O Elétrico Guesthouse

Proche du métro Intendente (4 minutes à pieds) dans un vieil immeuble mais la chambre était parfaite, propre et pratique. Salle de bain commune mais impeccable. Je recommande.

Check-in experience was great. Each time we met a friendly staff nember. We took room with private bathroom, which was very useful, though it costs more. Hotel is conveniently located near Green Metro line as well as to Tram 28. ALFAMA district is at walkable distance of 20-25 mins The street and area in general has many Bangladesi and other immigrants owned restaurants and gricery stores. Street stays busy at least till 11pm and sometimes may have bit shady and homeless people on it, but we didn't feel unsafe walking late to our hotel. Overall hotel is decent.

Gostamos muito da nossa hospedagem. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, a limpeza estava muito boa, o hotel fica bem próximo a uma estação de metrô e a região é muito segura. Obs.: se o hotel tivesse elevador ajudaria muito para os hóspedes que ficam nos andares de cima. Mas gostamos muito no geral !

la fachada deprimente, lo que se ve es solo una pintura, no tiene elevador ,a pesar de que en el filtro lo pedi ,siento que expedía ignora los filtros ,la persona que nos recibió super atenta y profesional ,todo impecable ecepto la entrada Da MIEDO....inseguridad ,y muchas escaleras a subir.....

Synes at stedet var alt hvad der blev efterspurgt, til et sted man primært bruger som sovested. Fælles badeværelse var fint, uden de store besværligheder, med fin brus. Værelserne har det basale, uden meget plads til at boldre sig. Virkelig flink personale. Trapperne er utrolig smalle uden mulighed for elevator, ikke et minus for os, men til NB. Ligger utrolig tæt på en metro station, hvilket er et kæmpe plus, og ellers er der heller ikke længere til den indre by en somså. Gode små muligheder for spise og indkøb i nærhed. Men man skal lidt længere til de lidt større muligheder, men stadig overkommeligt.

Localização excelente. Precisa subir escadas - melhor ir só de mochila. Não tem café, mas tem o fafys na esquina à esquerda e a padaria portuguesa pra cima (muito boas!). Valor muito alto.

Property very well kept. Clean place and the staff is very nice. Old building with a common entrance that could be cleaner. Air Conditioning was great :)

The staff was amazing. They were kind and genuinely interested in the guest's needs and background. The in house inventory of drinks were great and extremely affordable. I bought a nice bottle of porte wine for 6 euros! Air conditioning and heating is near new. Shares bath was super clean and just across the hall. Location is walking distance to the best of Lisbon. Will stay there again for sure.

The smell in the building is terrible, smell likes something very dirty. The apartment is well but has a lots of dust. But people who works there are very kind and the price is fair. I think the owner must be someone very especial

Tudo muito limpo, cheiroso. Boa localização. Ótimas instalações e atendimento excelente. Uma pena não ter banheiro dentro dos quartos; foi o unico que faltou pra que a acomodação fosse nota 10. Muito bom!

The stay was good in general terms. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean and in good conditions. The only point I think needs improvement is the entrance to the building. I think may be is shared with other hotels or apartment owners. Sometimes the entrance has an unpleasant odor.

Cette emplacement est situé dans une rue mal propre et peu sécuritaire. Je ne me serai pas promener seul. Emplacement mal insonorisé. Escalier très petit, nous avons eue de la difficulté a passer une valise .A notre arrivée le couvre lit avait des taches. Nous avons demandé de le changer.

Location is just about 3 minutes walk to Metro Station. Staff offered to help us take the luggage from G/F to our 2/F room. We're allowed to check in early to our room when it's ready. Our room is facing the street, underneath is a bar. On Friday nite, we're quite bothered by people's talking noises outside the bar until passed midnite. It was quiet on Saturday nite as the bar was not opened.

The property is overall a good deal for the price. The only issue is a lack of sound isolation. The room door has no isolation, meaning that every voice or step from the corridors can be heard. Moreover, in the room above mine, the guest's bed would make very loud noise which could be heart in my room.

Aircon only had on or off, couldnt regulate

De kamer was netjes en schoon. Heerlijke airco op de kamer. Sanitair schoon. Douche cabine klein. Het personeel erg vriendelijk. Ligging van de accommodatie top. Alles op loop afstand of makkelijk de tram 28 te nemen. Het matras was erg hard. Tip voor de accommodatie: een goede topper over de matras en dan zal het een stuk beter liggen.

Die Lage ist super. Allerdings hat das „Deluxe Zimmer“ den Namen nicht verdient. Wer über 1,80m groß ist passt nicht wirklich rein bzw liegt extrem unbequem.. Für einen Städtetrip mit 1-2 Übernachtungen aufgrund des günstigen Preises und der guten Lage dennoch zu empfehlen.

We stayed in room 101 which was just a small room without bathroom and had a double bed which was smaller than we are used to and wirh a hard mattress but it was a bit cheaper than the others. Only three rooms on our level but there were 2 spotlessly clean bathrooms to use even though the other 2 rooms had their own bathrooms. Loads of supermarkets, restaurants, street food near by. It is a guest house and not a hotel so is basic which was fine for us for 5 nigts. Downside is the noise from the street below and constant sirens at all hours so if this would bother you, take some earplugs! Quite a few homeless people who didn't bother anyone - usual city situation. We are in our early 60s and never felt worried or threatened by anyone and the presence of the police makes you feel safe. We would return again as it is cheap, clean and cheerful being the start of our 3 centre holiday over Xmas.

