We were traveling with a toddler, and were not aware that there was an adult bar attached to the hotel. Once we arrived we had to check in at the hotel that was next to the one we were staying in. We stayed in Mainstay and had to check in at Comfort Suites. I’m not sure if the lobby that used to be at Mainstay was the new “bar” or if the property was built in with no lobby. We were able to hear loud music from the first floor where we were accommodated. The lady who checked us in was very nice and even asked if wanted to be relocated but we were very tired since we had been traveling all day we decided to keep the room. It would’ve been nice to know that there was an adult bar located in the hotel, I saw that the hotel had average reviews and did not read all the reviews that mentioned the adult bar.

Horrible experience!! Our phone did not work . No iron nor blow dryer in the room. The ice machine was broken. We got locked out of our room the second night we were there. The clerk deactivated our room keys and only checked us in for one night instead of two!! We were Inconvenienced To have to go to the front desk not once but twice to get our room keys to work!! What a joke!! I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

I was glad to get a 2 room suite. It was very spacious. Had a full size fridge. It wasnt made clear that to check in to the Mainstay you had to cross the parking lot and check in at the Comfort inn. But otherwise it was good.

The pool was clean. The buffet breakfast was awesome. Best part was LISA at the front desk who was super sweet, kind and helpful. Also we requesyed more towels and they brought right away. Oh... the room a/c was very good... esp important since days were in the 100's.

Everyone at Mainstay is very nice and pleasant. But the property serves a purpose - my stay wasn't bad but comfort could be improved. The property is older and you can tell, which many may not have issue with. When it came to water pressure in the shower, the sink faucets were too short for the sink, items not working (lamps, fans), these things were lacking. Bedding was comfortable, air conditioner worked great (though noisy but I'll take working well in the high heat over noise), good wifi access, nice breakfast, and tv choice. I did see a roach in the hall but no other pests or something 'gross'. I never felt unsafe as there are cameras everywhere, and there are several security features on the door (it beeps if open too long). I will note that for the time I was there, the two buildings were all male construction crews and I was the only female guest that I saw. Again never felt unsafe but could be unnerving for some people.

The beds where comfortable but the cleanliness could be better. Even updated a little. Our AC broke a d the staff immediately sent a handy man who was polite. He had mentioned that we needed to be moved to another room. The other room was comfortable as well. It’s a ok stay just needs some cleaning and updating.

The evening shift staff was awesome. She was super friendly and happy attitude. I don’t see good customer service anymore. She deserves a raise. Happy workers make happy customers who come back.

Checkin is at another hotel accross the street. I was walking around trying to find the front desk for a while until a guess saw me and notice that I was lost. Also the room is not the best room, it doesn't look any closer to the pictures. I thought it would be a great hotel becaise of the ratings, but nah
