moderno y la habitación es pequeña, pero tiene de todo. Las toallas no las cambian a diario, tema ecologismo. No hay servicio de desayuno y comida, el hotel son solo habitaciones, nada de cocina. Lo único malo es la ubicación, en un barrio que por la noche no mola nada... La estación es ARROIOS, y el metro es super fácil manejarlo y ubicarse.

Check-in was easy. Room was well air conditioned, clean and bright. Did have a bit of a problem getting case into room because of positioning of fridge, which was a nice extra, would have been better if it was under the unit shelf.It was easy to get there as metro stop so near and lots of places to eat nearby.