Overall, it was as advertised. The hostel itself was great, room was spacious, but the building itself it’s a tad older and there’s a bar underneath and it can get loud.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the washroom facilities were kept incredibly clean. However, the balcony doors do not close properly/fully and the noise from outside is hard to deal with (bring ear plugs). The noise from outside generally goes on until 2 AM so we found it hard to get a good nights sleep. The area around the place is pretty sketchy but can't really fault the place for it, it is within 100m walk to the Metro station as well.

We stayed for 3 days and were very happy with our stay. Bruno and the rest of the staff (did not catch their names) were so helpful and nice they really made our stay comfortable. Would stay here again. The hotel was quiet and very conveniently located.

Staff were very helpful. Alessandro is the best, he went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Bruno was also very friendly and helpful.

Cheguei às 23:40 sendo que havia combinado que chegaria 10 minutos depois do horário de checkin. Me cobraram 15 euros, em espécie por esses 10 minutos de atraso. Na hora paguei por que não queria estresse, mas não volto mais e não recomendo.

When we arrived at electrico cab driver warned us to be aware of pickpocketers.My first impression of the area was questionable. We walked around the area and immediately loved the location of this property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean bathroom very clean. I really lovedy last night stay in Lisbon. I would definitely stay here if I returned to Lisbon excellent value.

Foi uma grande e boa surpresa a minha estadia. O Alessandro, da recepção, foi maravilhoso, muito eficiente e prestativo. Ótima localização a meia quadra da estação do metro.

Durante el apagón los clientes no recibieron orientación y el hotel no contaba con linternas, solo velas lo cual puede ser peligroso provocando un fuego. No había luces de emergencia

It's convenient to public transportation. Right outside is a bar so can be noisy. This part of town seems to have gone touristy so old apartments are converted to hostels. Check-in was difficult since there is no indication that the reception office is on the second floor.

Die Lage ist unzumutbar. Man traut sich bei Dunkelheit nicht mehr raus. Überall Obdachlose, Drogenabhängige und andere komische Gestalten in der Nähe.

Place is very central. You can walk to main square in 15 mins. It is really close to metro station which is very handy

Aan de weg waaraan het guesthouse ligt moet je even goed opletten anders loop je er zo langsheen. Je moet eerst een algemene trappenhuis in van het gebouw, 2 korte trappen op en dan heb je aan je rechterhand de ingangsdeur van het guesthouse. De receptie is gezellig ingericht en het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, vooral Bruno :-) Het guesthouse heeft 2 verdiepingen, trap naar de 1e verdieping van het guesthouse is erg smal maar je kan geholpen worden met je koffers. De receptie, kamers en algemene badkamers zien er erg gezellig, netjes en schoon uit. Mijn kamer met tweepersoonsbed vond ik ruim genoeg en het matras was hard maar goed om op te slapen. Mijn kamer had een "franse" balkondeur welke gewoon open kan voor frisse lucht met aan de binnenkant luiken om de kamer af te sluiten van daglicht. De kamer heeft airco maar deze hoefde ik niet te gebruiken. De kamer heeft ook een klein koelkastje. Je kamerdeur sluit je af met een sleutel, dus geen pasjessysteem. Ik verbleef met mijn kamer aan de straatkant, voorkant waar ik de eerste vrijdagnacht erg veel geluidsoverlast ondervond van een bar of iets dergelijks naast het guesthouse maar de nachten daarna heb ik er geen last van gehad. Voor de rest kon ik wel veel geluiden van de straat of in het guesthouse horen maar had ik verder niet echt last van. Metro ingang INTENDENTE om de hoek van het guesthouse. Tevens ook een opstap plaats voor de "beroemde Tram 28. Prijs kwaliteitsverhouding vond ik netjes.

Nice welcoming at arrival, friendly staff, spacious room with TV, fridge and AC. The room was cleaned every day by the staff and was always tidy. Great location, close to many good restaurants and about 30 minutes walk to the ocean.

O hotel se localiza no bairro intendente, muito central e servido por metro, bonde e ônibus. Se sua viagem for a turismo, fica muito próximo dos pontos turistícos principais caso queira ir de uber. Também está cercado de restaurantes, bares, mercados, padarias e lojas de suverniers. O atendimento é excelente. Bairro seguro e movimentado. Quarto aconchegante, cobertas limpas, banheiro com água quente, ar condicionado, shampoo/sabonete e amenidades, frigobar. Fiquei em um quarto com banheiro particular.

Eu amei, a quarto é grande, limpo, com instalações modernas, a localização é ok, tem cafés e restaurantes muito próximos e dá para ir a pé no centro de Lisboa.

Per alcuni aspetti consigliato, per altri meno I positivi - la posizione, avendo la metro verde a 30 metri che in 2 fermate ti porta in centro - il prezzo...per essere in centro difficile trovare di meglio - la pulizia - sotto l'hotel c'é un ristorante vegetariano clamoroso (io non sono vegetariano, eppure ho gradito) ed una birreria con cucina ottima per selezione di birre Le negatività La via dove si trova l'hotel non é il massimo tra facce poco raccomandabili e tossicodipendenti. Non sono mai rientrato dopo le 22, per cui non saprei dire se ci si possa sentire non sicuri. Durante il giorno non c'é alcun problema - camere insonorizzate e la mia era proprio di fianco alla reception, con rumori e voci fino alle 23 quando chiude - camera mai rifatta in 4 giorni ed un solo asciugamano per persona Consigliato se come me uscite alle 8 per girare e rientrate alle 22 per dormire senza interessarsi troppo alle criticità elencate.

Estadia otima! Fizemos um pernoite em Lisboa, pra pegar voo na manha seguinte. A Guest House é perto de metro, tem varios pontos de onibus perto e com uma gama de restaurantes de todos os tipos por perto! Recepcionista foi bem atencioso. Quartos simples, otimos pra um casal
