The place was beautiful all the extra little touches were so nice and made us feel special.. I would highly recommend staying at Grants place he communicated well and quick.. thank you for a wonderful weekend away..

What a wonderful home away from home. Decor was beautiful with not a tacky ornament in sight. Location was perfect. Easy walk to everything. Grant and Heidi were ideal hosts; very communicative and providing everything we could need.

Comfortable, Accessible and convenient

We had a fabulous Australia Day "long weekend" in Lakes Entrance staying at The Wheelhouse. The property is in a great spot - across from the inland river where we could drop our kayaks in super conveniently. Everything was easy walking distance away as well. A couple of things set the property apart and they were driven by the professionalism of the hosts (Grant and Heidi). From the moment we made our booking we were clearly communicated to and set up for a great stay. Nothing was too much trouble including the care packages in the fridge and pantry, advice about the area and general support. Highly recommended if you are looking for something in a great location and well supported.
